The tears flow,

Leaving pain filled streaks.

My chest tight,

I can't breathe.

They are unaware,

The pain they bring.

I threw up,

My stomach empty.

My head won't stop,

Thinking negative thoughts.

Knowing the suffering she feels.

I wish I could save her from it.

If she wants to leave,

I'll understand.

I'll know why,

And its all my fault.
