"Ethan, can you help me!"

"I'm coming Babygirl"

"No Abby I'll be right there"

Ever since I've been sick the twins have been practically fighting to do things for me, I've told them over and over that they didn't have to, but they always insist so why not.

They both rush into my room looking for something to do before I even say something Liam checks my temperature and Ethan starts to message my feet.

"I needed help getting up guys"

"No, why do you need to get up just ask me and I'll do it"

"Or... you could ask me, and I'll do it"

I sigh not wanting to deal with their bickering right now when I really needed to get up from this spot, I was just way too weak to move.

"I needed to go and take a shower"

Ethan swoops me up bringing me to the bathroom. He sits me on the counter while he runs the water for a bath.

"Okay now it's ready"

He helps me off the counter and strips me down. Once I put a toe in, I immediately jump back into his arms holding him tight.

"That's got Ethan!"

"I know baby, but you need to break this cold somehow and this is good for that kind of thing okay"

I shake my head not wanting to step into the scorching hot water while he's trying to convince me that it was necessary.

"Ethan you idiot why would you make the water that hot clearly she didn't like the temperature"

"It's to break the cold Liam I know what my Babygirl needs"

I stare between them both not wanting things to hear up further. I let go of Ethan's neck and slowly enduring the steaming water, I move around a little adjusting my body to it until it was okay.

"I'm okay it's just it caught me off guard a little"

"Do you need me to bathe you"

"I'm not a child I got it from here guys"

"Call me when you're ready to get out"

"I'll call if I need you, thank you"

They leave and I relax in the tub trying to find a solution for the twins to get back how they were it's like they went to sleep and then woke up mad at each other I wonder what I missed when I was with Zack.

Finally, out of that room I felt like I was suffocating in there. Liam offered to clean it and get rid of all the germs that was building up inside of it while Ethan stayed downstairs with me watching an episode of 13 reasons why.

Halfway through the episode the doorbell rings and Ethan goes to answer it. I don't pay any mind to it as I finish watching the show.

"Hi is Abby here" Zack's voice sounds from the doorway, Ethan looks back at me confused but responds.

"She is"

"Can I talk to her?"

"And why do you want to talk to my ba- baby my sister"

"Ethan's it's alright"

I get up and move towards the door hoping to go outside knowing what Zack is here for, I didn't want the twins finding out and getting angrier.

"No need to step out come in" Ethan offers and i internally face palm myself, why did he have to show up at my home. He could have just been understanding as Mark when I told him I was sick but no he just had to show up unexpectedly.

He comes in and sits next to me on the couch nervously rubbing his hands into his jeans I think from sweating, I guess.

"Zack"

"I just wanted to see if you were doing any better, I missed having you with me at school"

I sat there confused, me and him only talked once at school.

"Oh" is all I managed to say before sitting in an awkward silence.

"So have you thought about being my girlfriend"

My eyes bulged out of my head at his question right in front of Ethan.

"Um no I-I haven't t-thought about it" I looked away and stared blankly at the now pause episode trying not to make eye contact with Ethan.

Liam descends from the stairs and the look on his face tell me he heard everything that was said.

"I'm sorry what?" Ethan asks confused as to why Zack would ask me that question.

"Oh, I asked Abby would she be my girlfriend a couple of nights ago I'm still waiting on an answer" he proudly states looking at me the whole time he spoke.

"Oh, Abby you never said anything to me about this" Ethan stated with a fake smile plastered on his face I know I'm not going to hear the end of this when Zack leaves.

"Well, it's my fault I still haven't showed her all the ways I've changed as a person, but I will I promise Abby" he stands to leave, and I quickly Escort him to the door.

"Good night, Abby I hope to see you soon" he kisses my cheek softly before turning and leaving. I close the door and make eye contact with both Ethan and Liam.

"So, this is what he was asking you that day to be his girlfriend"

"Why didn't you tell us"

"It doesn't matter all she has to do is decline and it'll all be over"

"Wait hold up guys I didn't know he was going to ask me to be his girlfriend and I will decline if I want last time, I check we broke up"

They stood there looking at me in disbelief.

"So, you don't want to be it's me"

"Or me"

"I do but you guys just can't expect me to forgive you after what you did at Marks home with his parents that was harsh"

"I know and I'm sorry baby I just got jealous that's all it will never happen again okay give me another chance"

"Okay Liam did all that I just sat back so why did I get broken up with"

"Because you both come as a pack and if I broke up with one, I broke up with both"

"That's not fair if Liam does that dumb shit again, I shouldn't be blamed we can still be together"

As if that was some sort of button Liam articles Ethan tackling him down.

"I knew it you're trying to steal her away from me!"

"What the fuck are you talking about!"

The continued to fight on the floor while I stood there not knowing what was going on or what to do all I was able to do was tell them to stop but they wouldn't I had to call my only resource.

"Mark can you please come over like now" I shout through the phone. Ethan threw a punch at Liam busting his lip in the process.

"Guys stop!"

They threw punches after punches trying to get the upper hand when really it was a tie.

"I'm here what-"

Mark burst through the door seeing the sight before him he immediately broke them both up.

"What the hell was that all about"

"I knew it you are a conniving fucker you're trying to steal her away from me aren't you!"

"Why the fuck would you say that I never once even said that"

"You did you just said it"

Liam tries to attack Ethan again, but Mark holds him back.

"Abby what's going on here are they arguing over a girl?"

I stood there not knowing what to say or do. I guess they were arguing over me, but the real question was why.

"Yeah, I think they are"

"Who?"

"Abby" Liam shouts and my eyes widen, why would he say my name while Mark is still here.

"Abby go get a towel for me please" he corrects himself noticing Marks confused face. I scurry off quickly getting them both a towel to clean up, the damage wasn't bad just a busted lip and a few scratches was all but nothing else.

"Abby, we need to talk" Mark says, I gulp but nod my head understanding.

This can't be good.
