First, you had woken up laying sideways on the crates you had sat on. Your head was on Anakin's lap as he woke you up. You hadn't slept that long and so you didn't have a full nightmare. As you tie your hair back again, you both walked out the back of the ship to where Obi-Wan was getting off.

"Hello, where were you two?" He asked stepping out of the way for you two to get off the ramp.

"Y/n took a nap in the back, I kept her company," Anakin simply said.

"Anyway, I heard we have a new mission," Obi-Wan was given a data pad by someone walking by, "We're to go to Mandalore and try to uncover a secret plot. The councils heard rumors of the Duchess building an army."

Your heart beat quicker and quicker as Obi-Wan explained the mission. What if you saw the Duchess? What would she think? You were now all inside the temple while Obi-Wan continued,

"You two will scout around the city, trying to find any more rumors or suspicious activity. I'll be dealing with the Duchess."

Anakin chuckled a bit, "You don't sound too happy."

"Oh, I'm not upset about it, I just want to find out more about this mission. That's all, Anakin."

"Sure, anyway what will our padawans be doing? They've already been here for a couple of days."

"Yeah, I don't think they'll want to stay here." You chimed in.

"Well, I guess you could bring them with you. You two won't be in much danger if this goes smoothly."

Just as Obi-Wan finished his sentence the girls exited an elevator to your left. They saw you and started running over right as you all turned around.

"Masters! You're back!" Auren yelled as she got close.

"How'd it go?" Ashoka asked when they stopped in front of you.

"Well, we were captured by Hondo. Tortured a bit and lost Dooku, so it didn't really go according to plan." You explained as you began walking again.

"Oh yeah, we saw Jar Jar talking to the Chancellor." Ashoka explained, "We were waiting there for Master Kio, she had to talk to him about something."

Anakin asked, "Is that what you two have been doing, following Master Kio around?"

"Basically," Ari said, "Do you have a new mission?"

"We do and you two may be able to come."

"Where are we going?" Ashoka asked.

"Mandalore," Obi-Wan said.

Ari leaned on you, "Oooooo, Y/n's home planet."

"Yep and we get to walk around. We're the scouts."

"Fun, you can show us around," Ashoka said, not realizing that you won't remember any of it except for the bomb.

None of it made sense, you were taken by some cloaked figure but a Jedi wouldn't have done that. Plo Koon was the one who saved you so did he fight off this other person?

"We have enough time for lunch and then we need to get going," Obi-Wan directed you all to the cafeteria.

After lunch, you all boarded a large ship, not as large as the cruisers but spacious for eight people. Rex and a couple of other soldiers would be joining you. Anakin was in the pilot seat with R2 messing around behind him. Obi-Wan was co-pilot and the rest of you took a seat as they lifted off of the platform.

Anakin flew out of the atmosphere and into hyperspace. It wouldn't be long before you were there, so you stayed in your seat. When you arrived in the Mandalore system, Anakin flew over to the dusty planet that was Mandalore. He flew into the dome and landed on a platform.

Obi-Wan exited the ship first since he had the most important job, "Behave, Anakin. I mean it."

"Oh, I always behave," He smirked.

"Y/n, keep him under control please."

"No problem."

He left and you all waited for him to be on his way. Then you laid out the plan,

"So, we don't really have a true plan. Our job is just to scout out any rumors." You began.

Auren looked out the window, "It would make sense to start where most people are during the day."

"The shops in town square," You said, "That's where everyone does their shopping. It's normally packed."

Anakin smirked since you remembered something.

"Do you think it would be best to put cloaks on?" Rex asked with his helmet in the crook of his arm.

You looked to Anakin who looked to you. Then you both nodded.

You said, "Yeah, we don't want to alarm people."

Anakin walked over to a door and opened it. It was a closet full of disguises, most importantly cloaks. He threw out three smaller ones and then four longer ones. You picked up the three for Auren, Ashoka, and you. Then Anakin picked up the rest and gave them to himself and the three soldiers.

Everyone put on their cloaks and concealed their weapons. R2 beeped as he was going to stay on the ship, surprisingly. Anakin walked out first while you were right behind him with the padawans. Rex and his men were in the back of the line. From the ship, you all walked along a small set of stairs down to an alleyway.

And in turned back to you, "Lead the way, Y/n."

You took his spot and led them all through another alley. After a right turn and then a left, you were almost there. You could feel it in the force, you had been around here before. Then you turned out of an alley and onto the street you ran on as a child with Bo. The memory flashed in your head as you turned back to make sure everyone was there.

They all smiled at the sight and it was beautiful. Bright colors coated stands selling produce and clothing. There were laughs and yells filling the air making everything seem so oddly perfect. Walking forward, you opened your ears to anything about an army. Though all you could hear were the calls of the vendors trying to sell their products.

"Do you hear anything suspicious?" You asked Anakin who was now walking beside you.

"I can't hear anything really."

When you looked back the girls were gone and Rex was looking around. He looked so confused and you felt bad for him. His men were laughing at him though.

"Rex, where are the girls?"

He turned to you with big eyes, "Well, you see, they said they would." Rex used his hands a lot before resting one on the back of his neck and sighing, "I have no clue, Generals."

"Don't worry, we'll find 'em," Anakin said while looking to his right.

You closed your eyes and felt them, they were happy. They had gotten away with something and we're hiding this way. You opened your eyes and were facing a booth to your left. Walking over, you hid behind people who passed by. Then you jumped in between the stall and the one next to it, scaring Auren and Ahsoka.

"What are you two doing over here?" You asked crouching down next to them.

"Look what we got!" Auren said as she showed you a hotdog on a stick covered in pancake batter.

"Where'd you get those?"

"This stall," Ashoka said as she took a bite.

You stood up, "Well, are they good?"

"Very," Auren said with her mouth full.

Something moved in the corner of your eyesight. You turned toward it but to the girls, "Go back to Anakin. You scared Rex half to death, he thought we were going to kill him."

They laughed and ran off. You could hear Auren call out "Master?" but you were already in the alleyway.

You reached a dark intersection of four alleys. Looking around, you placed your hand on your lightsaber. Something jumped from building to building above your head before disappearing.

"Who's there?" You yelled, walking in circles.

The figure jumped down behind you as you spun around with your ignited saber to their throat. The figure was illuminated by the green glow and you saw her blue and white helmet.

"Bo, what are you doing?" You took your lightsaber away from her neck but kept the light.

"I could ask you the same thing." She took off her helmet and placed it in the crook of her arm.

"I'm on a mission, now you."

"I'm here to talk to you."

"You're a part of Death Watch, if your seen talking to a Jedi-"

"Just let me speak," You nodded and she continued, "You're going to hear a lot about Death Watch. About how they disagree with Satine and they do, I do. But trust me, I don't always agree with what they're doing. Yes, Satine and I have our issues and I don't talk to her anymore. But I don't want you to think I hate her."

"I don't."

"You don't?"

"Well, I haven't had blood family before, but I've had my found family. None of us could ever hate each other. Not me and Anakin, not me and my Master, not me and Obi-Wan. I don't think you could hate her even if you tried."

A loud noise sounded in the background but you elected to ignore it.

"I couldn't. Thank you for-"

"Y/n?" Bo-Katan used her jetpack and flew away as Anakin came running toward you with his saber. "Y/n, are you alright?"

He grabbed onto your arms and you held him as you watched where Bo-Katan disappeared, "Yeah, yeah I'm fine Anakin."

You looked at his expression and it was one built of worry. He looked so relieved you were alright and you could sense that he was afraid to lose you again.

"You scared me," He chuckled.

"I'm not going anywhere, Anakin. I promise."

He shook his head and stared up to where you had looked, "Who was that?"

"My sister Bo."

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"It's okay, we were about done talking anyway."

He nodded and you walked out of the alleyway together. You let go of his hand when you got close to the exit. Ashoka and Auren watched the alleyway for any sign of you. They were all scared, you had forgotten that they had just lost you. Not just Anakin, but you didn't visit Ashoka or Auren for the longest time.

They smiled as they saw you and Rex with his men walk over as well. "What happened?" Auren asked.

"Someone was back there," You started, "but- but I don't know who. It could be just been a bird or something."

They nodded and you all continued to walk. You were behind the girls with Anakin next to you. He motioned his hand across his lips, like a zipper and you chuckled. Continuing to walk, there were fewer people than originally. The sun was setting and people were going home.

When the sunset was on the horizon, Anakin got a transmission. It was from Obi-Wan and he answered as you walked into an alleyway. Obi-Wan popped up ok the screen and didn't waste any time.

"Anakin, I'm all done here. We're to head back to the ship and fly to Coruscant."

"Alright, Master. Will do," Anakin said as Obi-Wan nodded and disappeared.

He nodded to you and you walked out, getting the girls.

"We have to go back to Coruscant," The girls looked over to you after playing a game with their hands.

"Okay, so Master Obi-Wan had enough time to talk to his girlfriend?" Auren asked you while chuckling.

"I think so, now come on." You walked them through another alleyway and they all followed. Including Anakin and Rex with his troopers.

The alleyway was a shortcut back to the main street and you weren't entirely sure how you knew that. Then when you got to the street, you knew. This was the stare you and Bo ran on while running from Satine. More memory popped up.

You were running because Bo didn't want to do her lessons. You asked too many questions so she took you with her. Satine was supposed to be watching you two while she did her lessons. You were too young to begin your lessons so you sat while playing with your toys.

Anakin walked up next to you as you suddenly stopped. "Is this-"

"Yep," With one last glance you looked up at him. There was fear in your eyes, fear of what you hadn't remembered, how it would change your life. How it had changed your life. "Anyway, we need to go."

"You sure?"

"Very, come on."

You continued to lead them back to the ship. Cutting through alleyways that you didn't remember but you could use the force. Even though you had a feeling that you knew part of Mandalore, it didn't seem to be this part.

Finally, you made it back to the ship but it wasn't your ship. A much larger ship had come and taken the place of your smaller one. This one was a cruiser, a Mandalorian cruiser without weapons that Obi-Wan stood in front of. When you got in front of him, he explained,

"We're to take the Duchess back to Coruscant along with multiple other neutral systems senators."

"Okay, did you see anything suspicious?"

"I'll explain later."

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Anakin walked over to the ship and hopped on.

The ship was different than every other ship you had ever been on. It was more comfortable for politics than battle. You could see Satine and her bodyguards just up ahead and it made your heart beat speedily. Then Obi-Wan, who walked in front of you with Anakin, took a different turn than her.

He went to a series of rooms and walked inside one. Rex and his men, who had multiplied, walked by you all and were going to check rooms for safety. You walked inside another, really wanting to see what it was like. It had red tapestries around the room with yellow and white carpets. You took off your cloak and placed it folded on the dresser. Anakin had walked into the same room as you and placed his cloak next to yours. You fixed your hair, brushing it out with your fingers and leaving it down.

Looking around, you saw intricate details etched into everything. This ship was for senators who only had the best in life. Walking out, Obi-Wan had done the same thing. He had taken off his cloak and the girls were in another room. You walked into one with the door opened and saw the girls rolling on beds.

They laughed and squealed as they moved on the luxurious beds. You just stood in the door with Anakin, watching them be kids. Ashoka jumped up and jumped on the bed bouncing around Auren who lay like a starfish. Then she caught a glimpse of you and she froze.

"Aur, Aur get up." She whispered, yanking on Auren's arm.

"What is it S-" She saw you as she stood up by the bed, "I'm sorry Master. We were just having fun."

"It's okay."

"We're both very sorry and will- Wait, it's okay?"

"Well, I mean I shouldn't encourage you. But I don't see the harm."

She walked toward you chuckling as Obi-Wan tapped on Anakin's shoulder.

"I should explain what happened on Mandalore." Everyone turned to Obi-Wan, "There was a bomb, it blew up the palace and we think the terrorist group Death Watch planted it. Now we're trying to find a way to counterattack while Mandalore stays neutral. Also, the Duchess is a pacifist and will have a hard time agreeing to fight."

"Oh, okay," Anakin said right as Ovi-Wan began to walk off.

Anakin and you waved the girls toward you as you walked with him. They trailed behind laughing about the bed as you and Anakin picked up on how tense Obi-Wan was.

He's nervous. It's weird to see him nervous.

Anakin thought to you.

Yeah, he's been acting strange all day.

Are you nervous to see the Duchess?

Well yeah, but not like he is. It's not the same.

He approached a door and waited for you all to stop behind him. When Obi-Wan opened it, Satine sat on a mattress of some sort. It was a few steps above the regular floor where everyone else was. Around her were pillowed and comfy chairs where senators sat. Her eyes went to Obi-Wan who entered first.

Anakin was right over his left shoulder but since you were short, you hid behind them both. Really, you did want to meet Satine but the thought of meeting her made everything seem so real. Yes, you met Bo-Katan, but none of your Jedi family knew her. When you met Satine one of you would have to explain it to Obi-Wan and you didn't want to go through that.

"Hello again, Your Highness."

"Hello, Master Kenobi. I see you brought some friends with you."

"Oh yes, only for your protection I assure you."

"Why do you assume I'm so terribly unsafe at all times?"

"I don't, but I'll prepare for the worst." When Satine didn't respond he continued, "This is Anakin Skywalker, my former padawan, and Ashoka Tano, his padawan."

Ashoka had appeared at Anakin's side to look around and waved to the Duchess when she was introduced. Satine smiled and politely waved at her while Anakin politely nodded.

"And this is Y/n (y/l/n), and her padawan, Auren Dymos." Obi-Wan backed away from you and Auren who now stood next to Anakin.

Satine and you made eye contact too which she almost gasped. She wore almost all blue with white curls of hair sticking from around her head. It was a very fancy outfit but wasn't abnormal compared to the senators you had seen.

You smiled awkwardly and Auren waved like Ashoka. Satine waved back before placing her eyes back on you. She examined you in detail making sure you were who she thought you were.

"Well, come sit down," Satine said while moving her arm toward a group of pillows on the floor.

Everyone grabbed a pillow, yours next to Anakin. Anakin next to Obi-Wan and the padawans next to you. Satine continued a conversation with some Senators and an older man who stood next to her mattress. It wasn't about the bomb, instead, it was about ordeals on Mandalore.

Finally, Satine switched over to the matter at hand, "So, Obi-Wan, how are you planning to protect us from Death Watch?"

"We have men checking rooms around the ship for anything out of ordinary. Along with the five Jedi in front of you."

"I see, but I remember when the Jedi did not fight as much. They were peacekeepers, not Generals."

The thing was, you completely understood. You disliked war and wished not to fight as much as you had to.
