Dream walked to a gallery filled with symbols however he stopped at the one that weirdly looked like the vortex from earlier, he held it and spoke.

"Desire I stand before my gallery and hold your sigil, speak to me my sibling." Then an image appeared on the heart.

It was a man with golden hair and eyes wearing a black suit that had a massive v cut on the front and was adorned in feathers on the shoulder. He is also wearing cat ears? Oddly though he has this sort of feminine charm to him but also a hint of masculinity.

Like he embodied this things at the same time, then again if Dream is the personification of dreams and nightmares. It is only natural that their sibling would be the personification of desire itself. Dream entered their siblings domain and Desire just gave him an insincere smile.

"Hello big brother can I get you anything you desire?" Dream merely looked at him with an impassive look.

"Unity Kinkaid should have been the vortex of this era however someone took advantage of my imprisonment and fathered a child with her." Desire looked at Dream and gave him a cruel knowing smile.

"Was I that obvious?" Desire asked in a playful tone.

"No, you hid your tracks remarkably well. If the lady Gaea and our mother did not help Rose in destroying the vortex without killing her I would not have known that you were the Walkers grandfather." Desire' smile disappeared when he heard his brother mention the two primordial deities.

"They...were involve? This is a surprise how on earth did you convince them brother dearest?" Dream looked at Desire and smiled knowing that their sibling is in mortal terms shitting his pants off.

"Alice White convinced them after all Alice is lady Gaea's grandchild through her grandchildren Zeus and Hera. Have you forgotten of the Ambrosia' sibling of mine?" Desire couldn't hide his surprise any longer he did not expect that Alice White could get involve.

"You know what would happen had I killed Rose and everything that would entail." Dream told Desire.

"It nearly worked this time too." Desire told Dream and the older of the two is trying to control their anger.

"I only came here to confirm my suspicions I must be off." Desire looked at the Dream confused he expected him to lash out not leave.

"That's it? No warnings, threats - anything?" Dream looked at Desire and nodded

"At first that was what I intended to do however our mother told me to not be harsh with you and how I treated for the last few millennia...I guess it isn't far off that you would want to have me dead." Desire for the second time that day was surprised his brother, his insufferable, emotionless and stiff big brother just admitted to his mistakes.

"Besides our mother said she would talk with you once everything was taken care off." Dream left his piece finally said.

Desire sat there not knowing what to do, his big brother just left without any incident and admitted to his faults and his mother is going to be visiting him. For once in over a very long time Desire just sat their speechless.

After spending a few minutes with her gran and lady Nyx, Alice, Rose and Jed bid farewell to their respected grandparent and the two women left. Alice is still in shock at what her gran told her. To think her friends are a child of an Endless. Though she frowned at the method Desire used to nearly harm Dream.

Using their own grandchildren as if they were mere tools...disgusts her to her core. Then again that was what the immortals did before so habits don't really die. The three friends decided to explore the mansion well the Walker' are the one that is exploring Alice is their little tour guide. It was quite the experience for the two as every room they went to was absolutely beautiful and extravagant.

Their personal favorite was the library as it had quite the collection from comics to classical literature. Of course this was the upstairs library Alice did show them the down stairs one but they weren't that interested in old ancient text. Rose showed some interest but the library was far to creepy for her so she passed...for now.

They were in the drawing room now eating some snacks while reading the few books that they took from the library. Alice was enjoying the quiet atmosphere when she felt an ominous presence from outside the mansion. She excused herself to her friends and went outside she surveyed the area and also tried to feel any other presence however before she could locate where the feeling was coming from she heard a mighty roar.

She looked to her left and saw the FREAKING minotaur who was at this moment charging at her at full speed. She immediately dodge the attack and grabbed her bracelet and it turned into two twin swords. The minotaur turned into her direction again and charged but this time she met it head on.

Rose and Jed immediately went outside since they heard a loud roar and to their horror saw Alice holding two swords and fighting a huge bull that was half bull and half human. The monster saw them and the two siblings froze up however to their astonishment it did not try to attack them. Though it continued it's assault on Alice who dodge, blocked and hit the minotaur with deep and decisive blows.

"I do not know how you are still alive and breathing but I will ensure that you will never return." The minotaur roared and charged at Alice.

Alice jumped up into the air and raised her hand up into the sky, lightning appeared on her hand and the clouds darkened. Dream arrived and saw Alice on the air and facing the minotaur the king of the Dreaming was surprised that this creature was still alive. He also saw Rose and Jed watching their friend almost fascinated at what she was doing.

"What are you two doing here? You should not be outside." However the two siblings just continued to watch the scene before them.

"Uncle Dream will Alice be alright fighting that thing head on." Dream smiled at Rose and nodded.

"Of course every legacy and demigods were taught from an early age of how the monsters would kill them to get back at their divine parent or grandparent." This surprised the two

"Why did it not attack us though? Aren't we also a legacy of a divine?" Jed asked his uncle.

"No, since we Endless aren't divine beings you only call an immortal a divine if they are a God or Goddess. However the Endless aren't divine we are much more powerful and will continue to exist whether mortals believe on us or not." The two nodded understanding what their uncle meant.

"As for why it did not attack you, it's simple because if it did it would mean that the monsters have declared war against us. Family is everything to us and if they harmed any of our family that would mean harming us as well. It doesn't also help that there are no laws forbidding us from tearing every monster apart and killing them." Dream told the two.

Alice brought her arm down in a slamming motion and a powerful lightning struck the minotaur killing it and turning it into ash. The Walkers cheered for their friend while Dream was impressed by how powerful his savior and friend is. Alice turned her attention to the three and waved her hand at them.

"Now that this mess is over why don't we head back in and relax?" Everyone agreed and headed in though Alice knows in her gut that this is just the beginning of many attempts of her life.
