It was the night before marriage day and the environment was perfectly jolly....🎉

The children were running around and the giggling of girls were heard☺️!!!

Shivani went to a group of girls who were chuckling and teasing Tanu...

"Enough girls!! Jao aur mehendi lagwa lo ab.....", She smiled.

They left one by one and Shivani settled beside Tanushka who was tired and yawning.

Shivani giggled watching her.

"What🙄!?", Tanu rolled her eyes and Shivani shook her head controlling her laughter.

"2 ghante se baithi hun yaarrr... My whole body is aching , bhook bhi lagi hai aur ye mehendi pata nahi konse janam mai complete hogi😩!?", She whined looking at the henna artist.

"Tum bhi jao lagwa lo mehendi.... Warna late ho jaayega!!!", Tanu said.

"Haan bas jaa hi rahi hun... Ek baar wo gifts pack ho jaaye!!"

"Arre wo hote rahenge Shivi!! Acha ek kaam karte hai tum bhi yahi baithke lagwa lo mere pass!!! Mujhe bhi company mil jaayegi..😋!", Tanu grinned.

"Ummm.... Tanu I need to tell you something!!!", Shivani spoke up nervously while the henna artist applied oil to her hands.

"Yup!!", Tanu looked at her.

"A....ummmm... Wooo!?", She blinked her eyes looking here and there.

"Say na Shivi!!! Don't start your fumbling again..", Tanu said.

Shivani looked at her with puppy eyes making her groan.

"Okay Lemme guess!! Abhimanyu ne kuch kara🤨?", Tanu wiggled her eyebrows and Shivani nodded her head.

"That idiot!!! Ek thappad se akal nahi aayi lagta hai.... 6 7 aur jaad dene chahiye...😤", She huffed in anger.

"Arre nahi….", Shivani tried to explain her.

"Kya nahi haan kya nahi!!! Tum toh na chup hi raho. Infact tum chup hi rehti ho.... Comeon Shivani stand and speak up!!! Muh tod jawaab do usse..... I swear I am gonna kill him😒🙂!!!", Tanu said scrunching her nose.

"Arre sun toh lo Tanu!!!", Shivani interrupted.

"Bolo ab kya kara tumhare pati gadheshwar ne🙄", she rolled her eyes making Shivani laugh.

"He proposed me!!", Shivani said in a breath.

"Yeah right!!! Expected.... Such a--!! Waittttt!!!! Whattttttt...! That idiot proposed you😨😱?", Tanu almost jumped.

"Mam please Shanti se baithiye mehendi kharab ho jaayegi....", the henna artist said.

"Sorry sorry!!!", Tanu apologised settling down.

"I wanttttt each and every detail now🤩!!!!!", Tanu grinned ear to ear.

Shivani's cheeks turned a little pink at the mention while Tanu gave her all teasing looks.

"Stop that or else I won't tell you anything...", Shivani glared at Tanu who was smirking at her.

"Okay Mrs. Malhotra!! I am sitting like a good baby. Now tell me what happened🤭!!", Tanu giggled.

Shivani told her how Abhi planned a dinner and gifted her dress and said sweet things to her.

"Ohhh myyyy myyyy♥️!! Damn he is so romantic Shivi.... I never knew that man has hidden colours.....😯", Tanu exclaimed.

"But seriously Shivu!!! Abhimanyu made your luck girlll.... Pata hota na sudhar jaana hai toh tumhari shaadi wale din hi chaped thar deti😆!!", Tanu laughed.

Shivani smiled making a face and hit her head with her hand.

"Pagal ho tum!!!", Shivani mumbled.

"I know!!! But ab toh mujhse jyada pagal bhi koi hai..... Tumhare pyaar mai😏!!", Tanu smirked.

Shivani glared her but no matter how much she tried to hide, a tint of pink was visible on her cheeks.

"Oyeee hoyeee kya baat Kudiye🤭!! Waise hum sabki na mannat puri ho gayi😌!!", Tanu sighed in satisfaction.

"Konsi mannat!?", Shivani asked.

"Tum dono ki love story ki!!!! By God school time se hi kuch lagta tha tumhara.... Aaj wo sach bhi ho gya🤧", Tanu faked sniffed showing her happiness getting a 'Whatever' look from Shivani.

"Tum kya feel karti ho Shivi!?", Tanu smiled without any playfulness.

Shivani gazed up at her and immediately diverted her gaze.

"I know you feel something for him Shivani😊", Tanu nodded at her while Shivani tried to ignore her.

"Acha baba nahi bol rahi kuch!!! Aise chup mat raho..."

Shivani smiled at her making her chuckle.

After a while Tanu nudged Shivani's shoulder.

"Hmmm kya hai!?", Shivani asked looking at her hands.

When Tanu didn't spoke up she looked up to her only to find her smirking.

"What🙄!?", Shivani rolled her eyes.

Tanu gestured her to look at her right with a extra wide grin.

Shivani scrunched her eyebrows and turned right....

Abhimanyu was staring her with a smile while sipping juice😉.

Shivani's mouth opened a bit to say something but nothing came out of her mouth.

She bit her lips looking down and once again all the blood rush to her cheeks making them red.

Tanu chuckled at her friend's situation and cleared her throat.

"Mam apko koi name likhwana hai!?", Henna artist asked Shivani.

"Nah-", Shivani was interrupted by Tanu.

"Haan likho 'Abhimanyu'... Aur ache se likhna", Tanu warned the artist.

"Mam itna bada naam nahi aayega... Space kam hai!!"

"Okay koi baat nahi 'Abhi' likh do....😁", Tanu said.

And before Shivani could say anything the girl wrote 'A'.

She sighed looking at Tanu and shook her head.

"Tumhara pati pagla jaayega ye dekh kar.....😂", Tanu laughed.

"I swear agar tu bride na hoti na yahi mehendi ka bowl utha kar tere muh par chipka deti....🙂", Shivani sweetly smiled.

To this Tanu laughed harder making the henna artists laugh too.

2 hours past there was a environment of Dholak and traditional geets sung by elderly women.

Shivani was sitting in a corner with a sad pout watching everyone.

Abhimanyu came and sat beside her with a plate.

Her body stiffened when she felt a presence and turned to him.

"You scared me😶!!"

"Sorry..", Abhimanyu smiled.

Shivani noticed the plate and then gazed up at him.

"Ye kya!?"

"Tumhare liye!!!"

"No it's f...fine I will ea-"

"Bilkul nahi I know you are hungry!!! Ye jo pout banake baithi thi usse saaf pata chalta hai.....", Abhimanyu glared making her mum.

He took a spoon ful of rice and kept it near her mouth waiting for her to open her mouth.

She stared him with blank eyes when he gestured her to open her mouth... She opened her lips and took a deep satisfactory breath after eating it.

After minutes Abhimanyu shoved the last spoon in her mouth and mumbled,

"Good girl😄!!"

Shivani rolled her eyes at his compliment making him chuckle.

"Such a baby you are Shivi...💖🤭", he pinched her cheeks.

"Mat karo😠!!", she pouted in anger.

"Awle bechari baby kuch kar bhi nahi sakti mehendi kharab ho jaayegi...😏", Abhi smirked.

"Koi baat nahi thodi der ki hi baat hai uske baad meri turn.... And I know how much you 'loveeeeee' getting your cheeks pulled...😏😏", Shivani smirked making his smirk disappear.

She laughed at him and it seems like everything stopped for Abhi.....

The filmy 'Slow Motion' thing was happening to him!!

Her angelic smile and melodious voice made his heart flutter with double speed❤️.

When she noticed he lost somewhere and said loudly....

"Abhiiiii!!"

"H...huh haan?"

"Kuch nahi..", she giggled.

"Waise tum apni mehendi toh dikhao.....", Saying this he peeped to her hand.

"Beautiful!! This--"

His eyes shone as he soon as he noticed his name.

"You wrote my name!?", his heart was swelled with happiness and his eyes spoke the volumes of admiration.

Shivani was surprised watching his excitement at a small thing.....🥰

She nodded nervously and was pulled in a bone crushing hug by Abhimanyu.

"This made my day babyy....

I love you.... I love you so much❤️. Now let's wait for tomorrow and see how dark it is😃", saying he kissed her hair and broke the hug.

Shivani's gulped as no words came out of her mouth at the sudden scenario.

He caressed her strand smiling and left from there to join the boys gang.

"Kya baat hai😏😉!!!!", Tannu came pushing her.

"K....kya!?"

"Oye sab dekha maine sab!! Uska tujhe khana khilana, tujhe pareshaan karna, teri mehendi dekhna aur usme apna naam dhundne ke baad ka reaction toh bhai mera favourite hai😚!!", Tanu exclaimed like an over excited child.

Shivani blushed but hid her face behind her hair pressing her lips in a thin line to avoid smiling.....☺️
