"Sorry I'm late."
"Better late than never."
Blanche lay in Candela's arms, beaten with scratches and injuries all over her body. Her hair was down and a Vaporeon lay in the same state.
Spark crouched next to his friends, observing both of them and the crude people who stood in front of them.
"Well look what the Meowth dragged in!" One of them said. She must be in the lead.
The people who stood before them had a large red imprinted on a black shirt they were wearing. Many different pokemon stood behind them, ready to attack at any moment.
"What's the washout king of losers gonna do?" She crossed her arms and stood back. "Stupid us to death?"
Laughter erupted amoung the group. Some of the beings who stood behind them laughed along with them.
The trio just stared. Spark made a move, getting up slowly as Candela began to speak.
"I think that you forget that Spark is every inch Team Leader and I are"
He was fully on his feet, and whispered something, holding something in his hand. A bright flash came from his hand and surrounded him, illuminating his friends and shadowing others.
"And when all else fails..." Blanche turned over in Candela's arms.
The large flash became more visible, and nearly out of nowhere, a pokemon apeared, spreading its wings around Spark.
"Everyone trusts in their.."
The pokemon, now fully aware of its surroundings and the situation, flew high and faced the foes. Its wings spead out, now brightening the whole room with its lighting.
"Instincts."

Pro Dungeon Impact
Lars Ochre had it all. Success. Fame. Fortune. A forest of back hair. A never ending hunger for snack cakes. There's only one problem: it just might be the thing to kill him. Unless... he can figure a way out. Pro Dungeon Impact is a high stakes virtual thrill ride mashing GameLit elements with professional wrestling, and written by a dude whose passions are puns, lame jokes, and maintaining a mental encyclopedia of pop culture references. This novel is a work in progress.

Class Crystal Battles
The kingdom of Leferon was peaceful. However, after an abnormal monster subjugation by the prince and his comrades, a conspiracy that could plunge the world into war is uncovered.WARNING: Some violence, gore, language, and minor sexual descriptionsNote: This is my take on a JRPGish/CNish mixEDIT: Changing the name (from Trials of Battles and Gods) because I don't plan to introduce gods until the final arc (if I still get that far)
