With the sudden invasion in the Minor Family mansion, Pete didn't hesitate to get his gun.

Everything was so problematic for him that he's near to lose his wit.

Pete picked up the bag he always prepared for Venice in case of emergency. He handed Venice to Macau when they heard the exchange of gunshots outside.

Pete looked at Macau. "Go at the back door and go outside using the other gate. Tell the Main Family about what's happening." He gave him the instructions and kissed Venice's forehead.

"What about the two of you?" Macau asked worrying as he covers his younger brother's ears.

Pete gave him an assuring smile. "We will follow you. For now, escape with Venice."

"This is your last chance to do your job." Vegas looked at Nop. "Make sure that these two will arrive and escape safely."

Nop together with the other bodyguards bowed their head. "Yes, Khun Vegas."

Assisting both Macau and Venice, they proceed to the corner part of the mansion where it is connected to an exit gate Vegas made in case there are sudden invasion like this.

Pete couldn't help but to steal glances to where Macau and the rest went. He's definitely worried for their safety.

"Pete." Vegas called his name. "Are you sure you want to stay with me?"

Pete can only prepare his gun, playing it with his hands. "Why not?"

Vegas let out a downward smile. "Fuck. That's hot."

Macau hugged Venice tight, carrying the bag Pete gave him as Nop guides them to the other gate.

Good thing that no one from the enemies thinks of looking after this gate. One of the bodyguards prepares the car.

Macau can only look back at the mansion as he peak on Venice who's looking at him. His eyes were sparkling but clueless on what's happening.

"We will escape for now." Macau told Venice and covers his ears again to make sure that he won't get triggered with the loud sound of gunshots.

When Macau and Venice are already inside the car, he couldn't help but to wonder on why the car stopped.

"Someone is blocking the way." Nop said and cursed.

However, the other car isn't for the enemy.

"Khun No?" Macau asked in surprised when Khun just popped out from the window.

"Let's go motherfucker!" Khun shouted.

Now, Khun is at the backseat with Arm and Pol in the front.

"Follow us!" Arm shouted.

"Just follow them." Macau said when he saw the Nop is still hesitating.

This isn't the time for them to question things but...

How on Earth Khun know what was about to happen?

The two of them- Vegas and Pete proceeds heading downstairs. Bullets are being fired nonstop that the only thing that were heard are the loud crash and broken mirrors.

Pete and Vegas separated, looking for anyone suspicious person.

"Fuck." Pete cursed and dodged when the vase beside him just suddenly hit by a bullet.

He raised and found someone through the mirror. Pete raised and shot him on his head.

"One point." Vegas said smirking.

The two of them proceeds in guarding the inside of the mansion, making sure that no one will ever have the chance to enter.

Vegas was also busy aiming for someone that will enter through the broken mirrors.

The exchange of loud gunshots lasted for more than a minute when someone suddenly shouted.

"Why don't you want me to enter?" A woman's voice was heard from the outside.

The whole place became quiet as if a familiar and powerful person just came.

Both Pete and Vegas stood up, and walked side by side as they open the wide gigantic door of the mansion.

In front of the door, these two were standing beside each other while holding their guns.

Vegas crossed his arms and found the mess in front. There are several bodyguards lying on the ground and unfamiliar faces that are already lifeless.

Pete's face paled when he saw the woman who just arrived.

"Khun Pim." Pete said.

He barely see that woman before but he knew that she's Khun Kan's wife. Pete met him in several occasions before.

So it's really her... and didn't even hesitate to attack the whole mansion.

She's being accompanied by three more bodyguards.

"That's them." Pete told Vegas when he recognized the two men besides Khun Pim. "They were the two men who almost abduct Venice."

Vegas only looks at Pete and without any hesitation, he shoot the man in his head. He just strongly falls on the ground with his head bleeding.

When he was about to shot the other men, everybody raised their guns, ready to shoot each other.

"Vegas!" Khun Pim called Vegas name and smiled at him.

"I wanna rip her mouth." Pete heard Vegas murmured.

"Where is my son?" Khun Pim asked in a low voice. "Where is my son?!" This time she shouted.

"What's... what's wrong with her?"

Pete isn't asking on why is she looking for Venice but by looking at Khun Pim- she looks somehow different.

The elegant sophisticated woman that naturally gives off the aura of being an elite just vanished. The Khun Pim in front of them doesn't look like one.

Her hair is a complete mess, her eyes are wide open with all those heavy dark eye bags. Her eyes are scary as hell. She will also smile widely but then will switch into her intimidating and poker face.

Vegas raised his hand, pointed the gun on Khun Pim's direction. "If you won't leave then I won't hesitate to shoot you."

If Vegas will be asked, of course it's a great relief that Pim will die. He still hates her and will hate her until his last breath.

"Why? Why? Why?" Khun Pim asked more likely mocking them with the tone of her voice. "Why are you claiming my son?"

"Claiming?" Vegas said in disbelief. "You left him in the hospital and now you will cause trouble and get him?"

Pete went nearer to Vegas, held his hand and lead him to lower his hands.

"Don't shoot her." Pete whispered.

"What?" Vegas angrily look at Pete but Pete can only sigh deeply.

"She's still Venice's mother."

Thinking of it, Venice may not forgive them if they kill his mother.

"I am here to take my son." Khun Pim said with all emphasis in every words.

"You don't have any right to have him. He's with us and even the papers favors us."

They already adopted Venice which means they also have the right. The fact that Khun Pim disappeared and just appear after nine months favored Vegas and Pete.

"I am his mother! We're sharing the same blood!"

"And so do I." Vegas said and shot the other men.

"Let me get him!" Khun Pim said and was about to move forward when Pete didn't hesitate to shoot the ground where Pim was about to step on.

Khun Pim looked at Pete in disbelief and shock. "Who do you think you are?!"

Pete is always rational and even in difficult situations, he still manage to understand them. But when it comes to Venice, the angel in him vanish just to protect Venice.

"I am the one who takes your role the moment you left him in the hospital." Pete answered.

Khun Pim smirked. "You will never take my role to Venice's life."

The angel and good-looking Pete let out a teasing smile. For some reason, Vegas find it both terrifying and hot everytime Pete is mad.

"I just did." Pete answered shortly.

"Let me enter!" Khun Pim said but his own bodyguards stopped him.

They know that messing with Vegas is a whole wrong move.

Khun Pim shouted that it almost hurt their ears. She's already crazy before but she became worse now.

"Stop."

Both Vegas and Pete diverted their gaze to the person who just arrived.

A man in his early twenties arrived, followed by a group of bodyguards. He looks sophisticated,modest and his eyes were like scanning everyone with caution.

"Tan?" Khun Pim seems to know the person who just arrived.

"Who is he?" Pete asked himself.

"I don't know." Vegas answered.

The man named Tan then look at Pete and Vegas.

"Sorry for the disturbance, I'll get her." He calmly said and held Khun Pim in her arms.

The fuck? Why does he looks so calm and not carrying that the people around him are already prepared to kill each other?

"Let go of me!" Khun Pim protested but Tan already gestures to the bodyguards to drag Khun Pim away.

"I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Tan said in his monotone voice and looks at Pete. "We'll be leaving now."

What the fuck just happened? Who is he that even the bodyguard of Khun Pim listened to him.

"I will get my son soon!" Khun Pim said and laugh like a witch.

For the last time, she stares at Vegas. Her eyes were full of mystery, madness and anger. "I'll get him away for you."

When Tan was about to grab her, Khun Pim then smiled at Pete.

That smile made Pete's spine shiver. It was like meeting the eyes of a person who just looses her sanity.

"You cannot claim what isn't yours." Khun Pim said.

Pete thought that it is the only thing Khun Pim will say.

However, before leaving, Khun Pim told Pete something that was enough to make him weak and feel his heart aching in too much pain.

"You're claiming my son because you can't give Vegas a son of his own blood! You can't give Vegas a son! You can never do that."
