(A/N This is the first book I've ever published on Wattpad so of course it's not gonna be the best book ever written. The first few chapters are short but keep reading because they get better and longer. DO NOT COPY THIS BOOK IN ANY FORM OR FASHION! IF YOU DO, YOU WILL FACE SOME MAJOR CONSEQUENCES! The grammar and spelling isn't always right but no one's perfect. Don't be a silent reader! Please vote, comment, and follow! It would mean the world to me! Thank you for your time! Enjoy! :D)

"Kylie, we are moving and that's final! Now quit complaining and go pack your bags!" My father shouted, making my anger skyrocket.

I swear my dad can be a pain in the butt sometimes. I was finally starting to get comfortable with being in a completely different state, but my dad's stupid company just had to relocate. And of course it had to be my home town, the town I swore I would never go back to.

After I spent the longest hour of my life packing, I plumped down onto my soft mattress. The sound of my phone vibrating on the hard bedside table yanked me out of my disturbing thoughts. My jaw dropped as I read over the name and message plastered across the screen.

From: The Cheater

'I heard you're moving back. Can't wait! ;)'

How in the world did he find out I'm moving back? The only person I told was my best friend, Brooklyn. I guess she decided to tell everyone.

'Doesn't mean I'm gonna talk to you. Who told you anyway?'

'Why do you have to be like that, babe?'

That's one reason I don't want to move back to California.

"Come on Kylie! We don't wanna miss our flight!"

I exited the conversation and grabbed my bags off of the floor. "I'm coming!"

We both jumped in the cab, buckling our seatbelts and instructing the old, creepy driver on where our destination is. The whole ride was filled with awkward conversations and a sh** load of arguing on my end. I may have to love my dad, but I don't have to like him and at the moment, my liking towards him is hanging by a thin, short thread.

Just around an hour later, we're stepping into the crowded plane, searching for our seats. Luck is never on my side and that particular statement presents itself today as we locate our uncomfortable seats in front of a set of annoying twins, both wrestling with each other and continuously kicking the back of my seat. I shoved my purse and small gym bag in the compartment above our seats, sending my father a death glare as I do so. Trying my hardest to drown out the world, I plug in my headphones and hum along to my favorite songs, finding peace in the beautiful melodies.

What irritates me the most is that my thoughts kept finding their way back to the a**hole himself and that stupid freakin' message he sent me this morning.

I can already tell school is going to be like living in hell.
