"Come on, Robin Hood! It can't be that hard to hit me!"

Doppio offered you a job to help him stop another gang from trading on the boss's turf inside an abandoned bar. You were hesitant to accept at first, but when you saw the digits you would be getting from this small job, you immediately accepted. Let's just say you would be spoiling Trish and yourself for a while with shopping sprees and spa days. It's not like you already spoiled everyone else at the house enough for Christmas and New Year's.

Speaking of presents you're probably wondering what you got and what you gave everyone. You got Abbacchio a SUPER expensive bottle of wine, which earned you a happy grunt from him and a brand-new walkman.

Buccirarati got a mug that says world's best mom, but you had to cross mom off and put leader. He gave you a new pair of wheels for your skates since your old ones were on their last leg before they broke.

You got Narancia some Snoop Dog posters and albums. He thanked you a lot and gave you a Jodeci cassette tape. You were curious about the songs, but you figured you could listen to them on a later date together.

You got Fugo a record player and gave him a few records to play. You told him it helped you with stress and calmed you down; he thanked you for the gift and built you a shelf to put your cassette tapes out on display.

Mista was given a holster for his gun, so he wouldn't shoot his dick off. It took lots of convincing, but he finally listened to you, and instead of attaching it a belt, he attached it to his waistband in the same spot his gun originally rested. It took all the strength you had not to smack some sense into him, even though it was very tempting. He gave you a Red Ryder bb gun and promised to take you out somewhere to shoot it someday. He must've gotten the idea to get you the gun when you watched A Christmas Story in the living room with Fugo.

You weren't sure what to get Giorno at first, but you settled on buying him a large book on plants and animals, so he had more ideas on how to use his stand. In return, he gave you a pair of ice skates, which you accepted gladly.

Last but not least, Trish, you gave her a very expensive brand of makeup, which caused her to immediately do your makeup to test out the large pallet of colors. She gave you a charm for your phone, so the two of you could match. It was a mini disco ball that was coated in glitter, which was a bit annoying, but you didn't mind it had it attached to your flip phone.

For La Squadra, you gave them some money and told them to spend it on whatever they wanted.

Back to the present, you were busy dodging arrows while tried to find the perfect tape to play.

You didn't expect to find a bishop so soon. You were kinda thankful the second one wasn't around because one of them was already a handful.

When Doppio emerged to stop the trade with you behind him, you didn't expect to see a pale girl with a pink bow strapped to her back. She had short pink hair that stopped at her shoulders with a white bishop hairpin in her hair. She wore a white Columbia mask with a gold lining that had small gold hearts painted on it. Her outfit consisted of a pink hoodie and a pair of jeans. She had white boots that stopped just above her ankles. She even had pink eyebrows, eyelashes, and eyes.

If a seven-year-old girl was asked to draw her superhero outfit but make it slightly casual; you got this abomination of pink.

She was seething at your insults as Doppio dealt with the other people in the room. Her stand was a pink quiver that seemed to produce an endless amount of arrows with heart-shaped heads and feathery whitetails.

Your stand flashed a tape in front of your face to silently ask for your input like it wasn't a bad time. You waved him off and nodded your head before dodging another arrow that whizzed past you.

You hummed your approval before grabbing your stand's hand, so you could avoid the flurry of arrows that whirred towards you.

"Stop moving!" she yelled causing you to dodge another arrow before stopping in your tracks.

"Alright." You stood there for a good few seconds as your stand hit any incoming arrows before you continued moving. She let out a frustrated screech before loading her bow with three arrows and firing them at you.

"Woah, calm down there, Merida. Have you considered going to anger management class or trying to take a deep breath? It may benefit you." You could tell she was on the verge of throwing a tantrum like a five-year-old as she continued to fire arrows at you.

"Stop calling me those names, damn it! My name is Candy!" You grimaced at the name and immediately thought of a stripper you talked to once. Very nice lady, she even gave you a few tips for when you considered becoming a stripper.

"Nah~ I think Hawkeye suits you." You winked at her before ducking from an incoming arrow.

You grabbed your stand's hand before he pulled you towards him and spun quickly. You could faintly see the arrows that past the two of you and some of the arrows bouncing off your stand's hands as he moved them up and down to block any incoming arrows.

He stopped as quickly as he started as you stood there and swayed from the dizziness. "Damn, that never gets easier." You shook your head quickly before moving to the music and slowly getting closer to 'Candy'; was that even her real name? You had no clue.

"Say, Katniss, do you ever hit your targets? Or am I just so amazing that the arrows refuse to hit me?" You took a second to fan yourself in fake flattery while your stand blocked the incoming arrows.

"That's it!" You hummed and looked at the heart arrows she held grow in size. It seemed to be pulsing with some kind of pink fluid as it pulsed and moved like a heart with a heartbeat.

"Hmmmmm? New trick? Did I finally hit a nerve?" You mused to yourself while she loaded her bow with haste.

You didn't give yourself any more time to think as your stand grabbed you and moved you away from the flying arrow. You watched as it made contact with the wall and exploded with a pink liquid covering everything in its wake.

It didn't seem to cause any harm to its environment, and in all honesty, it just smelled like cheap perfume and sugar. You scrunched your nose up at the strong smell and shot her an annoyed look.

"That's your trick? Cheap perfume-" You were cut off with an arrow skimming the side of your face.

You gasped and moved out of the way of the incoming arrows and took cover behind a flipped table. You scanned the area for Doppio and spotted him across the room finishing his fight up. You were a bit surprised by how big the bar was, but you were a bit thankful you had plenty of room to run around and hide behind broken and flipped chairs and tables.

"Aw~! Did someone get cold feet? After all that big talk?" You heard her sneer as you looked around for something to throw at her before settling on a broken bottle. Your stand grabbed it and chucked it at her before grabbing you and pulling you back out into her range of fire.

"Nah, I just wanted to admire the place before I wipe the floor with you." You snickered slightly as she loaded more exploding arrows onto her bow and fired them at you.

You accidentally kicked a large drink tray and got an idea. You kicked it into the air with your foot and grabbed it as you used it as a shield to block the exploding arrows. You used g-force as you pushed the tray towards the arrows while you ran.

As you expected, the arrows that exploded were soft like water balloons as they popped on the tray and splattered to the ground. You only got a bit of the liquid on your shoes and pants, but it didn't hurt you, so you didn't really care.

You pulled the sleeve on your free hand down with your teeth before grabbing the tray and frisbeeing it towards her.

You watched as it successfully cracked her in the face with a loud thunk before she fell over, gripping her face in pain. "An eye for an eye, or should I say, you hurt my face, so I hurt your face?" She glared daggers at you as she continued to clutch her face in pain.

"Alright, time to finish this, so I can go home and eat McDonald's." Your stand cracked his knuckled from behind you as you slowly approached her cowering form as she hunched over and shook in fear.

You slowly crept towards her as she continued to hide her face and hands with her body. You expected a last-ditch attempt to attack you, and she tried as she threw an explosive arrow at you.

Your stand caught it with his hand before it hit you in the face as you looked at the throbbing heart that was centimeters from hitting you between the eyes. "That's all you go-" It exploded in your face and you were lucky you closed your eyes in time as it coated your face in a thick layer of pink.

You let out a yell in surprise and fell on your ass as you tried to wipe the slick substance off your face.

You squinted your eyes up at her as she smiled down at you in triumph with her bow ready and aimed at your heart.

"Any last words before I kill you?" She hummed in amusement as you tried to stand up before slipping and falling again. It didn't help your stand couldn't skate on the slick substance that was all over you and the floor around you.

"Yeah. Don't fuck this up like you did with your last eighty shots." You watched as she let go of the quiver.

It was like time was moving in slow motion as your stand tried to pull you away from the arrow that was getting closer to hitting you in your heart as you tried to push yourself away. All he could do is grab the back of your jacket and pull you towards him as it got closer and ended up lodging itself into your side and nicked the sleeve of your jacket.

"Argh! Call an ambulance! Call an ambulance! But not for me, bitch." You revealed the arrow had only skimmed you and didn't go very deep in your side. You pulled it out and threw it at her as she effortlessly dodged the flying arrow.

"Really? Because it seems to me that you have already los-" She was cut off with a Doppio tackling her to the ground as he pummeled her with the arms of his stand.

You let out a sigh of relief and fell backward into the pink goop with closed eyes as Doppio knocked her out cold with a bloody face. She wasn't going to be able to fight again after this, that was for sure.

"Are you alright? You're not too injured are you?" Doppio questioned as he looked at your body that was covered in pink liquid and blood. "Yeah..." You 'subtly' made a snow angel in the liquid before opening your eyes. "You don't happen to have a towel in the car do you?"

You looked up into his honey brown eyes as he was squatted next to you, out of the liquid's reach. "Y-Yeah. I'll be back." You watched him get up and exit the building as you laid there in the goop and made a snow angel while convincing yourself it wasn't cold.

It was pretty cold.

Doppio returned shortly with a towel and helped you out of the goop before wrapping you in the towel and picking you up bridal style. You were too lazy to complain while he carried you to the car.

His stand's arm appeared and open the passenger door before he plopped you down on the towel-covered chair. You were happy that the car was already started with the heat blasting as you wiped your hands off on the towel wrapped around you.

You heard him enter the driver seat as you continued to try and dry yourself off with the towel. "Thanks, Doppio." He hummed and gave you a faint smile as you pulled down the sun visor to look at the damage that was done to your face.

You grimaced at the amount of pink goo covering your face, minus your eyes that you wiped away earlier. "Where the napkins? I need to get this stuff off me before I smell even worse." Doppio motioned to the glovebox, causing you to quickly open it and grab a generous amount of napkins to start cleaning your face off.

You were pretty sure the car smelled like cheap perfume and sugar at this point while the air in the car circulated the smell. You weren't too worried about being covered in the goo since it seemed to be harmless to your skin when you inspected it, but you weren't sure if it would come out of your clothes or not. As a safety measure, you sent a quick text to your team's group chat to have towels on the floor to the bathroom for you.

"Hey, (Y/n), are you sure you're alright? I saw you get shot by an arrow before I could reach you." You hummed and looked at the wound that wasn't bleeding too badly; you were pretty sure you could treat it yourself or have Giorno heal you, even though you hated having Giorno fix your wounds.

"Yeah, I'm fine. It's nothing a bandaid can't fix." You motioned to the gushing wound as it steadily bled through your clothes. "Or I can have Giorno fix it..." You placed a napkin on top of it to soak up the blood while you lazily looked out the window.

"Oh... alright." You glanced at him and looked at the slight frown on his lips. You decided to shift the conversation away from yourself and to him.

"So... how did you get the timing right to come save me?" He hummed as he turned a corner and glanced at you.

"My ability, it can see ten seconds into the future. I can't alter it, but I can reduce the damage." You quirked a brow and looked at him impressed. "Really? I thought your stand was just a pair of arms." You joked as Doppio smiled at your statement.

The car slowly came to a stop as he stopped outside your team's base. "Welp, time for me to get fixed up and take a nice long hot shower." You opened the car door before an arm stopped you.

"(Y/n)." You looked back at Doppio and quirked a brow as he slowly let go of your shoulder. "Uh... I'll let you know when I need you for another assignment." You looked into his eyes and could make out the faintest tint of pink before you moved out of the car and removed the towel that was wrapped around you and placing it in the passenger's seat.

"Alright. Make sure to wash your towels, I'll see you later." You closed the car door and waved goodbye before walking inside while clutching the bloody napkin on your side.

"Welcome home, (Y/- OHHH- WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!" Mista yelled as you limped on the towel pathway.

"Had to deal with an annoying stand called ..." You stated lazily as you tried not to lean on anything.

He immediately got off the couch and helped you to the bathroom as you tried not to lean on him too much. "So did Abbacchio get me chicken nuggies?" You asked as he ran some hot water in the tub.

"About that..." You heard someone running to the bathroom before the door slammed open with a teary-eyed Narancia standing in the doorway. "Abbacchio only got himself a coffee!" He wailed before stopping and looking at you.

"What happened?! Are you alright?!" He looked at the bloody napkin that was dripping blood on the towels as you stood there casually like you weren't experiencing the effects of blood loss.

"Oh, yeah. I'm perfectly fine. I'm just gonna clean myself up and have Giorno patch me up, so I don't have to spend an hour whining like a baby on the bathroom counter." You pulled the napkin off your side as the wound continued to gush blood on the floor.

"I'll go get Giorno!" Narancia yelled before running out of the bathroom and almost slipping on a few towels.

You hummed and pealed your jacket off and dropped it to the ground causing it to make a wet splat noise from the amount of liquid it absorbed. Mista picked up the jacket and smelled it before looking at you. "It smells like sugary perfume." You watched him hesitantly touch the pink substance before smelling it again.

"It probably tastes like sugar." You joked before seeing him stick his fingers in his mouth to test your theory. "OI! DON'T ACTUALLY TRY IT, DUMBASS!" You slapped your jacket out of his hand and pulled his fingers out of his mouth.

He smacked his lips a few times before looking at you. "You're right. It does taste like sugar." You facepalmed just in time for Giorno to enter the bathroom with everyone behind him.

He moved Mista out of the way before sitting you down on the edge of the bathtub to look at your large wound. He looked on the floor for the napkin before finding the bloody piece of paper, and picking it up and placing it over the wound, and turning it into fresh skin. You winced at the feeling and swatted his hand away quickly as you grimaced at the pain.

"Are you alright?" You gave him a painful thumbs up before Bucciarati kicked everyone out of the bathroom so you could bathe in peace.

2 hours... It took you 2 hours to even get the stuff out of your hair without damaging it in any way. It was hardened and tangled in your hair and took FOREVER to work out of it. You almost had to call for Trish at one point when you were on the verge of having a breakdown while trying to get the smell out of your hair and off your body. It ended up not coming out and you just gave up and accepted it as your new scent.

You splashed around idly in the tub since you added more hot water so you could soak a little longer, in an attempt to relax and unwind a little.

You looked at your clothes on the floor. They were just chilling on the ground with the pink liquid obviously soaked up in the articles and towels. You wondered what the whole point of that ability was. Was it just to be a lubricant like soap, so you would slip around and fall? Or was it supposed to be a smelly distraction? You had no clue and just decided it was one of the two; your gut said otherwise.

You sighed and got out of the bathtub carefully, making sure you could stand on your own and dried yourself off.

You quickly slipped on the clothes Trish left you before opening the bathroom door and grabbing the trashbag that hanged on the handle.

This became a common routine that you became accustomed to when you were first getting used to everyone going on missions, including yourself. Get the trash bag off the bathroom door and put your bloody clothes in them, take a bath, treat your wounds, it was a routine everyone in the house has done. Quick and efficient.

You plopped the wet clothes in the bag and carried it out into the living room, where Mista and Narancia were lounging on the couch trying to pick a show to watch.

"(Y/n), let me get that for you, go relax." Mista got up and grabbed the bag from you before heading to the garage to go throw them into the washer.

You gave him a look of appreciation before plopping down on the couch with a defeated sigh. "I really need to prepare myself better before going on missions..." You stretched out slightly before leaning on Narancia. "You're lucky, you've got a long-ranged stand." Narancia looked down at you and wrapped his arm around you before giggling.

"It's still hard work. It's not any easier than close-ranged stands." You reached up and ruffled his hair before wrapping your around his shoulder and looking at the tv. "What are we watching today, little orange?" He hummed and settled on a movie as opposed to a tv show like he originally had planned.

"We're watching whatever this is." You hummed and looked at the hour-long movie that seemed totally uninteresting but interesting at the same time.
