《Disco Madness (jjba5xreader)》[20] Total Eclipse of the Heart

December. The month where winter officially starts, and you can start planning your snow forts and holiday plans.

But there's one little problem...

The heat stopped working in the house, and everyone was freezing their tits off.

Fun.

You were currently hugging Abbaccchio for warmth. Him, being the biggest male in the house, had the most body heat that attracted you like a mouse to a mousetrap. A very warm trap, figuratively speaking. Especially if that trap was a snack.

Everyone else was either on the couch trying to gain some form of warmth through all of the blankets and jackets they hoarded or they were moving around and delivering warm water or alcohol to drink.

You were hugging Abbacchio like a koala bear would hug a tree as you wrapped your arms and legs around him as you sat in his lap. He wrapped a blanket around the two of you and slightly rocked in the recliner while listening to music. He was using your earbuds as he shared one with you as he had a hoard of cassette tapes next to him provided by yours truly.

Bucciarati ended up not beating your ass and just giving you an earful on not to do stupidly dangerous stuff at the house. Which you ended up retorting by saying, 'So I can do stupidly dangerous stuff outside the house? Like in the backyard?' he ended up smacking you and giving you another earful before leaving you alone on Abbacchio's request.

You weren't sure if you should be mad at him for snitching and happy that he called Bucciarati off before the man could give you a proper punishment other than getting yelled at.

So you forgave him... for now.

"(YYYYYY/n)~!" Mista whined as Narancia and Trish huddled next to the whining chap. You shot him a soft glare for interrupting the song you were listening to with Abbacchio. "What?"

"Come cuddle with me~! You've been with Abbacchio all day and I'm really cold!" He empathized 'really' in an attempt to prove a point as you continued to hug the goth for warmth. Your parka jacket crumpling in response as you let out a high pitched whine.

"But if I get up, then I'll get cold again while moving over to the couch, and I'm comfy! Plus, Abbacchio will get cold since his only source of heat will be gone!" Mista let out a small pout before giving up and huddling closer to Trish and Narancia on the couch.

You could feel Abbacchio tapping his finger to the beat on your back. You slowly closed your eyes and took the moment in. It was nice and comforting as you listened to the rhythm of his heartbeat matching the beat of the song. You savored the heat radiating off of his chest, and you continued to press your cheek against his chest as your senses eventually went numb, and you zoned out.

You were snapped back into reality with Fugo snapping his fingers in your face as calling your name. "(Y/n), hey, (Y/n)!" You looked at him and groaned when he handed you a cup of hot water. "Drink up, gotta stay warm until the repairman comes over later this afternoon."

You let out a small scoff and took a sip of water before scrunching up your nose in disgust. "I'm about to go to the nearest coffee place and buy some hot cocoa at this rate."

"Then go, we'll wait for you," Giorno stated across the room as he flipped through a book. You couldn't understand how he wasn't cold since he had the least amount of layers on out of everyone in the house. Like Giorno, Bucciarati still had his tidy window unzipped and was only wearing a scarf and light jacket.

At least Fugo had some sense and wore some clothes that look like they didn't come out of a cheese sampler magazine.

You shifted in Abbacchio's lap before finally getting up and having to hold back a hiss from the cold invading your body. "You have thirty minutes to walk there and back," Abbacchio stated as you gave him a thumbs up and left to go to your room to retrieve your wallet and phone.

"That was the plan. Anyone want anything?" Narancia and Mista raised their hands as you gave them a nod in acknowledgment. "Three hot chocolates then, I'll be back." You waved goodbye before opening the front door and taking a deep breath of the cold air.

"Don't dawdle!" Abbacchio yelled causing you to roll your eyes. "Don't roll your eyes at me!" You let a noise of surprise and looked behind you to look back into the house where Abbacchio was nowhere in sight.

You slammed the door behind you and took one step before hearing a crunch under your heel. You removed your foot and looked at the broken knight chess piece. Glass was all over the ground as the second knight chess piece stood next to it in one piece.

You let out an annoyed groan before kicking the glass shards off the porch and picking up the second piece and chucking it across the street and into a ditch. "Fucking bitch." You started your long and painstaking walk to the nearest coffee shop.

You didn't make it three blocks until you heard your phone go off with someone texting you.

Predator: Guess who~!

Funky: Hmmmmm, could it be a certain man with melon in their name?

Predator: Bingo!

Funky: What's up? Did you get arrested and Blueberry refuses to bail you?

Predator: What? No.

Predator: I just see you across the street.

You looked up from your phone at the lilac haired man waving at you with a big grin plastered on his face. You waved back at him and watched as he held up one finger before disappearing in a store and coming out with a screaming Ghiaccio.

Melone pointed at you with a happy grin on his face before Ghiaccio smacked the man and walked back into the store with a huff.

Funky: Seems like you two are having fun.

Predator: Lots of fun.

Funky: Welp I'm going to keep walking, have fun you two. Tell Blueberry I said hi!

You closed your phone and kept walking while Melone yelled your name in an attempt to get your attention. You were regretting not getting your skates, but you knew it was slightly too cold to skate, especially when the heat is out at home. Home?

Your brows furrowed slightly at the foreign word. When was the last time you thought of home? Was this your new home now? You guess since you practically slept and ate there. Not to mention that's where most of your recent memories were.

You were snapped out of your deep thoughts with the sound of an engine rumbling behind you and the faint sound of metal hitting the concrete behind you. You glanced over your shoulder and the sound stop. There was nothing there. You shrugged and brushed it off as you just hearing things.

You continued your walk and glanced at your phone now and again when a notification popped up, saying you needed a software update. You groaned and hit confirm before shoving it back in your pocket and continuing your walk.

There that sound was again. The faint sound of metal hitting concrete like it was trotting? You looked over your shoulder and looked at the person riding a horse on the sidewalk while spectators looked at the giant beast in awe. Some even took pictures to possibly show their kids later.

The person had a black motorcycle helmet on with a black cowboy hat. Everything they were wearing was black, even the horse. Leather jacket with light grey tassels hanging off it, cowboy boots with silver spurs, and what you assumed to be black jeans held together with a silver belt that had a knight chess piece carved into the buckle part.

"Lucky me..." You rolled your eyes sarcastically as the person raised a leather-gloved hand and creepily waved at you. "Aw fuck no."

You turned back around and took off sprinting as the person stayed at a trot and waved at the people staring at the horse in awe. Some even asked to take a picture which he replied with a thumbs up.

You turned a few corners until you couldn't run anymore and slid into the nearest alley to catch your breath. "Fucking-" you let out another huff as your body tried to pay back the oxygen that it was owed. "Sent an actual person on a horse after me." You let out a sigh and listened to any noise before deeming it was safe to come out and get your bearings.

You recognized where you were after a few seconds and continued your walk to the nearest coffee store so you could get what you needed and go home.

Not even two minutes into the walk, you heard an engine rumble behind you as the person slowed down next to you. You did your best to ignore the person and keep walking until you felt them tug on your jacket. You pulled your jacket out of their grasps and turned and faced the person with a pissed-off expression. "Get yo chapped, crusty musty, hands off my jacket before I-" You cut yourself off when you looked at the person properly.

It was a person leaning against their bike as it slowly moved and matched your pace. Much like the last encounter you had with the first knight, except this one didn't have anything western about them and had normal biker clothes on with a knight sticker stuck on the side of their helmet.

They looked at you for a second before tilting their head to the side with their head propped up on their fist as they used their free hand to steer.

Your fight or flight instincts kicked in as came out and sent a punch at the person. You watched as their stand came out of the bike and took 's fist in their hand. Their stand looked like a black blob of oil as it dripped all over the place. In an instant, the stand hardened, and it sent a punch at 'sgut, causing you and your stand to be sent flying back into an alley.

You hit your back on a dumpster and groaned. Your back was still kinda in poor shape, but it wasn't enough to cause you pain every time you did something. Now you knew it was going to be in even worse shape at this point, which made you let out a low whine in annoyance.

You heard the person peel off as you groaned and looked at your gut. You didn't have to take your jacket off to know it was bruised from the punch, and you were slowly becoming more pissed off at the fact the person ran before you could even give them a taste of their own medicine.

You shakily stood up and looked out of the alley as the person turned the corner and drove away. "Coward! Come back here so I can beat your stand's oobleck looking ass!" You hollered as the streets slowly cleared.

You let out an annoyed hiss and ran where the motorcycle turned. The moment you turned the corner you were met with woods. Trees stood where the streets used to be as you looked around, confused. "Why are there trees?" You looked at all of the trees before turning around to go back to where you once were, but you couldn't. The city was gone, and all that was left was bare trees with their leaves under your feet.

You weren't sure if you should be scared, annoyed, or angry. Your feelings were mixed, and you were cold. "Hello?!" You cupped the sides of your mouth and called out for anyone that may be stuck in the woods too.

"I hate whoever stand's ability this is," you grumbled as you started to trudge through the woods slowly. You had to step over brambles that snagged on your pant legs as you tried not to get cut on anything until you understood the stand's ability. Everything could be poisonous for all you knew at this point.

After a few minutes of moving through the woods, you had the grand idea of using your phone. The moment you flipped it open your screen was showing a loading bar as the software update took its sweet time. You let out an aggravated sigh and quietly closed the phone and fought back the urge to throw it at the nearest tree.

"Great... now I have to wait for the update to finish before I can call for help... Just my luck." You continued walking for a few more minutes until you felt like you were getting nowhere.

The trees seemed to be the same except for a few saplings growing out of the ground. The leaves that continued to fall from the trees were different shades of browns, oranges, reds, and yellows as they littered the ground and let out a satisfying crunch under your feet.

You could feel the air getting chillier as the leaves continued to fall from a light breeze that would come by every few seconds. You stopped walking and studied your surroundings before getting an odd feeling. The leaves. No. Everything. It was all abnormal.

The stand's ability seemed endless, no matter how far you walked. It was like a never-ending world that ran on a simple loop. You had to figure out how to break the loop or find the user. The user couldn't be far. Right?

You were wrong. You walked for what felt like hours until you finally gave up and plopped on the ground by a tree. "Fuck this. I'll just wait then." You sat on the ground and watched the leaves fall around you as you strained your ears to hear anything over the sound of leaves hitting the ground.

You observed your surroundings and only stopped when you noticed almost all of the leaves were off the trees around you. "What happens when all of the leaves fall?" You wondered out loud. You were guessing it wasn't anything good because the breeze picked up and the temperature dropped subtly. "Definitely not a good thing." You mumbled.

You heard something rustling causing your head to snap in the direction of the noise. Through the dead vegetation, you could faintly see a black mass moving slowly through the woods. As soon as you got a clear view of it you held your breath and stayed still. It was the same person on their horse slowly riding through the woods, looking around for something.

You stood up and looked at the person dead in their eyes through their helmet. "Oi, fucker!" You screamed as you started sprinting towards them on their horse. They seemed startled by your sudden presence as their horse reared back in alarm.

Your stand came out and gave you a boost into the air as you kicked the person off their horse. You heard them grunt as they hit the ground and looked up at your towering form. "You've lost your riding privileges, bitch." You snarled. The person let out a deep chuckle before bellowing and clutching their gut.

You only had a brief second to react as the horse kicked you in your back and sent you flying forward into some brambles. You hissed at the pain of thorns digging into your skin. You got lucky from blocking the hooves, but that didn't stop the hooves from hitting his hands instead and flinging him into you.

"Wait... only stands can injure stands..." You sat up and looked at the dark horse huffing at you in displeasure as sat up beside you and cracked his knuckles. The horse's eyes turned a milky white as the horse let out a loud screech in aggression, causing you to cover your ears from the loud noise.

"You got to be fucking kidding me..." You deadpanned at the large animal as the rider remounted his stand. He delivered a quick tap with his boots on the horse, signaling it to move forward towards you.

picked you up by the back of your jacket and started to clumsily drag you out of the brambles. As soon as you were out of the brambles you took of sprinting as disappeared.

Your stand wasn't made for rough terrain; since he can't skate on grass or anything too rough, you always resorted to running until you found your kind of land or until the enemy was gone.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, fuck, FUCK!" You took off running as the guy slowly navigated his horse around the brambles before going into a gallop.

You heard his quickly closing in on you as you take sharp turns around trees to trying and put distance between the two of you. You jumped over large piles of brambles and even moved some branches out of your way only for them to snap back and hit the guy.

You saw a particular low hanging branch on a tree giving you a sliver of hope as you changed course and ran towards the tree. "!" Your stand came out and launched you into the air as you hit the tree with a grunt and latched onto the branch.

You climbed up on the branch and sat there as the guy circled the tree with his horse from below you before galloping off to God knows where. You let out a sigh of relief and relaxed slightly against the tree.

You looked around for another tree you could jump to before shakily standing up on the branch and climbing higher up in the tree. You only made it but so far, until you heard leaves crunching under the hooves of the horse.

You watched as the guy returned and circled the tree with a thorny vine tied into a lasso. "Oh, hell no." You started climbing faster until you got your shoelace got hung up on a branch. You tried to maneuver your shoelace off the branch, but by the time you got it free, it was too late.

You watched as the lasso got tossed on your now-freed foot and tighten with a sharp tug. You let out a shout in pain as the thorns dug into your flesh causing it to bleed in response. With another sharp tug, he pulled you out of the tree and started to gallop through the woods with you being dragged behind the horse like a sack of screaming potatoes.

Your stand manifested and pulled the vine apart and pulled you back up as you started to limp away quickly. You only had a few seconds to hide before he noticed you were free and went back to looking for you.

You hid behind a tree and covered yourself with leaves before lying still and watching the horse run by you a few times before he deemed you were in another section of the woods and road off somewhere else.

You had no clue how long you stayed still under the thin pile of leaves you were under. Your heart rate slowed back down to a normal beat, and whenever your leg would twitch you would try not to hiss in pain. Everything ached and it's been a while since you heard the horse let out a whining noise in the distance.

You slowly grabbed your phone and held it up to your face to see if the update was done. You breathed a sigh of relief at the sight of your home screen popping up into view. Your relief was short-lived when you noticed you didn't have a single bar of signal and your battery was significantly drained. "My luck is a steaming pile of shit today."

You tried moving your phone around a few times for a bar but nothing happened, and you eventually gave up. You shivered slightly at the feeling of a breeze whipping through the trees before curling up into a ball and trying to warm yourself.

You could feel your fatigue catching up to you as you tried to stay awake and produce some body heat, all while staying alert for the horse rider that was lurking nearby.

Your body eventually caved, and you passed out under a pile of leaves with your phone clutched tightly and your hand.

"(Y/n)!"

"Where are you, (Y/n)?!"

"GOD DAMN IT BRAT ANSWER ME, YOU DUMBASS!"

You jolted awake and almost panicked from the amount of snow covering your body as your head popped up. You tried to open your mouth to call for help, but your lips were glued shut from how chapped they were.
