~Motel Lobby~
The manager was counting a stack of cash, as Dean talks on the phone behind him, in front of a desktop computer.
"Hi, uh, so sorry to bother you, but uh, my two sons snuck out of the house last night and, uh, went to a Justin Timberlake concert......What? Yeah. No, Justin is quite the triple threat. Uh, anyway, their not back yet, and, I'm just, I'm starting to worry......Right. Yeah, boys will be boys. But see, Sammy is uh, uh, uh, a diabetic, and uh, his brother is prone to panic. I just want to find them. Please, I'm begging you. Yeah, no no no, I'm on the website right now, I just need to activate the GPS in Sammy's phone." He entered a password and his GPS screen shows the name Dean J. Mahogoff. "Yeah, right. Duluth, Minnesota. Yeah, that is a long way to go for a concert. I appreciate your help."
~Jo's Bar, night~
Jo was facing her back towards the door, scrubbing the bar and saying goodnight to some customers. Sam walked in and cleared his throat.
"Sorry, we're closing up."
"How about just one for the road?"
Jo turned to face him, not looking welcoming. "Well, you're about the last person I'd expect to see."
"Well, I guess I'm full of surprises. So can I get a beer?"
"Sure. One beer." The girl brought a bottle of beer and sets it down on the bar firmly, then turns away, bustling over cleaning up the bar. "So, how'd you find me?"
"Well, uh, it's kind of what we do, you know?"
"Speaking of 'we', where's Dean and (M/n)?"
"Dean couldn't make it, and (M/n) is passed out in the car. Had a rough time with a few vamps."
"So, what're you doing here Sam? I mean we didn't exactly part on the best or terms."
"Right. Um, well, that's why I'm here." He took off his jacket. "I kinda, I wanted to see if we could square things, you know?"
As the Winchester took off his jacket, Jo noticed a circular burn mark with a short line through it on Sam's forearm.
"That looks like it hurt."
"No. Nah, just, just had a run-in with a hot stove."
"So you were saying something about squaring things??"

"Yeah. Um...Look, I know how you feel about my dad. And I can't say I'd blame you. He was obsessed, consumed with hunting. And he didn't care who got caught in the crossfire. And I guess that included your dad. But that was my father. That's not me."
"What about Dean?"
"Well, Dean's more like my father than I am, nut h-" Off Jo's look, he knew what she thought of the oldest. He laughed a little. "Boy. You're really carrying a torch for him, aren't you?" Jo scoffed, uncomfortably. "I'll take that as a yes. It's too bad." Sam smiled. "Cause see, Dean, he likes you, sure, but not in the way you'd want. I mean, not with (M/n) in the way. Man, you should see the way Dean's eyes follows the kid, the way he watches him with he hunts. I've never seen a love like that before." He laughed. "I'm not trying to hurt you, Jo. I-I'm telling you 'cause I care."
"That's real kind of you, Sam."
"I mean it." He placed his hand over hers on the bar, suggestively, possessively. "I care about you a lot."
"Sam, what going on?" She tried to pull her hand away, but he wouldn't let go.
"I can be more to you, Jo."
"Maybe you should leave."
"Okay." He shoved her hand away and stands to leave. She turned to face the bar, leaning on it heavily. Suddenly Sam reappears, grabbing her from behind.
"Sam, get off me! Sam! Get off me! Let go!"
She closed her right hand on the beer bottle, but before she can hit him with it, he grabs her wrist and slams it onto the bar, shattering the bottle.
"Jo, Jo, Jo." He shoved her around until she faces the bar and pins her there, left hand over her wrist, right hand stroking her hair.
Jo screamed. "Sam, no! No! Please! Please!" He slammed her forehead into the bar, she was knocked out, and he lifts her carefully to lie on the bar, stroking her hair in a disturbingly gentle manner.
"It didn't have to be this way. Maybe it did."
~Later~
A jukebox starts playing The Doors' "Crystal Ship". Nearby, Sam had tied (M/n) and Jo's wrists to each others and was wrapping a rope about them. Jo slowly woke up, she could hear the boy mumbling in protest, the gag was still in his mouth.
"What the hell is going on? What are you doing?"
"So what exactly did your mom tell you about how your dad died?" He removed the gag from the demons mouth.
"Your not Sam." He growled.
"Don't be so sure about that. But I wasn't talking to you. Jo, answer the question."
She said nothing. Sam sighed heavily and goes around to the other side, he sits in front of her, leaning in, his expression shifting to on of open concern. He pulled out a large knife and stroke her face with it.

"Come on. It's me. You can tell me anything, you know that. Answer. The question."
"Fine."
"Fine."
"Our dad's were in California, Devil's Gate Reservoir. They were setting a trap for some kind of hell spawn. John was hiding, waiting, and my dad was bait."
Sam laughed. "Too bad it wasn't you, (N/n)."
"Oh bite me." The demon rolled his eyes.
"In a minute, but for now. That's just like John. Oh, I'll bet he dangled Bill like meat on a hook. Then wat?" He got up and goes around to stand on (M/n)'s side, putting the tip of the knife under the boys chin and lifting it up.
"The thing showed up. John got too eager, jumped out too soon, got my dad exposed, out in the open. The thing turned around....and killed him."
"Hmmm. Not quite."
"What?"
"What? Oh. See, it hurt him. It didn't kill him. You really don't know the truth, d you? I bet your mom doesn't either."
"Know what?"
"You see, Bill....was all clawed up. Was holding his insides in his hands. He was burbling and...praying to see you and Ellen one more time. So my dad...Killed him. Put him out of his misery like a sick dog."
"Don't listen to him, Jo. It's not him!" (M/n) yelled. The girl was sobbing.
"I'm not lying. It's true. My daddy shot your daddy in the head." He sang.
"How could you know that?"
Sam stood up and went to her side of the pillar. "I hear things."
"Why are you doing this to me?"
"Like daddy like daughter. You're bait. Open up." He shoved a knotted rag in her mouth and ties it around her neck. "That's a girl....Now, to my favorite little demon in the world." He walked to (M/n)'s side, sitting on the boys legs.
"Tell me, which one of you ugly fuckers locked yourself in his body?" (M/n) spat, noticing the burn mark.
"That my friend, is a secret."
"Why? Why are you doing this? What is the point?"
"I want to see you suffer, (N/n). I might not be able to kill you, but I will torture you. You know, Sammy doesn't like you." Sam wrapped his arms around the boys neck, getting uncomfortably close to his face. "Oh how he would love to kill you. To stay away from him and Dean. He blames you for their fathers death." The demon glared at the man on top of him and head butted Sam hard, making him fall off and hold his head.
"You little brat!" He yelled.
"You wanna fight, then let's fight princess." The Knight growled.
Sam smirked evilly. "Remember, your the one tied up here." He took the knife and stabbed it in the demon leg, causing him to scream out in pain. Jo flinched at how loud it was.
Sam took a medium sixed bottle and shoved it in the boys mouth, making the contents all go down his throat. The demon screamed more as the holy water burned his mouth, down his throat and slowly his insides.
The door bursts open and Dean enters, gun out. "Sam!"
Sam grabbed the knife from (M/n)'s leg and pulled it out roughly, his calm expression shifting to one of desperate panic, and places the knife at Jo's throat.
"I begged you to stop me, Dean." He sounded more like Sam, yelling over the demons screams of agony.
"Put the knife down, dammit. And what the hell did you do to (M/n)?"
"I told you I can't fight it! My head feels like its on fire, all right!? Dean. Kill me, or I'm going to kill her. Please. You'd be doing me a favor! Shoot me!" He turned to face Dean, arms spread. "Shoot me!"
Dean glanced at Jo. "No, Sammy, come on." He turned away, lowering the gun.
"What the hell's wrong with you, Dean? Are you that scared of being alone that you'd rather let Jo die?"
Dean turned suddenly, flinging water from a flask at Sam. The water hisses and steams as it strikes him.
"That's holy water, you demonic son of a bitch!" As he saw the steam coming out of (M/n) mouth as he screamed, that's when he knew there was holy water going through his intestines.
Sam raised his head, his eyes a solid black. Dean flings more holy water at him, Sam growled, turns and runs, bursting through a window and fleeing. Dean takes the knife and cuts Jo and (M/n) free. She pulled the gag out of her mouth as Dean ran towards the shattered window.
"He was possessed?!" Dean turned and looked at the girl for a moment, then at the demon withering on the floor in pain, then leaps through the window. "Dean!"
Jo then ran to (M/n), still screaming, holding his stomach and throat, tears of agony running down his cheeks. She was holding him.
"Come on, (M/n)! You can do this!" Not a second after she said that, he shoved her away before he threw up a bunch of blood and the water. Making a mess on the floor and himself. He panted and lowered his head to let himself heal.
"(M/n)? You okay?"
"Yeah.....just dandy....I'm gonna kill that fucker." He wiped his mouth with his sleeve before trying to get up, but his legs gave out under him and collapsed on the floor.
"You can't go after Sam right now. Your not in the right condition." She went to get a warm rag and put it on the boy's forehead.
"Thanks....."
"Anything for you.....You didn't do anything to my family, so your on my good side." She smiled and that made the boy chuckle a bit.

Fortuna Verto
A girl’s luck changes when her world changes upon itself, sending her back and forth between a world she knows and another that shouldn’t even exist. Working with her parallel self from that other world, the two must adjust to their alternate form when visiting the other’s world, as they search for a way to escape the chains of misfortune they are bound to. While this story is the conclusion of the trilogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, as the world of Celese itself is no longer a place the characters will be journeying through. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for all previous books, in case that matters to anyone. This book has an additional chapter after the final chapter that represents the trilogy conclusion, and should not be read until all three books are read first. Fortuna Verto continues the events of Essentia Animus to advance society into a sci-fi interpretation of Celese, bringing events to a distant world of another star. At the same time, events interpret a real-world advancement into a similar sci-fi age of another planet that shares Earth’s galaxy, a planet that has also been linked by the Celesi Veil. English remains predominant in both worlds of the story, but the presence of both sides makes certain Aethyx terms stand out, while Earth-styled scientific terms will also stand in a powerful contrast. Instrumentation remains an important aspect of the Elemental Era, but the influence of the gift has grown distant after discovering the superiority of the elements. Harnessing the elements had eliminated some of the original limitations of instrumentation, allowing for a self-sustaining focal source that provides solutions to problems such as automation. This turns the development available from the previous modern-day sense of a fantasy to one that is deep-future. Finally, opening access to the passage across the veil will open this progress in comparison to a very similar deep-future parallel world without such fantasy elements, contrasting the laws of physics with the laws of elements in a convergence of time and space.

The First Primordial [DROPPED]
[Story dropped until further notice, I don't currently plan on restarting the story but will leave it as a possible option] During the Creation and before the inception of the Realms, there were 3 beings. Known as Primordials, beings even the God's knew little about that were rumoured to be myths or legends. Follow one of such beings that, given the unflattering name Arthur and the species of Demon, must figure out his place within the realms and find his fellow Primordials. Spending the beginning of creation within what will be called The White Realm then spending an unknown amount of time screwing around in the Demon Realm. Once he finally begins his story, he will be acquainted with a world full of grand vistas, religious nuts and floating rocks which will remove whatever little common sense he had remaining. Of course, there will be no shortage of trouble that will complicate things that (due to a poor ability in making good first impressions) will cause more than a few worlds changing events. These events include the destruction of a church and minor religion, including the death of that religion's God, messing with the reincarnated people and even introducing his own reincarnators along with the slight involvement of a war between the Demon Realm and the Creation Realm. Slow burn story; expect the story to be long with plot being introduced as it goes along. The story will include a main character with an actual mind and personality that will create, learn, and even destroy as the story progresses with an emphasis on what experiencing the other side of most novels, a perspective on that one whimsical god that brings the protagonist from one world to another that is only ever mentioned in the starting chapter. [PS- This will be my first time writing, so advice, tips and critiques will be appreciated. The release schedule is a bit iffy and unreliable but will mostly be every Sunday]
