"Yeaaah! Cabin designing! I love that!"
Nico slowly, slowly turned around to face Will. "Why for Hades' sake is he here?"
Will didn't look surprised. "Oh, I asked him to-"
"YOU DID WHAT?"
"Calm down, dude", said Will and Sam at the same time.
"O my gods Nico, I thought we were friends", said Sam and acted disappointed, which reminded Nico of Leo Valdez.
Will shook his head in confuseness. "I thought, he's the son of Aphrodite and stuff and could give this whole thing a look. But I thought you'd come later, when we've finished!"
"Nooo, I was bored. And I missed you."
Sam did a heart with his hands and Will did one back.
"Kawaii! Then let's get started. Sam, can you help me with that wardrobe?"
Nico just couldn't believe how gay they acted. Who the hell did a heart with their hands just to have "kawaii" as a reply? What did kawaii even mean?
Nico didn't had the motivation to do this anymore. He looked at Will and Sam, who were carrying all of his stuff outside and talked and laughed. He took a deep breath. Will said that he had his problems with being straight. Sam said that he'd be there for Will. They literally made hearts with their hands!
Nico felt desolated. Everything pointed to the fact that Will and Sam either were in a secret relationship or they were just in love.
His eyes began to water. Everytime he might liked someone, they already had someone better.
Every fucking time.
"Guys", said Nico quietly.
They didn't notice.
"GUYS!"
Will, who just carried two bunks of colour for the walls in, stopped and looked at him. "Neeks, are you alright? Look who I brought, it's Butch from the Iris-cabin, he can help us painting the walls!"

Butch and Sam entered. They were chatting and didn't payed attention to poor Nico, who felt like having a breakdown and destroying everything at the same time.
"Will, this is to much. I don't think that you understand my feelings, I need a break. Let's continue that somewhen else."
Will looked confused. "What do you mean with 'you need a break'? You've been standing there for the last 20 minutes."
"Thats not what I meant! I mean this! Why have you brought Sam?"
He lowed his voice. "You know I don't really like him, right?"
Will looked mad now, too. "Yeah, but I do! Maybe you've noticed, but we're doing this whole thing here for you!"
"I didn't asked you to do it! You just appeared and wanted to help!"
"Yeah, because I wanted to do you a favour and because you're my friend!"
"Oh, really? So you would just ignore a friend if he's not feeling good?"
"What the hell do you even mean?"
Nico felt like screaming and crying. He wanted to answer, but Sam was faster. "Man, sometimes I can't tell if you love or hate eachother", he grinned.
"NEITHER! I don't- I mean, we... GODS!"
Nico definitely needed to get out there. He didn't say another word and chimed out, not without slamming the door behind him.
His eyes were full of tears and he couldn't see very straight, so he almost ran into a tree.
Nico didn't care. He didn't care about anything at that moment.
With one hand, he pulled his Ipod () and his earphones, and a few seconds later my chemical romance blasted into his ears.
He ran into the forest and kept running and running until he fell over - and he didn't stand up again.

Almost a Good Person
A memory, a memory of a boy who wanted more than pain, of a girl who wanted more than death, and an Isle that should not exist. The Isle of Red is a small, unassuming, quiet place. It is just large enough for a college, a small town, and maybe even a few more unusual sorts of places. Of course, the townsfolk practically know each other as family. Flush-faced regulars can be found toasting just about anything in the Briar's Brew, then, a few streets away, the same haggle of older women stationed themselves on their perch as they did every day from one of the few balconies in Central Square. They fuss away now, spouting the usual gossip as they watch us all from on high. Then there is the College here on the Isle of Red. My college. It has been often described as an unusual place by a good deal of people on the mainland. If they only would visit -why I am sure they'll soon have a change of heart, they may even come to find it a quaint sort of place, odd but in the same way a tattered old quilt can be both odd looking and warm, and especially soft. We teach mostly the same sort of disciplines here, with fantastic and absolutely normal professors.I must conclude that I am quite smitten with myself. The stage is set with a level of perfection that would have astonished me in my youth. They are coming. Derek will follow her. He knows the weight of reality too intimately, but she will be his true north if only for a short time. A beacon in the storm to show him the stunning pastels and brightness the sun may yet refract through his thinner, sharper pieces. Theoline will lead as she always has- well not always, not yet. She holds onto questions feverishly tight, that one. Lights them up inside like a new type of fuel without the slightest worry of being burned. She knows... There is but a certain few who can look at a map and find nothing where I stand but the Atlantic Ocean. And still, there is earth beneath me, a noisy pub down the road from me, and several people clucking conspiratorially on a balcony above me. She knows... that the Isle of Red doesn't belong here. Neither, technically, do I. (Hello!
