《Scentless Curiosity [KristSingto Fanfic]》8: Krist, help me please...
Today Krist was out with one of his friends, Tay. They had been friends since primary school because apparently Krist looked weak so many people tried bullying him, only to end up kissing Tay's fist. They were now in an old noodle shop nearby their primary school, it was where they hung out before Krist left for his taekwondo lessons. The uncle knew them for nearly a decade so every time they came, they would get extra meatballs.
"Oi, why did you take my meatball? You had extras too." Yeah, this was what they did when they hang out, stealing each other's meatballs.
"Chill bro, I even dragged my ass over here from campus to help you. Take it as my payment."
"Er er, fine."
"What did you need help with anyways? You sounded so desperate on the phone yesterday."
"You see..."
----
He was tired. Worn out. He didn't know anymore. He spent the whole afternoon helping idiot Tay plan his surprise to court his mate. It wasn't shocking that Tay found his mate, he had been telling him nonstop in primary and secondary school about this sweet smelling guy he had playdates with. What shocked him instead, was that it was an alpha.
-Flashback-
"You're asking me for help, to woo an alpha?!"
"Krist, help me please... Gun spends his time partying so he can't help, well nowadays he's sticking to some alpha... He seduces not court, that's the point here. So only you can help me."
"Seriously? I've never done any courting either though... Fine. Let's start off with this, what does he like?"
"Desserts."
"Hm... you could bring him to a café?"
"He owns one himself already."
"Then..."
-Flashback end-
So now at nearly dinnertime, he was finally home. Finally, he got back to the dorm he shared with his phi. All he wanted to do now was to wash up and see if his senior had eaten. If he hadn't then they could have dinner together.

It was hard coming up with ideas for Tay because one; he was alpha, how was an omega supposed to know what an unknown alpha likes? And two, Tay kept rejecting his ideas. Seriously, how was he supposed to help if he kept rejecting them? But lucky for him, his n.th idea was accepted in the form of Tay hugging him excitedly, so now that idiot's scent is stuck on him.
"P'Sing, I'm home-"
Singto was sitting at the kitchen island holding his phone and he doesn't look happy. Well, his face is normal but somehow Krist got the feeling by looking at him that he was really unhappy.
"Where were you?"
"Uh... with a friend?"
"You didn't tell me you weren't coming home for dinner. You didn't reply either."
"Sorry phi... I lost track of time and my phone was muted, I haven't had dinner though. Do you want to eat together?"
"Shower."
"Huh?"
"Go shower."
"Oh, ok?"
----
While Krist went into the bathroom in confusion, Singto was trying to quench the fire roaring within his heart. But it was hard given the fact that the usually scentless junior had another man's pheromones all over him. Even worse, it was an alpha's pheromones.
With a friend? Singto felt like it was more like a date.
The reason why he wanted Krist to bathe was because of the scent on him. His scent was way better than that other guy's slightly herbal scent.
"Phi, I'm done... Do you want me to cook dinner?"
"Kit... Come here."
"Huh? Why? Do I have something on my face? Soap I haven't washed off?"
Singto didn't reply, he only reached out his arms and brought Krist into his embrace. While doing that he also dug his nose into the other's hair, fresh with the smell of the shampoo they use.
"Phi? I'm hungry..." Krist informs Singto after what felt like many minutes of hugging.
Only now does the alpha let Krist go, his baby's health is more important than his jealousy. Anyways, he already sneakily let out some pheromones to stick onto the junior.
Coffee was way better than herbs.
------
Kit: I know coffee isn't Singto's fav thing but it's mine so Coffee > Herbal stuff

The Legion of Nothing
Nick Klein is your average high school geek--if you can still count as average when your grandfather is a retired superhero, and you've been trained in the martial arts by his friend, a mysterious, immortal mercenary. After his grandfather dies, Nick inherits the last version of the Rocket suit, powered armor that allows him to shrug off bullets, smash through walls, and manipulate sound. Along with it comes the base of his grandfather's superhero team including the team's jet and trophies from forty years of fighting criminals and aliens. Together, Nick and his friends, descendants of his grandfather's teammates, attempt to bring back a superhero team that was originally formed during World War 2. Along the way they'll face the normal problems of high school (bullies, homework, and dating), and the less normal problems like supervillians and mysteries leftover from their grandparents' past. As a story, it uses the conventions of all eras of comics from the 1940s on, ranging from serious to silly. If you're hoping for a grim and gritty story, this isn't it. The Legion of Nothing first debuted on my website legionofnothing.com in 2007. In that period it's updated more than 900 times, is still running, and has had millions of pageviews. The first two years have been released as an ebook, receiving good reviews on Amazon and Goodreads. I hope you'll enjoy it, and that you'll review it and comment.
