~Timeskip to Sam, Dean, and (M/n) standing in a field~
It was starting to snow, Dean walked up to Sam and (M/n) as Sam was talking to a cop.
The cop left, Sam turned to Dean and gave him a half smile.
"Where were you last night? You didn't make it back to the hotel."
"Well..." Dean looked at the ground.
"I'm guessing you guys worked thing out?"
"We'll be working things out when we're ninety. So what happened?"
"Every bone crushed. Internal organ's turned to pudding. The cops are all stumped, it's like something ran him over." (M/n) said.
"Like a truck?"
The demon nodded.
"Tracks?"
"Nope."
"What was the Mayor doing here anyway?" Dean asked.
"He owned the property. Bought it a few weeks ago."
"But he's white, he doesn't fit the pattern."
"Killings didn't happen up on the road. That doesn't fit either."
Sam went to the library to find out anything on the case, Dean went to the newspaper place to see what he could find. (M/n) just vanished, said he would be back. The two brothers noticed he was very restless the last few days. Like something was on his mind.
The boy just didn't know if he should come out or not.
~Timeskip~
It was night and Cassie was walking around her house, then suddenly the lights started to flicker and there was a sound of an engine being reeved((or however the hell you spell it)) and headlights shining into the room.
The girl scurried to close the blinds, the truck moving around the house. Cassie went to her phone and dial Dean's number, when a figure appeared in front of her.
"Don't worry, I wont let anything happen to you." She recognized it as Dean's friends voice. She just stared at awe as he just stood there, his eyes not leaving the truck. Then she noticed his eyes...they were black...
The truck soon disappeared and (M/n) looked at the terrified girl, his eyes turning back to normal.
"W-what are you? And how the h-hell did you g-get in here?" She stuttered, backing up.

"Don't worry. I'm not gonna hurt you. I'll explain everything." He raised his hands in defense.
She thought a moment, before sighing and nodded.
He went through the whole story, of his relationship with Lucifer, him being put in the cage, being an outlaw, how he met the Winchesters, and how now he was worried to tell the brothers the truth.
"Well...you should just tell them. They've seen a lot. They'll understand."
He laughed a bit. "Yeah, from what I heard, they've never seen demons before. And that their not on great terms with them. I mean, Dean slammed me into his car when I first met him. I wouldn't blame him, us demons are sneaky S.O.Bs."
Cassie smiled a bit. "You care about Dean. Don't you?"
"More than you think. And if I'm being honest, I'm jealous of your guys relationship."
She laughed at that. "Yeah, well ours isn't that great."
(M/n) nodded. "I've been in my fair share of rocky relationships too."
Soon Dean and Sam rushed in, Dean looking nervous out of his mind and sat down next to Cassie.
"Are you alright?!"
"Yeah."
"Hey, (M/n), when did you get here?" The younger Winchester asked the demon.
"U-um...just was walking and heard a commotion. Saw the truck and came to make sure Cassie was alright."
Sam nodded, satisfied with his answer.
Later, Cassie's mom came in and Sam started asking Cassie about the truck, which they could see she was still shaking from the encounter.
"Did you see a driver?"
"It seemed to be no one. Everything was moving so fast, then it was gone. Why didn't it kill us?"
"Whoever is controlling the truck wants you afraid first." Dean suggested.
"Mrs. Robinson, Cassie said that your husband saw the truck before he died."
She was also shaking. And (M/n) could feel she was very distressed.
"Mom?"
"Oh. Martin was under a lot of stress. You can't be sure about what he was seeing."
"Well, after tonight, I think we can be reasonably sure he was seeing a truck. What happened tonight, you and Cassie were targeted. Your daughter could die. So if you know something now would be a really good time to tell us."

"Dean..." The boy looked at the older male.
"Yes. Yes, he said he saw a truck."
"Did he know who it belonged to?"
"He thought he did."
"Who was that?"
Mrs. Robinson started have tears go down her cheeks. "Cyrus. A man named Cyrus."
Dean got out a newspaper an showed it to the woman. "Is this Cyrus?"
"Cyrus Dorian died more than 40 years ago."
(M/n) got up and sat next to the crying woman, holding her hand gently. "How do you know he died, Mrs. Robinson? The paper's said he went missing. How do you know he died?" He spoke with a soft tender tone.
"We were all very young. I dated Cyrus a while, I was also seeing Martin...in secret of course. Inter-racial couples didn't go over too well back then. When I broke it off with Cyrus and when he found out about Martin, I don't know, he changed. His hatred. His hatred was frightening."
"The murders."
She cried a bit more, her voice strained a bit. "There was rumors. People of colour disappearing into some kind of truck.. Nothing was ever done. Martin and a...Martin and I, we were gunna be, uh, married in the little church near here, but last minute we decided to elope as we didn't want attention."
"And Cyrus?" Dean asked.
"The day wee set for the wedding, was the day someone set fire to the church. There was a children's choir practicing in there. They all died." At this point, she was crying.
"Did the attacks stop after that?"
"No! There was one more. One night that truck came for Martin. Cyrus beat him terribly. But Martin, you see, Martin got loose. And he started hitting Cyrus and he just kept hitting him and hitting him."
"Why didn't you call the cops?"
"It was forty years ago, Dean." The boy looked up at him.
"He called his friends. Clayton Soames and Jimmy Anderson, and they put Cyrus's body into the truck and they rolled it into the swamp at the end of his land and all three of them kept that secret all these years."
"And now all three are gone..."
"And so is Mayor Todd. Now he said that you of all people would know he is not racist. Why would he say that?"
"He was a good man. He was young deputy back then investigating Cyrus' disappearance. Once he figured out what Martin and the others had done, he....he did nothing, because he knew what Cyrus had done."
"Why didn't you tell me?" Cassie spoke up.
Cassie's mom was still crying. "I thought I was protecting them. And now there's no one left to protect."
"You still have one more." All of them looked at Cassie.
Sam and (M/n) were leaning on the Impala, Dean was talking to Cassie for a bit.
"Ah, my life was so simple. Just school, exams, papers on polycentric cultural norms."
"Sounds boring."
"I actually miss boring....what was your life like before you came to...you know...earth."
"Nothing too interesting. Had a boyfriend...he got in trouble...then I became an issue to demons and angels."
"Huh."
Dean walked up to the two.
"So this killer truck."
"I miss conversations that didn't start with 'this killer truck'. Ahh."
Dean laughed a little. "Well, this Cyrus guy. Evil on a level that infected even his truck. when he died, the swamp became his tomb and his spirit was dorrnant for 40 years."
"So what woke it up?"
"The construction on his house. Or the destruction."
"Right, Demolition or remodeling can awaken spirits, make them restless."
Dean nodded.
"Like the theatre in Illinois, ya know?"
"And the guy that tore down the family homestead, Harold Todd, is the guy that kept Cyrus' murder quiet and unsolved."
"So now his spirit is awakened and out for blood."
"Yeah, I guess. Who knows what ghosts are thinking anyway."
"You know we're going to have to have to dredge that body up from the swamp right."
Dean smiled at him.
"Man."
"Man, earth is an odd place."
"You said it." Dean said.
Cassie came out of the house and Dean stood up straighter.
"Hey."
"Hey. She's asleep. Now what."
"Well you should stay you and look after her...and we'll be back. Don't leave the house."
Cassie smiled. "Don't go getting all authoritative on me. I hate it."
Dean glanced at his brother, who was grinning.
"Don't leave the house please?" He mumbled.
Cassie blinked slowly at him, then they started making out. Sam soon cleared his throat, Dean just kept kissing her, holding one finger up.
He then broke the kiss and walked to the Impala, noting (M/n) face of disapproval, but didn't say anything to him.
