Pete pov:

"It's me Pete, Vegas "

He removed his hand from my mouth. And released my hands. I turned to look at him.

P: " Sawadee kraap Khun Vegas"

I bowed to wish him.

P: " Why you're here? And Why you're hiding?"🙄

V:" Should i tell everyone that i came here to talk to you about the last night that we spent together?"😒

P:" No, don't tell."😕

V:" i know, this is why i came here. Don't tell to anyone. Not even to your friends. Not even to your roommate."

P:" i don't have any roommate and don't worry i won't tell "

V:" That's good."

After saying this, he looked if anyone was coming or not. And started moving quietly.

P:" Did you came here just to tell me this?"

He turned to look at me.

V:" Offcourse yes, you know i won't do anything that will hurt my reputation. Yesterday, it was an accident. So i have to be careful now and i don't want to take any risks, so i came here to warn you. "

Each word that he said it hurts me. I know that we both were unconscious, but the memories of last night that i had with him were beautiful. For him, it maybe a one night stand but for me it was the best time i ever had in my life .

P:" Come , I'll help you to sneak out from here."

He followed me. Then we went out of the mansion. No one saw him coming out .

V:" Pete , I'm sorry."

P:" Huh....?"

V:" That night, you and i...."

P:" It's okay. It's not your fault. We both are responsible for what we did."

V:" Ya, mmmmm.... Are you free this weekend?"

Did he Still want to hang out with me? I thought that now he'll never contact me but.....

P:" Will you be okay ?"

V:" Yes, i don't have any problem. Next time ,we won't do drinks. "

P:" Ok, i am free."

V:" I'll see you then."

He left after saying this. I came back to my room and thinking about him. Does he feel something for me? Does he like spending time with me?

Vegas pov:

I asked him to hang out this weekend again. In case if he gets any updates regarding Kinn.

A week passed and here it's the weekend. I asked him to meet me at flower shop, which is near to major mansion. I picked him and then we went to a local curry shop. After beach , this was next on my bucket list . Pete seemed excited, he was wearing casual clothes this time.

P:" How do you know that i like curry?"

V:" Oh, you like it? I don't know about it. I saw you were smiling and staring at this shop. So i thought let's grab a bite."

We got inside the shop and sat on the corner table . He ordered two plates of Curry and rice ,but one with extra spicy and the other one simple.

P:" Why did you ask you for me today? Is there anything else that you would like to show me?"

He asked me excitedly. He was expecting something from me .

V:" I have nothing to do today, and I don't want to sit at home because that's too boring. So I thought let me spend my day with you, it would be fun."

He blushed at my words. Whenever I try to flirt with him , he always gets shy. Do I have such impact on him? Maybe what Pa thinks, it would be right? Maybe he likes me. But he told me that he had girlfriend before, so is he bisexual?

The waiter cames with our food. He placed it on the table. Pete passes one plate to me.

P:" It's yours, Khun Vegas. I know you don't like spicy so it's a simple one ".

V:" Yours is spicy?"

P:" Yes, actually i Love spicy foods."

V:" Would you mind if i taste it?"

Here he goes again. His cheeks turned red😳, thinking about sharing the same plate with me.

P:" Khun Vegas, Y...you won't be able to handle, it's way too spicy for you."

I grabbed the spoon and tasted it .

Cough cough

I quickly drank two glasses of water.

V:" How can you eat this?"

P:" I already warned you."😅

We finished our food. He didn't even took a sip of water while eating. And i can still feel the burning in my mouth because of his food.

After that we went to an amusement park. When we got inside it. Pete became expressionless.

V:" What happened? Why you looked so shocked?"

P:" How do you know that I wanted to come here?"

V: "Mmmmmmm.......it's just....."

P:" Don't say that it's a coincidence, because it's not. "

V :" You know i already told you that i heard from......."

P:" Did you had a background check on me?"

Was i caught? I heard that he always wanted to be here but the way he looked at me I'm started to think that did i heard anything wrong. Did he have some bad memories related to this place? He looked like he was about to cry.

Before i could say anything to him, he ran away . I was not knowing what was going on. I followed him but it was so difficult to catch him because the place is too crowded. Then I saw him sitting on the bench in an isolated area where very few people were there. He was crying. I went near to him and sat beside him. Everyone was watching us. Here I felt like a bad person. It looks like I made him cry. It was getting so embarrassing I tried to console him.

V:" Hey, why are you crying? I thought you'd be happy to come here."

P:" I dont think that I'd told anyone about this. So how did you find out?"

V:" I'm sorry, you were right i did a background check on you because..."

Oh god , I don't know what to say to him. I don't want to say anything wrong that will make him to lose trust in me. Because that's the only thing Pa asked me to do, to win his trust.

P:" Because what?"

V:" Because..... Mmmm .... Because i like you."

What the fuck! Like him? a major family servant? I was angry with myself but I was relieved as i saw changes in Pete's expression. He stopped crying and looked at me seriously.

P:" Y...You like me?"😢

V: " Mmmm... Y..yes hmmm i like you, but i was not sure, you know, major family and i are not so friendly. And you're their head Bodyguard. So before I can proceed with you, i need to think whether you can be trusted or not. You know , what's with the mafia world , right?"😅

He didn't say anything. He keep looking down.

V:" Why were you crying? If you don't like this place, we can go to somewhere else."

P:" No, i like this place. I'd cried because there are some memories attached to this place. "

I tried to console him. Just to make him believe that i really cared about him.

V:" ohh.. So were they good one or bad one?"

P:" They were good. ..... When i was a child, i came here once with my dad. We came here because Dad had to sell fruits. We did this for a week. When i saw other kids playing and enjoying rides like roller coaster, Ferris wheel 🎡, i wanted to try all of that ."

V:" So did you had fun?"

P:" No... My family's financial condition was not good. And the games , the rides that are here, they were so expensive. I wasn't able to do that. My Dad promised me that once we grow a lot of fruits and sell them here in the city on the daily basis, then we will get a lot of money and he'll pay for every rides and games here."

He again started crying. I was sitting next to him. So i gave him a side hug.

V: " So were you able to......"

P:" He died. He died the next day. "😭

The tears were falling down his cheeks. I placed his head on my shoulders and rubbed his back. I was feeling sad for him.🙁

V:" It's okay. Don't cry."

He was sobbing so hard.

P:" H...he met into an accident. I was s...aved by the people present there, but he died. I was le...left alone. My mom died after she gave birth to me. And now Pa. My grandparents raised me and loved me a lot. They never made me feel that i d...don't have parents. "

Pete was so pure with no evil thoughts. And I am here using his feelings, which will definitely hurt him later on.

P:" And after that day, i never c....came to this place. And you b......brought me here suddenly so those memories f..flashed into my mind. "

V:" I'm sorry."

He wiped his tears and smiled while looking at me.🥲

P:" No need to. Instead I should say sorry to you for ruining your mood."

V:" No , not at all. I'm happy that you shared your memories with me."

He turned his gaze away from me and didn't said anything.

V :" So you never tried these swings before. Would you like to try it now?"

P:" Now?"

V:" Yes now."

He checked his pants pocket.

P:" No."

V:" Why?"

P: " I think we should go to the car, i forgot my wallet there."

I chuckled at his words.

V:" Are you serious Pete? Don't mind but do you really think that salary that major family gives you would be much enough for here. You would only be able to ride a single swing with that money and can't enjoy other things."

P:" Even if I'll be able to do one rides , I'll be happy enough."🙁

V:" Whatever don't worry. Consider it as our first date . I'll be paying for you today ."

He blushed.

P:" W..what? Don't do this."

Vegas:" what?"

P:" You're so good at flirting 😳."

V:" Am i? Are you impressed?😁"

P:" No"😕

I grabbed his hand and we went to our first ride that is the roller coaster. I bought two tickets.

We sat together. And the ride started. It's Pete first time here. We were moving slowly upwards and pete was afraid to look sideways. When we reached at the top, he was scared. Then we moved towards downwards he screamed a lot. 😂 I was trying to comfort him but he grabbed my arm tightly . He was screaming so loud.

After that we ate ice creams. I choose chocolate and he butterscotch.

P:" Wanna taste?"

He asked me so i tasted it. I lifted my icecream infront of him, so he tried too. I was having nice time with him . I've totally forgotten why i was here. We did many rides after that.

He screamed in almost every swing but he had fun too. I was laughing so hard when he screamed. I'm sure that his throat will hurt the next morning.😂

After that , We ate a little bit.

It was evening, so we wanted to end it with Ferris wheel.

So we went in. He sat infront of me .

P:" Thank you so much Khun Vegas."

V:" Just call me Vegas. "

P:" Huh ....? No "

V:" Why No. We'd spent whole day together. We even spent the night together. I don't think that now we have the boss and bodyguard relationship. So just drop the formalities and call me by name."

P:" But.?

V:" Just say it."

P:" Thank you V......Vegas."

V:" That's good. Now tell me for what?."

P:" For bringing me here. I never thought that I'd really try this all. It was like a dream to me."

V:" Anything for you."😉

P: " huh?😳"

The ride started. He got scared again. This time he grabbed my hand. I can't stop laughing. He looked so cute.😂

After that, it's time for us to leave the park. There was a kid selling cotton candy.

Kid:" Would you like to have it?"

Cotton candies were in two shapes- star and heart shape.

P:" This is something unique. You have it in a heart shape too."

Kid:" Yes, my mother says that whenever we miss someone we can look at the stars and think of them, they can convey our message to that person because they are spread all over the sky , so star is for all the people and she also says that when we love someone , we give our hearts to that particular person , so the heart shaped is for the couples. So what would you like to have- Star or heart?"

P:" Mm.. tw....two St....."

V:" Give me two hearts please."

I took it and gave one to Pete, he didn't look at me. We got out of the park, I opened the car door for him. But he didn't get in .

V:" What happened? Why are you not getting in?"

P:" Why are you doing this to me?"

V:" What do you mean?"

P:" Why you bought couple cotton candy and not star ones? Why you only ask me to hang out with you ? Why no one else?"

V:" Ohh! Don't you feel special? I already told you i like you."

P:" Vegas please be serious and answer me. You're not playing with me , right?"

I don't know what to reply to him. Because I was confused too. Earlier I was sure that this is all because to ruin Kinn. But now after I spent time with him, I don't know what I am feeling. The thing that I am feeling now, I had no idea what it is. Is it because I spent the night with him? But I was drunk that night. And i spent so many nights with other people, but i never felt such attraction towards them. For me it was always a one time thing. Is it because I got emotionally attached to him?

V:" No, I'm not."

P:" Ok , i...i had to tell you one thing. I don't want to regret afterwards. I mean i know that you're my Boss's cousin and i am just a bodyguard. I don't belong to a royal family, instead I'm just a poor guy from an island. I think i am forgetting the l...limits that i have to be within. But.."

He stopped speaking.

V:" But what? "

P:" I'm sorry but this is what I feel. And i can't keep this to myself now. I want to say that i.... t...that i......"

He clenched his fists and tightly closed his eyes.

P: " "

I wasn't expecting this. I always felt disgusted whenever i touched him. But today i was so happy. I wanted to spent more time with him. He was like a mirror. I can see through him that whether he really loves me or he has an ulterior motive. But he is so pure. The way he looked at me, i was sure that he really loved me. But I was not sure whether i love him or not ,but i know that i don't want to lose him. I went near to him and kissed him . His eyes were still closed. He didn't responded to my kiss. But i kept on kissing him. After few seconds, he kissed me back.

Ring!!!!!!! Ring!!!!!!!!!

Pete's phone rang. He quickly picks up the call. This motherfucking phone.

P: " Hey, Arm what happened?"

It was his buddy. Only today , they had their day off ,but still they want to meet each other.

P:" Ok , I'm coming."

V:" What happened?"

P:" Can you please drop me by major mansion. It's a little far away from here and i don't know the route."

V:" Offcourse i would. I brought you here, so it's my duty to drop you safely. But What happened? Today is your day off. Then why Major family is calling you ?"

P:" Khun Tankhun has gone crazy. He doesn't listen to anyone. So they ask me to come there."

V :" Can you handle him?"

P:" Yes, Khun Tankhun cares for me. So he listens to me attentively but only sometimes."

V:" Good luck then."

Then we left the park. After an hour , we finally reached to the flower shop where i picked him up in the morning.

P:" Thank you Kh....Vegas "

V:" Mention not. Today I'm thankful to you. It was the best day i ever had."

He was about to open the door but he stopped. And then turned to look at me.

P:" You didn't tell me?"

V:" What?"

P:" I made a confession but you didn't tell me whether....."

V :" i kissed you. And you still want an answer."

P:" Does that mean...."
