Bella: You debut as a solo this January and Smiley was able to be ranked 1st in the music show. You were able to achieve a lot. How did you feel when you first heard about being ranked 1st?

Yena: I was not expecting at all. But as time goes by, the rank continued to go up. So I was like "Is this a Truman show?" Thinking if people were making fun of me. The lyrics and dance of the song Smiley are very happy so I just enjoyed the stage happily. There were a lot of people who looked at that in a good way so I was able to have good results. I'm very thankful for it

Bella: You just started your 2nd performance as a solo. Is there any difference in the mindset from the 1st?

Yena: If you look at all of the title songs of my songs. A lot of people say or leave comments saying "It's like YENA", "I think there is a new genre called 'YENA' now". So I am very happy. Regardless of the rank, I am very happy with having my own genre

Bella: Yeah I think that's very important. If people can't think of any other person who can sing or as well as you can. To be called as "YENA genre" I think it's the best honor for a singer. I think I need to go to the compliment tournament. I really gave a good compliment right?
