《My Boss, My Obsession (TTSPG Book Two.)》8

A blow job was good enough huh?
I shook my head as I pulled on my shirt and slipped out the hotel room.
I had somehow ended up spending the night with some random girl I met who was just supposed to give me a blow job but after how good she was at it, I needed more.
Or maybe it was because I was high?
I hadn't the slightest clue. The slight dizziness I was feeling was quickly making me nauseous and I pulled my phone out my pocket to see the tens of missed calls from Damon. Groaning, I called a cab and hoped no one would be awake by the time I got home.
As luck would not have it, everyone was wide awake since it was almost 11, my dad had arrived and the house was unusually tense.
"About fucking time." Derek snapped as he saw me and he looked like he was seconds away from ripping someone's throat out.
Good to know he wasn't still high... wait, is that a good thing?
"Sorry, overslept."
"Everyone was worried about you Danny. You don't just disappear without telling someone. What if-" Dad started.
"Like you did?" Derek cut in, his voice dripping with ice.
"This is not the time to rehash the past. Your brother disappeared last night, didn't answer his phone and then just show up afterwards with some bull shit excuse that he overslept."
"It's no big deal dad. I slept at a hotel and forgot to call and let you guys know I'm okay. Sorry, it won't happen again."
"You fell asleep at a hotel? Why didn't you just come home with your brother?" My mother interjected and for the first time since getting here I looked at her.
She stood off to a corner, worry etched on her features as she stared at me. I could tell she didn't even want to be here and I almost felt guilty for not wanting to come over.
"I'm here, so can we get this thing over with?"

"I don't know what's the issue with you guys. I'm the one that doesn't have to be here but as much as you dislike it, I'm your father and still very much apart of this family-"
"Tell that to your wife-"
"SO we will get along for the next few hours or you all can expect that nice little monthly finance you get to end and we'll see how you get on without my money supporting you!"
"We don't need your fucking money-" Derek was quick to snap and I really wanted to get in front of him and block the shots dad was bound to get.
"Keep up that attitude son, you might be able to survive but what about Pamela, huh?" He snapped, a cynical look on his face. He turns to mom as he continued his angry rant. "Just say the word and I'm gone and you can face your good for nothing friends and explain why you can't keep a man or a house-"
Before my dad could finish that sentence I felt my fist connect with his face before I heard the cracking of bones. Or was it teeth? I hadn't a clue but my blood was boiling.
I barely got one good punch in before my dad pounced and I could faintly make out my mom yelling for us to stop fighting in the background.
My body was picked up and slammed back onto the floor and I momentarily saw stars before I felt my dad's heavy fist hit against my stomach knocking the wind out of me.
I speared him as I got the upper hand and saw his head bounce off the floor as I pinned him down and aimed my punches at that face he found so fucking precious.
"You fucking piece of unwanted, runt sperm!" My dad shouted, blood spilling out of his mouth.
I barely felt my mom pulling me off him before we both went tumbling backwards as the sorry excuse I had for a father saw his opportunity and took it.

Apparently, seeing my mom hurt was all it took for Derek and Damon to snap to their senses and I smiled a bloody smile as they pulled him off me. Before we could ban together and beat the life out of him, the door was kicked open and two police officer rushed in as they yelled at us.
The next few hours were a blur and we all sat in one of the cells downtown as we waited for mom to bail us out.
Maybe we should have waited to fight till after she received the check. I thought to myself as I touched the side of my face that was quickly starting to swell. There was no way she'd be able to find money to bail us all out and I braced the cold, bare wall as I knew we'd be stuck here indefinitely.
"Can't you call Chris, ask him to bail us out?"
I heard Derek ask and one eye popped open as I looked over at Damon.
"I tried, he refuses to take my calls." Came Damon's quiet response.
He was in a laid-back position as though he'd already resigned to his fate and I couldn't blame him. The police had barged in on us about to beat the life out of an unarmed man, one that was greatly respected in our community whereas, us three were known troublemakers and smelt of beers, weed and sex.
"You guys still on the outs?" Derek asked, cutting into my thoughts.
"Its complicated."
"I've never met two more complicated souls stuck in such a complicated situation."
"Hey, do I nag you about your nonexistant relationship?"
"I'd rather be single than confused." Derek fired back.
"I'm not confused-"
"You're supposed to be in a relationship with Chris and I caught you having sex with a girl last night... that's not complicated to you?"
"Dude, whatever."
Closing my eyes once more, I made myself comfortable as I knew the much dreaded weekend would soon come to an end with us stuck in here.
~
"Danny!"
I shot awake to the sharp call of my name and slammed my head against the wall as I stared at my reflection.
"What the fuck?!"
"Shit, sorry. Didn't know you were that deep in sleep."
"Why the hell are you yelling my name?!"
"Don't you wanna get outta here or are you resigned to spending all of Monday in the lockups?"
I was up and headed to the door in 10 seconds flat and I heard my twin's laugh as he walked behind me.
Just as I'd predicted, we had spent the weekend behind bars because my dad made sure my mom didn't receive the money to bail us out and seeing that he was loved and respected in society, it wasn't any surprise that everyone listened to him.
"Jon?!"
I stopped walking as I saw my boss standing in front of me talking to a few officers. He looked taller than I'd remembered and I wondered if it was because the other officers were way too short in comparison. Jon, upon hearing his name turned to me and I could've sworn I felt my heart stop.
Shit, how did he not cross my mind?
"Danny, come on. You'll have all the time in the world to catch up. Let's get our stuff and get out of here."
Grabbing my arm, I was being led away by Damon as we all followed an officer towards the back while I stared after a mute, blank form of my boss.
He looked neither angry nor happy to see me and the few minutes spent listening to the officer was like throwing water onto a duck's back since I'm yet to hear what it was he had said.
The only thing occupying my thoughts was the way Jon stared after me and the fact that he was here instead of at work at 10 in the morning.
Yep, he was pissed.
A/N AGAIN...!!!
For some reason i'm seeing chapter 10 is coming after this one so please check to make sure the chapters are in the correct order.
