《KRISTSINGTO ONESHOT》• Back to you

I flipped my wrist to check what time is it. It's dawn. I avert my eyes to the road again as the stop light turned green. Pressing the gas with my foot and continue my way.
My dad asked me to pick someone at the airport. Im fazed to be honest. I think my aunt is coming back or my dad's cousin. And why did he ask me that i should go by myself?
It's too early in the morning for traffic and there's barely transportation on the way. So i sped a bit. Why am i in a hurry.
I grabbed my phone from the seat next to me and pressed the button open. I guess krist is still sleeping due to no messages or calls. shutting it off and placing it on my lap.
I turned left and i can see the flags here. Knowing that I'm close i looked for a parking lot. Once i found a spot i immediately pulled over.
I sat back. Breathing in and out. I dont know who the hell im picking up. i trust my dad tho this is sketchy.
Grabbing my phone again i opened the iMessage and pressed the contact name "krist"
💘
6:30
Baby.
Good morning.
I woke up very early today
I love you❤️
You sleep a lot.
Delivered✅
Gripping the wheel i low my head on my arms and trying to take a quick nap. Turning my sight on the left i can see the ball of fire rising up with time.
I hid my face in my sleeves trying to doze off. my eyes drooping. The breeze in the car lulling me to sleep. My eyes finally dropped
RING! RING!
The phone rung. I jumped in surprise making me hit my head on the roof of the car. Ugh what is it now?
Picking it up i slid my finger to the right to answer the caller.
"Hello sing?"
"Yes dad?" I answered with a yawn. Rubbing my eyes through my glasses.
"What are you doing right now?" Dad ask. hearing him whisking something.
"Trying to catch some rest." I answered facing the window as the sun came finally up. The rays of it shining through my car.
"They said that you should go get inside na ja. Their plane is almost down."
I unbuckled my seatbelt and grabbed wallet.
"Okay okay. Where should i meet them?" Asking as i unlock the car and hopped out.
"Lane 3."
"Okay Dad. Bye bye."
I slammed the door closed and walked my way to the entrance. Once i saw a guard. I waltz my way towards him and asked where can i wait. He explained, to enter the waiting building to the corner. Nodding and said thank you.
Checking the time. It's almost 8 in the morning, a guard asked me to show a ID and i walked in viewing hundreds of people waiting also.
Where the hell am i gonna see them, heck i don't even know them yet!
I saw the sign lane three. I walked my way where the sign is and sat down on the empty lane of chair. There's barely people here in my lane.
Crossing my arms to my chest. Should i just wait for them to tap my shoulder. They should know me since I'm the one picking them up.

The huge clock on the wall ticked and ticked.
I have to find a way to kill time. I can't risk my phone since it's the only thing that i can use to contact my dad.
Starting to pick on my nails. I pulled a skin to hard that cause me to bit my bottom lip to stop me from screaming. It bled.
I watched people meet there love ones. Too boring.
I scanned for people wearing the same color of shirt. That guy wearing a blue shirt as the girl on the far left corner is.
I've been doing the same thing for straight fifteen minutes now. Slumping back more. I turned to my left and a magazine caught my attention. Not just any magazine.
A playboy magazine.
My tongue rolled out in disgust.
I counted the windows. The light from the ceilings. The pillars of the building. The stalls, the seats. I'm done!
I stood up and looked for a coffee shop, I've been craving since earlier! They won't be mad if i met them late right? Psh, they made me look a lunatic here.
I walked and walked till i got in front of the shop. There's barely people here. I entered in and the lady in the counter greeted me a 'good morning'
"Good morning, can i get one latte, make it large." I spoke. She smiled at me, "coming right up." She winked and went to the station.
My eyes rolled in discomfort and waited at the side. Checking the time 9:10.
Its been hours. They're probably outside waiting.
The lady that looks like in her 30's got back in the register and placed the cup on top. I was about to grab what i ordered till she spoke.
"Wait, if you give me your number I'll not charge you." She explained, flirt wavering in her words.
My face showed a "really?" In sarcasm.
I grabbed my wallet and pulled a hundred bill.
"Here. Leave me alone and take the change." Grabbing my cup. The lady left shocked at the sudden attitude i gave. And exit.
Chucking the wallet back in my pocket. I grabbed my phone and still no messages from anyone. Damn, the reception here sucks.
Sipping my caffeine, i felt sort of calm and relieved.
Walking back to where i sat. There's someone sitting there already. Im not gonna make a fuss about it since there's other empty chairs beside it.
I chugged again.
Once i got back in my lane. I slumped down and opened my phone. Pressing krist's contact.
💘
10:11
Are you still asleep :)?
Well i guess you are it's still night there.
Message me if you're awake okay ja?
I love you❤️

I chucked my phone back in my wallet and sipped again, and again and again.
I wonder who im picking up. I hope it's aunt Rose. She gives me gifts totally for no reason. Or maybe uncle Jed he give me tickets for waterparks. He once bought me a ticket for the universal studio.
I sipped another and the thought of them already leaving makes me frustrated.
I look up to see the time. 11 am. Wow.
"If that turns 11:10 im leaving." I oath to myself.

I watched people pass by. There's kids crying when i guess that's their father who got back from i dont know where. My heart squeezed in awe.
The other is a guy who's in his father's arms. The guy not letting go.
And there's this one. A lady that reunited with her look a like. Let's just guess they're twins.
I checked the wall clock and it's 11:10. Sighing, i picked the cup up and stood up. Patting my pockets to check if my belongings are with me.
Starting to walk towards the exit. slowly. I don't know what to tell dad if i came back with no one with. Biting my lip. Dad knows when I'm lying.
I stopped.
Singto! Be a man! Wait for a bit!
Clenching my fists. I turned around. And all i know is i froze. His eyes. Damn those eyes.
"I'm Back."
Still taken a back. I don't have any words to say and jumped on him. Locking my arms around him as he also did.
I grabbed his face and continuously showered his face that i missed so much with kisses.
"Baby! We're in public!" Krist complained through his squished face. Patting my arm. His bags on the floor.
"It's been years! It's been fucking years! I miss you! I missed you! I missed you so so much!" Hugging him tight. Tears brimming in my eyes.
"I'm not leaving again... in fact..." he fished something in the pocket of his jacket and pulled a shiny gold medal. "Tadaaa!"
"Oh my gosh.." i spoke. My voice breaking and tears made their way down my face. He did it.
"Thanks to mister, Prachaya Ruangroj For tutoring me for almost uhhh.. 5 years!" He teased and shot a smile.
Pulling him again for a embrace. I tightened my grip and twirled us around. I can't explain how happy i am. So fucking happy. Krist pecked my cheek.
Then i remembered something.
I pulled back and grabbed my wallet. His face retorted in confusion. Smiling at him.
"Do you think you're the only one who have a surprise?" I asked. Smirking. His expression turned to curiosity.
I slowly reached for his right hand and slowly got down in one knee. I pulled the ring. The ring that he had always dreamed of having.
Krist's mouth curved in to a frown as his eyes twinkled as tears fell down.
Lot of people surrounded us as the other pulled their phones and filmed us. My heart flutters as my stomach filled with butterflies.
"Krist. I.. i dont know where to start." I chuckled, and held still his hand. "Krist it's been years. Years of us hiding. I didn't expect that You're the one I'm picking up honestly."
He chuckled while wiping his tears with his free hand. And nodded for me to continue.
"I'm not afraid anymore. I don't care what the people around me will think of us being together. I Love you Krist. I fucking Love you! And I'm not gonna let a day pass without me telling you or letting you feel the Love I've been saying to you. Sorry if i never had the balls for us to be in a public relationship.
And Krist?"
He hummed, his body shaking a bit. Tears still not finished streaming down as mine.
"Will you marry me?" I asked i raised the ring in front of him. Biting my lip as i looked up to him and met his sparkling eyes, still in awe
"Yes Singto!" He spoke with a wavered voice.
My face may hurt from smiling ear to ear. But it's worth it.
I slid the ring in his finger where the ring should be and quickly stood up to hug him.
The people around cheered and cheered. Krist's cheeks turned crimson red and hid his face on my neck.
Pressing my lips on top of his mop of hair, mumbling 'i love yous'. Krist broke the embrace and picked up his luggage. Smiling up at me still. I can't wait to wake up everyday and see your face beside mine.
Picking up His backpack. I swung it on my arm. Wiping the tear stain on my cheek he then pecked my cheek. I faced him as i see him still smiling ear to ear. This baby.
I raised my palm and offered it to him, he knew what I'm trying to say and he placed his one on top of mine before interlacing our fingers together.
I cannot wait to go home!
—
"Krist?"
"Hmm?" He hummed as we continue to walk towards my car.
"My apartment room isn't big so do you want to stay on my dad's house?" I asked, looking at him as he let a low chuckle and shook his head side to side and averted his eyes on me.
"What if your dad caught us tonight?" Krist replied, a smirk plastered on his face. My eyes widen as i try to keep myself whole.
"Well, he didn't tell me that you're the one I'm picking up so." I shrugged, my insides getting excited.
"Hmm... The people around here didn't ask you to pick me up so can we do it right here?" He pointed at my car, I swear he'll be the death of me.
Fishing my keys. I unlocked the trunk of the car and placed his bag and he chucked the luggage in too. After i slammed it shut.
Clicking the unlock button. The car doors are automatically open. Krist open the back door. I stared at him confused, he got in and playfully rolled his eyes.
Grabbing the collar of my shirt he pulled me inside and locked our lips together. Smiling.
All i know is that i closed the door and thank god the windows are very tinted as we did what Krist have been longing to do.

Gaius Atiius Quadratus will not forget this kindness. The MC is based on the monk class of many rpgs, but the story isn't Litrpg. Also he will gain non monk abilities after a while. Fair warning I don't understand the rating system but I'll say M-rated just in case. This is my first story, I accept criticism but I would like the critic to explain the reasoning behind it. Also I'm still figuring how this site works and I have no schedule so updates may be sporadic, at least once a week. Not a native speaker but in the practices, too lazy to actually get the diploma, I got an average of 9.7 out of 10 at the Cambridge C1 level, the CAE, second highest european level for foreign languages, so it should be no problem.
