💀💀Nico's pov💀💀

We walked into our home and instead of happy, Will seemed nervous.

"What's wrong?" I asked

"Um, well..."

"Um, well what?" I asked as we walked to the living room and sat on the couch

"At school, remember when I said the teacher held me back to talk about a assignment, well I lied," he didn't look at me when he said this though I was dumbfounded, why would he lie?

"What actually happened was totally different. I walked out of class to go find you but someone put a blind on me, shoved me in a closet and kissed me. I pushed the person off right away and saw that it was Monica. She told me to dump my girlfriend and I kinda sort of told her I was gay and I was dating you," he cringed when he said the last part.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked softly

"I didn't want you to get angry and go all protective and kill her," he replied

"Oh,"

"Are you mad?" Will asked scared for the answer

"No not really. As long as you didn't kiss her back I'm ok," he sighed loudly and hugged me

"Thank the gods," I then laughed and kissed him.

It was thanksgiving weekend so that meant we had 3 days to pass starting tomorrow so I got an idea.

"We should visit camp for thanksgiving!" I said

"That's a great idea! LETS GO PACK!" He yelled loudly as he ran to his room

I walked to mine behind him and packed up some clothes, and some other stuff I needed. Then I called a cab to pick us up.

"Long Island sound please," I said to the man driving

He didn't reply so I just talked to Will about camp.

We were almost there when the driver started talking.

"So, demigods, where are you from?" I looked at Will and paled visibly

"Uhh, we're going to go now!" I said and opened my door when the car was still moving and so did Will.

"Jump!" I yelled over the wind. I was on the side beside the grass so I tucked and rolled. I saw Will jump out but he was on the road side and when he jumped he landed weirdly on his foot and fell. I looked at him with concern but he gave me a thumbs up so I grabbed my sword and ran towards the car. The car turned around and went straight for Will. I ran over him but I was to late. Will jumped out of the way but his ankle was hurt so when he did he fell and hit his head.

"WILL!" I yelled but he didn't move

The car came at me again but I moved of the way and sprinted over to Will. I know I haven't done it in a while but I have to. I waited until the car was so close that the shadow was on us and I shadow traveled.
