《Solangelo》Chapter 10

💀💀Nico's pov💀💀
I was walking home from school and I saw something strange, the camps truck. Maybe Chiron went grocery shopping. Haha. I walked into the magnificent lobby and walked over to the gold elevator and hesitantly walked inside it. I've always hated elevators ever since I was stuck in one for 4 1/2 hours in the lotus casino when a couple teenagers thought it would be great to jump inside of it. I pressed 7 because that was what floor my room was on. I walked to number 728. When I got in sight of my door I saw a familiar person with blond curlyish hair sitting right beside my room his head in his hands.
"Will?" I asked astonished
Wills head snapped up
"Nico!" Will jumped up and hugged me and kissed me passionately. I broke away,
"What are you doing here?"
"I'll tell you when we get inside, I've been getting some pretty weird looks from your neighbours." I laughed and opened the door.
Will gasped looking around the apartment. I have to admit, it's pretty cool.
"Follow me," I led him to the balcony that was just outside the tv room. It was warm and the sun was shining right where we were sitting.
"So would you like to tell me why you are here?" I asked again
"I convinced Chiron to let me "keep an eye on you"" Will wiggled his eyebrows
"William Solace!" I slapped his hand playfully and giggled. I covered my mouth in shock, I did not just giggle.
Will also looked at me in shock.
"You heard nothing." I stated
"Did you ju-"
"Nope"
"You di-"
"No I did not. The ghost king does not giggle."
Will started laughing
"Looks like I can make the ghost king giggle!" I just sulked in my seat, which only made him laugh harder. 5 minutes later he was still laughing but now he was laying on the ground.

"Ok, ok I giggled. Gods take a chill pill," I said getting annoyed
"Ok I'm calm, I'm calm,"
"Are you sure?"
"Yes," Will got of the floor and stood up,
"It's getting cold, let's go in," He said
We walked inside and I gave him a tour of the apartment.
"This place is amazing!" Will exclaimed
"Ya it is, and I'm pretty sure my dad custom made my room because I never had to change anything!"
"It's just wow!"
"Ya," we walked into the spare room, "and this is your room," and just as I said it I realized the room was yellow, Wills favourite colour.
Will unpacked his stuff as I went into the kitchen and looked into the fridge and pantry, I knew exactly what to make.
I called Will to the table, and immediately smelled the air.
"What did you make it smells delicious!"
I just nodded and brought out the food. I brought out garlic bread first, right from the oven. Then I got the main course, which was spaghetti with my family's secret recipe sauce. As I thought, Will loved it. He ate the whole pot!
"That was sooooooo good! Where did you learn to cook?" Will asked
"My mama taught me and Bianca-"
"It's Bianca and I," Will corrected me
"Whatever, we were taught right before she died, it's a secret recipe,"
"Well it's delicious!"
"Thank you, thank you very much,"

Right now my update "schedule" is erratic. I'm sure this will change if the story generates enough interest. In any case, I plan on completing it eventually.

As a first time writer, I'd love some constructive criticism as well as general comments about my work as a whole. This story is something I've been kind of thinking about for the better part of a few months and I actually got anxious enough to attempt to put it in writing. Releases may be sporadic as I'm currently in school, and chapter lengths will vary depending on how much I feel i need to write to get my point across. The tags are temporary and may change. I plan on using a cultivation/mana system as this will be somewhat of a crossover

GLADIUS // Eret X Reader
PHANTASM SERIES BOOK 4---Gladius, (noun): (in ancient Rome) a short sword.---Eret perked up as soon as you and Simon walked into the room, a wide and welcoming smile coming onto his face. He was softer looking than his father had been, but you could still see some of the similar traits. He had a head of thick dark curls, and the same sharp jaw that his father had had. He wasn't as bulky though - he was tall and thin - and his face was a lot more open. What separated him most from his father's likeness though was the colorful cape, and the large mirrored glasses he wore - swirling with colors reflected from the room. He stood from his seat when Maven let the doors swing shut behind her, that wide smile still on his face. "You must be the embassy.""And you must be King Eret." You said, stooping into a bow. "Oh, there's no need for that." Eret said as you rose from your bow. He stepped down from the dias where his throne sat - colorful cape trailing behind him - and came to stand in front of you, taking your hand instead. "I'm not really one for formalities." He grinned, shaking your hand. His palm was warm against yours, and you could feel some slight callouses - most likely from practicing his sword work.
