《If You'll Be My Star (Anakin x Reader) BOOK TWO *COMPLETED*》Thirty

An uncomfortable, uneasy feeling grew for both you and Anakin as you both traveled further into the city. It was oddly empty as you and Anakin mimicked each other's actions and concentrated on the Force, searching for any life forms through it.
It's too quiet.
You said to Anakin as he nodded his head in agreement.
It is... Let's go this way.
Anakin replied as you followed him towards a wall. It suddenly opened a secret door. You followed in after Anakin and you looked behind you. You swore you heard Threepio and Artoo follow you and Anakin out. The door closed as quickly as it opened before you could give it any more thought. You just hoped they were safe.
Anakin glanced over to you, checking on you, as you both continued to adventure into the building. You and Anakin walked forward, side by side. You felt a sudden shift in the Force, a new life form was nearby.
"Anakin." you uttered.
"I feel it too. Wait." Anakin replied as he gently pulled you to a stop. You both turned around to see at least a dozen insect creatures behind you both. One let out a cry as you and Anakin ignited your lightsabers. You slashed down the few that were in front of you as Anakin did the same. You pushed back some with the Force before you and Anakin ran towards the only other door besides the entrance. You both halted to a stop after going through the doorway, switching off your lightsabers. The walkway stopped a few feet out of the doorway. The door suddenly closed as the floor pulled back. You let out a yelp as the floor beneath you was the first to go and you fell down towards the factory conveyor belt below, a good few meters down.

"Ani!" you shouted as you landed on your side.
"____!!" Anakin yelled back as he quickly grabbed onto the door handle with one hand and reached for you with the other.
You stood up and turned back on your lightsaber as the conveyor belt moved you down to stars knows where. Anakin jumped down onto the conveyor belt in an attempt to catch up with you. Both of you fought off the winged insect creatures, Geonosians. You finished off the ones near you as you looked ahead. There were two giant stamper machines a few feet from you. There was no way you could safely avoid going around you with the little time you had. You watched it a few moments to get the timing before running through one, ducking your head while doing so. You sliced off the machine's arms that tried to grab you before running through the second stamper. You dodged and sliced your way through the various machines that tried to crush you.
Anakin defeated the last of the Geonosians that attacked him. He quickly looked for you, but you were out of sight. He looked to his left and saw another conveyor belt. He jumped down to it as he dodged the conveyor belt's arms. Sparks and flames shot out all around him as Anakin slashed machine after machine.
A Geonosian flew down and tried to grab you. You spun away from him and brought your lightsaber down on his head with you facing the front again. Three more came to fight you. You turned to the side to avoid the attack of one, but was pushed off of the belt by another. You managed to slice one as you fell down. You felt your lightsaber slip from your hand as it switched off.
"No!" you shouted as you fell into a giant pot and your lightsaber fell into the pot in front of the one you fell in. You looked for a way to climb out since you couldn't cut your way out. You looked up, to see if there was any way you could make the pot drop. A giant claw with two claws was carrying you towards the spout with molten metal. You needed to get out of there fast before you were melted. You took to one side of the pot and calmed yourself. You held out both of your hands and focused. With the Force, you put all of your strength and concentration into tilting the massive and heavy pot. It started to tilt and you moved accordingly to the pot to avoid accidentally falling out.

Anakin dodged an attack before using the Force to send droid bodies towards the Geonosians attacking him. Sensing the distress and danger you were in, Anakin looked up towards the pots.
____!
He called out to you as he jumped up to the conveyor belt above him. He slashed down the Geonosians before they could attack him. Anakin turned around just as a mechanical arm knocked him over. He landed on his back as one of the machines locked his right arm and lightsaber into a molding device and sealed it shut. Anakin struggled to get out of it as he was getting closer and closer to the cutting machine.
The belt moving the pots took a sharp turn, causing the pot to tilt too fast and far. It knocked you out and you gasped as you grabbed onto the edge of the pot with your right hand and was dangling out of it. You looked and saw you were only three pots away from the spout. You looked down and there was nothing below that you could land safely on. You heard a familiar whistle and looked over to the side as far as you could.
"Artoo!" you yelled as you became only two pots away. Artoo beeped hurriedly as he flew next to you. He let out another one before flying below you. You let go and landed on the back of Artoo. You held on as he flew past the spout. You watched as molten metal was poured onto the first lightsaber you ever built.
"Aw no..." you sighed, knowing fully well that your lightsaber had melted and was no more. Artoo flew down and you jumped off and landed on a platform. Artoo went off to find Threepio.
Anakin rolled to the right side as he dodged the sharp cutters and then to the left to dodge another. As he rolled left, a cutter chopped down where Anakin's arm was sealed and freed him. Anakin jumped up and got in a fight stance as he went to ignite his lightsaber. When he didn't hear the hum of it or saw the glow, he looked at it and realized it had been cut in half from the same cutter that had freed him.
"Oh, not again.." he sighed. "Obi-Wan's gonna kill me."
Not if they kill us first.
You said to Anakin as Geonosians surrounded you, blasters at the ready. You slowly put up your hands as you glanced over at Anakin. Droidekas surrounded Anakin as the bounty hunter, Jango Fett, landed in front of him.
"Don't move, Jedi!" Jango Fett commanded as he pointed a blaster at Anakin. "Take him away." he ordered the Droidekas. Anakin surrendered as he dropped the half of his lightsaber he was holding.

To Become a Troll: A Monster Evolution Story
Thrust into the supernatural world of the deep forest, Paul finds himself in a situation where he could find himself prey to pretty much every other creature and animal around. If he's to survive, he must shed his weak form to grow stronger and survive. But the forest is full of creatures beyond human understanding, that act without the need for food or shelter and that seem to exist for the sole purpose of dragging humans to the bottom of a murky river. Is it really possible to kill such creatures when your only strength is physical prowess? --- A monster evolution story based on Swedish creature mythology. The focus will overwhelmingly be on the progression of the main character and his slow increase in strength. Although many of the creatures are based on Swedish creature mythology, I have taken creative liberties in order to ensure that evolution lines and the such are in line with the usual. The main thought I had when going into this is that I want to delay the "meeting a human" section as much as possible. My plan is to get him to endgame levels of strength before even sniffing the possibility of seeing a human. Whether I'm actually able to do this remains to be seen, but I'm holding my thumbs! Also, I'm aware that there are other troll evolution stories, but this is unrelated to them. They can do their stuff and I'll do mine, but this is in no way related to any of them. That said, hope you enjoy it!
8 169Nowhere to Run
Nina is a young priestess that just started her journeys in the Highlands, in a faraway land. But everything falls apart when greater forces are scheming and unknown men are suddenly after her. She will have no choice but to resort to her wits, make unexpected allies, and navigate her way through unforgiving lands in order to survive. Will she be up to the task? Greetings, reader! First of all, thank you for taking an interest and read my story. This is a story I've been working through all my life. But since I'm a first-time writer, I wanted to start with something small. This is just a small part of something much greater that hopefully one day I'll be able to translate into words as well. I will try to make it interesting as possible but please bear with me. Please understand that English is not my native language, I worked really hard to write in English the best I could. So please if you find any typos and grammar errors let me know. I'll try to upload new chapters as soon as I can. Although I had originally planned to deliver a chapter a MONTH, I think the real estimate would be a chapter EVERY 3 MONTHS since I also have to earn the daily bread. Cover picture made by me. The background picture is from Google but I modified it enough from the original. The story is also available on Wattpad, Inkitt, Scribblehub, and Webnovel.

Most of these pieces are oneshot tales, but the "Haunted Blades" ballad sequence is marked with an asterisk (*) throughout the collection to denote an interconnected series of poems.
