You pulled the blankets closer as you rolled on your side to snuggle with your husband after a perfect love-making session. He had his arms around you and pressed kisses to your forehead.

"You know what would really be something? You on top next time. That would be amazing." He smiled, amused with his own comments.

The truth was, you felt insecure, nervous, to be on top. You felt like you were hidden when you were in missionary. Even though it was just you and Frank, you felt like you couldn't do it.

Frank looked at you worriedly. He could always read on your face when something wasn't right.

"Did I say something wrong?" You shook your head.

"No, I'm just—the idea of being on top scares me, I suppose. It makes me feel like I'm exposed and well, when you're on top I feel hidden, and safe."

"Oh darling, if that's the case then we won't do it until you're ready. Don't worry about that sugar."

He held you close and pressed apologetic kisses all over your face. It tickled and made you laugh. He liked it. He didn't like seeing you upset and would prevent it at all costs.

"All better?"

"All better."

He laughed and pulled you to his chest even tighter. You listened to his heartbeat and his quiet humming.

"I love you, Frankie."
