Holy shit...

I... I actually said 'I love you'

Was this just in the heat of the moment?

What if... what if I'm wrong?

I know I've said 'I love you' to many boys in the past... and it was just for the thrill...

So why is this so... beautiful? Why does this time feel so good?

I look Texas in his beautiful eyes once more and pull him into a deeper kiss. I place my hand on his chest, and feel his heart pound. He pushes me away, breathing heavily.

"Cali... Do I have to come out now?" Texas asked, looking terrified. Holy shit, I completely forgot he was straight...

"Texas... do you think you're bi?" I ask. He nods.

"I never felt this way towards a man before...wow... I... I don't know what to do... what if the southern states don't like it? I don't want my family to not accept me! Oh god...," Texas says.

"Texas, nobody has to know. We can keep this a secret for as long as you need," I say. Texas takes a deep breath and nods. I want nothing more but to feel his lips on mine again, but I can tell Texas needs a moment. He sits down and takes a deep breath, before gazing up at me.

"So... we're a couple now?" He asked.

"Yeah... um... I've never been in a successful relationship so... please excuse me if I end up being stupid...," I say. Texas chuckles.

"I've never dated a guy before... so if I'm awkward please excuse me," Texas said. The two of us are silent. God... everything is so awkward now....

"How about we watch a movie?" I ask. He smiles and nods.

"Sounds good," he says.
