"What's so special about this 11:11 thing anyhow?" Your boyfriend dragged on once more. He wanted to understand it because you were interested in it, but he didn't see what was so special about the time and the repeated number sequence.
"They say in the papers that when you look at the clock at exactly 11:11 a wish will come true." You said while sitting at your vanity. He stood behind you while looking at the mornings paper. He was dressed nicely, all ready for the wrap party you were preparing for. You touched up your lipstick. He switched his gaze to you.
"What do you wish for that you want to come true so bad?" You twisted the bottom of your lipstick before capping it up.
"Darling, if I were to tell you then it won't come true." You could see the gears in his head twisting in all different directions which made you giggle to yourself.
"Oh boy oh boy, what will I ever do with you?" You wrapped your arms around his neck.
"I know plenty of things." He smirked, "well I'm afraid we won't get into that now. We can't be late for this party."

Sure, there were new dangers in this foreign world, but they wouldn't be anything a fancy bit of spellwork couldn't solve. Though, he would appreciate it greatly if someone could explain to him just what this 'cultivation' business was, why the local Mages were all muscle-brained freaks obsessed with immortality, and why they all seemed to lack any appreciation for the finer details of Essence manipulation. That would be nice.

Jamie finds the idea of getting to be a wizard a dream come true, and the fact that he has a special bonus that will help him become powerful faster than normal in a world where gaining Skills isn't easy only makes things better. He quite literally has unlimited potential, it's a better world than the life he had on Earth, and he did meet an attractive guy within a minute of arriving. Why would he want to leave? Harem Tag: There will be a harem for sure, I just don't know how many guys will be in nor what species of person any other than two will be. Slice-of-Life and Adventure: this story will have periods of slice-of-life and periods of adventure, so it's technically fitting into both genres.
