"Well? Why are Sal and Larry so dangerous?"
I question once more. Travis seemed to be sort of...I don't know - stuck - in his head ever since I asked that question.
It's kind of freaking me out.
"Uh- Well- Larry, he beat the living hell out of me just yesterday! Where else do you think I got this black eye from."
Travis stated.
"Larry did that?"
I asked in bewilderment. Just when I was beginning to think he was okay.
"Yup."
Travis confirmed. But where did that bloody nose come from?
"How did your nose start bleeding then?"
I question him. I seriously need some total confirmation right now. I don't know who to believe anymore.
"Like I said, Larry beat the shit out of me."
"But you said he did that to you, yesterday."
"Yeah?"
Travis still pushed on, not seeing his mistake.
"Uh- well, how is your nose still bloody?"
My eyes widen in relaisation. Oh shit!
"Uh well, he must have got me good because it stopped bleeding yesterday then when I got to school this morning; BOOM! It was bleeding again."
I continued to lie to Y/N.
"Hints the whole being in the office thing."
I look to her and put on a face that hopefully made me look like I'm telling the truth. Hoping she buys it.
She softens her confused face.
"Oh, I didn't know that could even happen."
"Trust me, I didn't either until today."
"Well, you learn something new everyday."
She smiles and giggles. I laugh a little with her, mostly just because I'm happy she bought it.
'Her laugh is nice...'
There is a nice comforting silence for a minute and I watch as Y/N sits on one of the benches. I stay standing but I walk over to her; now standing infront of her.
To be honest I'm kind of enjoying the silence, I need it just to think for now. And her company is quite nice...comforting.
'I need to make sure those freaks stay away from her.'

I'm thinking of more things I could use against Larry and Sal, except; with my own personal twist on them. Accentually taking two percent of the truth and making it ninety eight percent worse, maybe adding a couple lies onto it here and there.
I continue planning but the lunch bell interrupts my flow of thoughts.
"That's the lunch bell."
I tell Y/N, as I look at her.
"Already? Wow..."
She says back to me. I totally agree with her, it feels like no time has gone by at all.
"Do you want to eat lunch with me?"
"Do you want to eat lunch with me?"
Travis asks, I look away from him thinking back to this morning;
"
I get to see them at lunch! Even if I have to pretend to not know them, I can find some way to talk to them without Travis knowing.
But for now...I need to lay low.
"Yeah, sure."
I smile and look back to Travis.
"Alright, Shall we then?-"
Travis extends his arm out.
"-M'lady~"
He coos.
I giggle and link our arms together.
"We shall."
I smile up at him. Even though I just met him, I feel like we clicked.
I think we will become really good friends.
He has the same humor as me for the most part, his smile is nice and by the looks of it, he needs someone tough to take care of him. Someone like me.
Travis and I walk to where I remember the cafeteria being when he showed me around. Our arms are still linked and I don't think any of us plan to let go of one another any time soon.
"Here we are,"
Travis stops walking, as do I. We are now standing infront of two double doors as we see a ton of people sitting and eating through the windows beside said doors.
Travis pulls me along with him as we open the doors and walk in together.
As soon as we walked in I excitedly glanced around the cafeteria with a smile on my face in hopes of catching a glimpse of Larry or Sal.

But I don't see them.
I glance around once again making sure I didn't miss them or anything, and yet again. My eyes find nothing, no sight of Larry's classic Sanity Falls shirt, and no sight of Sal's bright electric blue hair.
I feel my smile drop.
My heart, sink to the bottom of my stomach.
'They told me they would meet me here...'
I felt like I wanted to cry as I realise what they did to me.
They lied.
They lied straight to my face.
I trusted them enough to follow through, this is my fault.
Travis pulls us over to the cafeterias lunch line; waiting for our turn to get food. But I didn't feel so hungry anymore. I just look to the floor and stay quiet.
Travis gets his food but notices me not grabbing anything. He turns to me and leans down a little to my height.
"Hey, you okay?"
Travis looks at me, I look over to him with glossy eyes. His slight smile drops and he frowns.
"Y/N- oh gosh..."
He grabs my wrist gently and pulls us back to the garden we were just in; a tray of food in one hand and my wrist in the other.
We walk to the bench I was sitting on earlier and he puts his tray down on it. Turning back around he pulls me into a tight hug.
He pets my hair as he whispers only the most comforting words to me.
As I hug her I see just who I wanted to keep her away from, Sal and Larry. The two look at me in rage and pure jealousy. It's like they don't seem to care about how obvious it is. I hug her tighter as they continue to stare.
"Sh sh sh...it's okay, you're okay...I'm here."
Travis whispers into my ear as my face is tucked into his chest. I feel him hug me tighter, which is a little too tight but I don't say anything.
"Don't cry, Y/N. Everything is okay,"
I want to let out all the stress but I can't. Not infront of someone I barely know. Not to mention it's totally and utterly improper! My father said so.
"No...no. I'm fine,"
I sniffle as my voice breaks whilst I'm trying to convince him that I'm okay.
"No, You're not."
"Yes, I am."
I gently push him away from the hug and wipe my eyes. I look back up to him and smile.
"See, I'm fine. Just a little overwhelmed I guess."
Travis ruffles my hair and steps back a little from me; to give me some room.
"There's that strong girl I know."
I smile lightly, wanting to just change the topic to something else.
"Maybe we should head back to the cafeteria?"
I ask. His eyes widen at my question and immediatly speak up.
"NO! Uh- no, it's so nice out. Why don't we just stay here...?"
Travis panics. But what is he panicing about?
"But it's just over ther-"
I turn my head over to the garden's doors and look back to Travis as I speak. But immediatly do a double take as I realise what I just saw. Or more like...who I just saw.
"Sal? Larry? What are you two doing out here?"
I can see from the corner of my eye Travis's confusion.
"Looking for you."
Larry says clenching his jaw. He looks upset?
" 'What are we doing here?' What are you doing here?"
Sal includes He looks upset too.
Why?
"Are you guys okay? What's wrong?"
I question walking up to the two males. Travis still stands in the same spot he was when we let go of the hug.
Once I was close Larry grabs my waist and pulls me closer to them.
"Woah! Larry! What are you doing?"
His quick action catches me off guard.
"I could ask you the same damn thing."
"What do you - mean?"
I ask looking back and forth between the two as my upper body stays pressed against Larry. I look down and see my boobs pressed directly against Larry's chest. My face flushes brightly as I notice it.
Sal walks behind me leaning his head down next to my ear and whispers,
"What are you doing hanging out with him?"
