I could describe myself with strong, powerful, inspiring words and build myself a mountain that no one could tear down or destroy. But that would be lying. I don't want to be a liar anymore. Well no more than I am at least.

So I am going to describe myself with words a lot of people will disagree with:

Lonely

Sad

Exhausted

Bruised

Battered

Lost

Broken

Empty

Gone.

I am lonely, not because I am alone.

I am sad, not because I have cried.

I am exhausted, not because I haven't slept.

I am bruised, not because I've fallen.

I am battered, not because I've been hurt.

I am lost, not because I have no direction.

I am broken, not because I've lost loved ones.

I am empty, not because I am numb.

I am gone, because I'm no longer living.
