"So, I was thinking of maybe we can go back to your place you know to study one another" Stacy says in a weird voice I think she's trying to sound sexy well if she is it's not working for her.

"Yeah sure" I say in an annoyed tone I can't stop thinking about where Abby and Zack are going to 'study' each other and how much studying are they going to do.

Walking away from Stacy I drive home in a hurry. I hate the day my angel got that fucking puppy he ruined everything I had planned for us to be together again, and she let him, she let him steal her heart instead of letting me show her how much we belong together.

Ever since we were kids, I knew it and so did my parents. That's it I'll ask them for help I bet mom will understand and then we can actually have a conversation without that damn puppy running around getting her attention.

"Mom, dad you home"

"Kitchen"

"Mom, I need your help with something"

"What is it?"

"Well, I messed up with Abby and I need to get her back but every time I try it's this new puppy her brothers got her-"

"Oh, Ethan and Liam their both such nice boys and taking good care of her too how are they"

"I don't know mom, but they got her this new puppy, and she just doesn't have time for me lately she's obsessed with that thing calling it her baby"

"She's not obsessed with it, it's a puppy for god sakes who wouldn't want one and a puppy is also like a baby you know their small need attention such as her little puppy does once it gets older, she'll have you around"

"I don't have that much time mom I think I'm going to go crazy can you please for the sake of you future grandchildren have a dinner and invite them. Please mom"

She thinks for a little and then agrees. I know my mom always wanted grandchildren and me having them with Abby is what she dreams of. Everyone loves Abby she's just this free spirit person that a adore so much I'll give her my all if I have to.

Laying on my bed I stare at the ceiling thinking of how this dinner will go and how Abby and I can start over and be together. I can't wait to see her face.

"Mark, you have a guest" my mom shouts from downstairs, it's almost eight who's coming to see me?

I walk down the stairs and there stand Stacy. "Hi Mark" she greeted me, I nod my head turning back around to go upstairs. "Well, I hope you two do well on your project. Mark we're going out don't wait up" my mom says walking to the front door. I run down the stairs following her out.

"Mom why are you two leaving it's not even a weekend" I complain not wanting to be left with Stacy alone again. "Your father surprised me with this one too, but you shouldn't be worried about us worry about that project" she walks away getting into the car my dad was in

"Oh, and tomorrow we are going to a gathering my friend is holding so I want you to dress well after school."

I watch as they drove off down the road leaving me with Stacy who is somewhere inside of my house, I can't be more irritated right now.

I groan loudly before walking back into the house going to my room, I shut the door.

"Nice room you have"

"Whatever let's just get this over with I don't want you here for long"

"I- Okay" She stutters, I roll my eyes sitting on my bed not bothering to look her way instead I just play on my phone. Anything to keep from looking at her face.

"Mark are even listening to me"

"No"

"If you don't listen, we both are going to fail this assignment"

"Soo"

She huffs closing her book, I focus on my phone hoping she gets that I don't like her and leaves but one can only hope.

"Mark, are you going to be mad at me forever" I look up at her with a blank expression, I want so bad for this girl to leave my house.

"What did I even do to make you this angry with me"

"WHAT DID YOU DO? Are you seriously asking that, you fucking kissed me after I told you I had a girlfriend multiple times Stacy, I never wanted you and I never will Abby is the only one I will ever want"

"I-I'm sorry" she says before running out of the house in tears. I sigh before going to change for bed.

Man, how dumb could that girl be.

"Zack, it didn't work he's still into Abby" I cry over the phone, how could I be so stupid to think Mark would actually go for me after all of my tries he picks her.

Everybody picks her even Zack picked her becoming the gentleman and not the player he used to be how can she just change everyone.

"Listen Stacy you're not trying hard enough I starting to think that you really don't want Mark"

"I do, I do it's just that he wants Abby, and so do you I don't think I can compete with her"

"All you have to do is try, once I get Abby to like me and we date I really don't care what happens with you and Mark, but I hope that you two will be as happy as us"

"I don't know Zack what if he tries to get her back from you than what"

"Then it's on to plan B"

He hangs up the phone and I walk home thinking of ways to make Mark realize that I'm the one who's loved him from the very first moment we met. It was me all along not Abby or anyone else.

All I have to do is be like Abby right that can't be so hard all I have to do is be nice, kind and pretty I can do that I won't mess what me and Mark have up anymore not until I make him mine, I'll make him forget all about Abby.
