"Oh, my gods. Oh, my gods! It did NOT just end like that!" Nico yelled at his laptop. He shoved the laptop and it fell off the bed onto the floor. He looked over at Will, who had tears soaking his face. They had just watched The Fault In Our Stars for the first time. "No! He can't die! She... No!" They sat in silence for a little bit, trying to regain control. "Um, so, that happened." Will finally said. "John Green is getting hate mail." Nico huffed. Will laughed. "Gus was kinda hot." Nico muttered. "As hot as all this?" Will asked, gesturing to his face. Nico laughed. "No, I guess not." Will's eyes widened. "You guess?" Nico laughed harder. "Oh, I guess..." Will sat up on the bed and started tickling Nico. Nico was still laughing. "Still think he's hotter than me, di Angelo?" Will asked, pausing for a minute. Nico grinned and nodded. Will started tickling him again. Nico laughed so hard he couldn't breathe, and then so hard he was crying. "Will!" Nico gasped. "Will, stop!" Will was laughing too. He kept tickling Nico, no matter how hard he begged, but then something crunched. They both stopped. "What was that?" Nico asked. Will reached into his jeans pocket and pulled out two Kit Kats. Nico looked confused. "Kit Kat?" Will asked, offering Nico one. Nico hesitantly took it. "Kit Kat." He replied. Will took a bite of his. "Kit Kat." He said. Nico grinned. "Kit Kat." Will took another bite. "Maybe Kit Kat will be our always." He said. Nico giggled. "Kit Kat?" Will nodded. "Kit Kat."

So just so this makes sense if you haven't seen TFIOS the two main characters always say "Okay?" "Okay." So yeah, that's what it's based off of.
