========================
~Outside the house, night~
Sam and Dean were digging a grave for Mrs. Greeley.
"So...So, if you manage to put Greeley to rest, too....What happens to them?"
"Lady, that answer is way beyond our pay grade." Dean snapped.
"You hunt things, but you don't know what happens to them?" Molly asked.
"Well, they never come back. That's all that matters."
"After they let go of whatever's keeping them here, they....they just go. I hope someplace better, but we don't know. No one does." Sam said, looking at the demon. Who gave him a look of 'what you looking at?'. Sam wasn't sure how much the demon knew about the afterlife.
"What happens when you burn their bones?"
"Umm...Well, my dad used to say that was like death for ghosts, you know? Bt...The truth is, we still don't know. Not for sure." He looked at Dean this time. "Guess that's why we all hold onto life so hard. Even the dead. We're all just scared of the unknown."
"The only thing I'm scared of is losing David. I have to see him again." She paused for a long time. "I have to."
~Later~
Molly was pacing, looking through the photo album in one room. Sam, Dean, and (M/n) were in another, nearby.
"I think we should tell her about her husband." Sam sighed.
"We can't."
"It's cruel, letting her pine for him like this. I don't like keeping her in the dark."
"It's for her own good." Dean got up. "Man, I know you feel guilty, all right? But let's just stick to the plan. Let's get her out of here. Then we'll tell her."
"Tell me what? What aren't you telling me? It's about David. You know what happened to him." Molly said, walking up to them.
"Molly-"
"Sam, don't"
"Don't what? Don't tell me because I'll mess up your hunt? You don't care about me or my husband."
"That's not true."
"Really? Then whatever it is, tell me, please." Sam swallowed, wanting to say something, but they heard a radio turn on, static, then the song 'House of the Rising Sun' began to play. "He's coming."
"Stay with her." Dean told Sam and (M/n) before cautiously walking towards the sound. He uncovered the dusty radio that was had powered itself on. He crouches down and finds a broken, frayed power cord. He hears another noise and goes towards the front door. 'SHE'S MINE' appears in frost on the window.

In the other room, Molly was standing by the window. Sam stepped cautiously forward towards the next room. (M/n) was standing by Molly. Suddenly a figure crashes through the window behind Molly and grabs her. She screamed as she was dragged outside. (M/n) tried to get her, but was flung across the room. Dean comes running in.
"He's got Molly!" (M/n) exclaimed, getting up and brushing off his pants. The three leaped through the window and chase them through the woods. They lose sight of he two, and return to the house.
"This guy is persistent." Dean said.
"We gotta find Molly."
"We gotta find Greeley's bones. And, uh, no pressure or anything, but we got less than two hours before sunrise."
"Hey." The demon said, looking through the photo album.
"What you got?"
"February 6, 1992." The boy read.
"That was like two weeks before the accident, wasn't it?"
"Yeah. I mean, it looks like the hunting cabin, but...I swear there's a tree there right where they're standing."
"I should've thought of it!" Sam exclaimed.
"What?"
"It's an old country custom, Dean. Planting a tree as a grave marker."
"You're like a walking encyclopedia of weirdness."
"Yeah. I know." The young Winchester said somewhat bitterly.
~Hunting Cabin~
Molly was hanging from the ceiling by her wrists.
"Where's David? What did you do to him?"
"You shouldn't worry about him anymore." Greeley answered.
"Oh my god."
"You should worry about yourself."
"I didn't do anything to you."
"Oh?"
The girl groaned as he runs a filthy hand over her face. "I know....I know about your wife. Hurting me won't bring her back."
"My wife is gone. All I got left's.....hurting you." He slide a finger across her collarbone, slicing flesh. Molly screamed.
"P-please. Just let me go."
"Go? You're not gonna leave. You're never....gonna leave." He drug a finger across her belly, gouging deep. She screams in pain.
Outside the three boys approach the cabin.
"We'll dig, you go get her, (M/n)." Dean said, as Sam and him began to dig near the tree.
Inside, Greeley was approaching Molly menacingly when his head explodes in a shotgun burst. revealing (M/n) behind him. Molly gasps. "Oh, thank god."
"Yeah, call me (M/n)." The demon smiled. Greeley appeared behind him, who turned to face the man. Greeley gestures and a cut appeared on the demon's cheek. (M/n) growled like an angry dog, not flinching. He flicked out his pocket knife. "This guy's really pissing me off."

The man gestured again and (M/n) flied backward, slamming into a wall, nearly breaking through it.
Outside, the brothers were digging fast, soon hitting something hard. Bones. "Hurry up guys!" They heard the boy yell form inside.
Inside, (M/n) was struggling against the wall, Greeley reached out, a knife flying into his hand and approached the demon. As Sam emptied a container of salt on the grave, while Dean emptied a container of gasoline, and lights a match.
Greeley freezes and rears back in pain, screaming. "No, no!" Soon he bursts into flames and is consumed and disappears. The knife falls on the floor.
~Later~
The four approach the Impala. Dean patted his beloved car lovingly. "Oh, baby, it's been a long night."
Dean dropped his bag in the back, then climbs into the driver's seat. Sam opened the back door for Molly.
"All right. Let's get you out of here."
"I'm not going anywhere until you tell me what happened to my husband."
"Molly..."
"All this time...I've been looking for him, and you knew that....You knew that Greeley killed him, didn't you? He's dead."
"No, Molly. David's alive." (M/n) said gently.
"What? You're sure?"
"I'm sure. We'll take you to him. Come on." Smiling in relief, she got in the car.
~David's house~
They pull up in front of a nice suburban home. The lights are on inside.
"He's in that house,, right there."
"I don't understand."
"You will."
They got out. She approached the window, and can see David inside. He is older, wearing a bathrobe, and pouring a cup of coffee.
"That's....not...It can't be." The three watched her. They all give each other a look. David looks up and a woman in a bathrobe came up to him, kissing him on the lips. "What's happening?" She turned to the boys. "Who is that?"
"That's David's wife." Molly turned around to look at the house again, then back to the three. "I'm sorry, Molly. 15 years ago, you and your husband hit Jonah Greeley with your car. David survived." Sam explained
"What are you saying?"
"We're saying there isn't just one spirit haunting Highway 41. There are two. Jonah Greeley and you."
"For the past 15 years, one night a year you've been appearing on that highway."
"No, that's not possible. It was our anniversary....February 22nd-"
"1992."
"Yes."
"Molly, it's 2007." Dean said.
"Oh, god."
~Flashback, the previous night., in the impala~
"All right. Tell me about Highway 41."
"12 accidents over 15 years. Five of them fatal, all of them happening on the same night."
"So what are we looking at....Interstate dead zone? Phantom hitchhiker? What?"
"Not quite. Year after year, witnesses said the same thing made them crash. A woman appearing in the middle of the road, being chased by a man covered in blood."
"Two spooks?"
~Continued Flashback, library~
The three found a old newspaper article referring to Molly and Jonah's deaths.
~Continued flashback, David's house~
~Now, where is Molly buried?"
"She...She wasn't buried anywhere. She was cremated."
~End flashback~
Everything flooded back to Molly.
"And Greeley?"
"Each year he punishes somebody for his death....ah, chasing them. Torturing them. And each year, that somebody is you."
"But I don't remember any of it."
"Because you couldn't see the truth." The demon said.
"So that's why he won't let me off the highway. Because...I killed him. I killed both of us."
~Near Dawn~
The girl sat on the steps. "Why didn't you tell me when you first saw me? Why wait until now?"
"You wouldn't have believed us."
"And you needed me for bait."
"Well, that just sounds rude when you put it that way." Dean elbowed (M/n) in the gut.
"David."
"Molly, we brought you here so you could move on."
"I have to tell him-"
"Tell him what? That you love him? That you're sorry? Molly, he know that. Look, if you want to go in there, we're not gonna stop you."
"Yeah, but you are gonna freak him right out. For life."
"David's already said his goodbyes, Molly. Now it's your turn. This is your unfinished business."
"What am I supposed to do?"
"Just...Let go. Of David. Of everything. You do that...we think you'll move on." Sam said.
"But you don't know where." She began to cry. The demon took her hands.
"Molly, listen to me. I might not be an angel, but I know some about how it works. Your going to go to a wonderful place. A place so beautiful it'll make you want to vomit. It's time to go."
Molly nodded sadly, then steps slowly away from the house. She turns to face a light creeping down from the rooftops. She soon disappeared.
"'Place so beautiful it'll make you vomit'?" Sam questioned.
"Hey, I've seen heaven. Place is nasty." The demon shivered. Dean just laughed.
"Man, I love you so much." The oldest Winchester said, wrapping his arm around the demon.

Yin-Yang
Mages in North America seem to have it all – typically from well-off families, and able to manipulate their environment in ways most of the world would never believe. They don’t even have to bother with the mundane details of life like housework, thanks to their sensitives, who also make a useful source for extra magical energy. After all, sensitives have no use for it themselves, and if mages weren’t meant to make use of it, then the sensitives would obviously have some way to prevent that. That a mage can transform a sensitive physically, with no restrictions beyond overall mass and basic biological viability, whereas magic tends not to work directly on any other living thing, is only further proof. And look at the way they live on their own, barely a step above animals. It’s better for them to belong to a mage. Sensitives in North America live on the edge of society and survival – typically so paranoid they avoid hospitals and anything else that could lead to being tracked, many of them with little or no education and no legal identity or existence. Mages exist, and mages want sensitives for some reason, but no one ever comes back to explain what that reason is. Waiting every day for the hunters to notice them doesn’t lead to much motivation or hope for the future. And once they’re captured, they’re the property of someone with a terrifying amount of power over them. Anything is better than capture. Mages are born to be the masters, and sensitives are born victims. Or are they? Jax’s life is turned upside-down when he’s caught by the hunters and sold to a mage. Andreas is still mourning for his previous sensitive, though, unconsciously creating a difficult standard for Jax to live up to, all the more so while still struggling to come to terms with this new reality as Andreas’ sensitive. A runaway sensitive isn’t what Van expects at the mental health centre. Is this a hunter trap, set for him and the rest of the Donovan family by the hunters? The hunters would, after all, love to see them cross the line openly and finally do something they can be charged with. Either way, Miranda’s genuinely in trouble, and he can’t just abandon her to it. Snatching a sensitive out from under the hunters and hiding her is odd behaviour for a mage – but then, Catherine is an odd mage, living in disgrace in the old servants’ quarters of her grandmother’s house, responsible for cooking and housework. Lila owes Catherine her freedom; is there a way to help Catherine achieve her own, and at what price? Tension is building between traditionally-minded mages and those advocating change, and something has to break. *** Yin-Yang includes a small amount of profanity and no graphic sex or on-screen physical violence. However, sex and gender roles and relationships within the mage/sensitive subculture are non-traditional in mainstream North American terms. The key criterion in a primary relationship is not relative sex or gender, but the pairing of mage and sensitive; given the transformation of sensitives by their mages, physical sex is non-absolute for a sensitive, and gender identity can vary as in anyone else. *** *** The way mages treat sensitives is extremely varied and, in some cases is outright abusive. The struggle against that is pretty much the point of the book. It is NOT grimdark or misery-porn! However, if you will be triggered by this, please, don't read Yin-Yang! *** Complete stand-alone novel, 153K words! Also available on Scribble Hub and as a free ebook.

The Traveler
Reincarnated with no information other than a single mysterious message, little Damian must survive as an infant in a world of might and magic. He’d better not get caught possessing his memories, or he might spend a thousand years suffering. Being a baby in another world is weird, disorientating, scary, disgusting, and also heartwarming. It doesn’t just happen for no reason, but the “why?” might be a harder puzzle to solve than conquering the whole entire realm. Both of those eventualities were very remote possibilities for an unusually smart baby. He was more concerned with making it to his first birthday without being damned by the gods or eaten by dangerous monster.
