"Von get out of them people's shit."Shay said to me as I went through the drawers in the doctors office.

I put on some gloves and grabbed one of the tongue depressors.

"Aight Ima test yo gag reflex, open up."I said while walking over to Shay and standing in front of her.

"Are you fucking serious?"she laughed before opening her mouth.

I slapped her cheek, "Open up some more."

She balled her fist and bucked at me while laughing.

"Okay you playing too much now, don't get yo ass beat in here."

I laughed before making her open her mouth again.

I put the stick in her mouth and grabbed her throat.

She pushed me back, "Okay stop because I'm finna fuck you up."

"Ion know what kind of doctor's you used to but you at Dr. Bennett's."

"Fuck Dr. Bennett's."she said and we started laughing.

"You funny as hell lil folks."I said while throwing the stick and gloves in the trash.

I sat next to her and got on my phone.

The doctor had finally came in after ten minutes.

She introduced herself before making Shay lay on the examination table.

"You're twelve weeks pregnant am I right?"she asked Shay.

"Yes."she said while looking down at her hands.

Pretty ass.

She turned on the tv, "Okay if you will just lay down for me please and lift your shirt up."

I watched as she put the gel on her belly.

"Oh that's so cold!!"

"I know I know. So you're wanting to know the gender of your baby, right?"

"Mhm."she nodded.

"Are you guys looking forward to have a girl or boy?"she asked us as she operated the ultrasound.

"I want a little girl so that I can dress her up in bows and dresses, so she can look like mommy."Shay explained.

"What about you dad?"

"You already know me, I hope it's a boy but I wouldn't mind having a girl."

"Well you sure will be finding out soon."

She started rubbing the wand across Shay's stomach.

"Alright there's your baby girl."she said and Shay gasped.

"Poppa we're having a little girl."she started pouting while looking at me and I smiled.

"Uh oh I think I hear another heartbeat."she said and Shay widened her eyes.

"Hell nah folks."I chuckled while standing up.

Shay looked at the doctor, "What do you mean another heartbeat?"

"Yep there goes baby number two."

"What the fuck?"I furrowed my eyebrows while putting my hand over my mouth.

"How did that happen?"she asked her doctor and she started explaining how.

"Damn that's crazy."I shook my head.

"Okay so what's the gender of baby number two?"Shay asked her.

"Oh I'm sorry, umm you are having a baby boy also."she said and I smiled while staring at the screen.

"Look at his happy ass."Shay said while recording me and I threw my set up while smiling.

Once she stopped recording she started crying.

After we got finished up with the doctor, I took her ass around the world to tell everybody what we was having twins.

Her ass was trynna put the shit on ig but I told her to keep it a secret, shit the whole rest of the pregnancy.

"So bitch you're not having one Dayvon Jr but two!?"Mariah asked me as she sat on her couch.

"Yess we're having two."

"Call they ass the O Block Twins."Booka said and I looked at Von.

Von dapped him up and I chuckled.

"You shouldn't have said that brother 'cause he finna take that and run with it."

Booka stood up from the couch and Von did too, "We'll be back."

I watched as they both went outside onto the balcony.

"You talked to Rae?"Mariah asked me.

"Yeah we actually just came from their house."I said referring to her and Muwop.

"How they doing?"

"Good. This bitch talm 'bout she think she pregnant too."I scratched my head.

"Aw hell, these gone be some bad ass cousins."

I chuckled, "Hell yeah."

"Soo have you talked to yo mama?"she asked me.

"Nope not ever since what happened the other day."

"Why not?"

"I'm still trynna figure out if I really want a relationship with her deadbeat ass. I mean one deadbeat is enough then two, uh un that's too much."I shook my head no.

"How you feel about the whole brother shit?"

"I'm fucking spooked. This bitch has three kids not one, but three like how? Then the fact that one of them is younger than me!! Like where the fuck were they hiding this whole time? Then there is kids involved, I have nieces and nephews who I don't even know. It's just weird."

"What Von say about it?"

"Same thing. It ain't affecting him as much as it's affecting me though. He just stunned by the fact that she lied to him the whole time throughout their marriage. I think he doesn't really want to act on the way he feels because their relationship is over now, and he doesn't want me to feel any type of way. I understand though, I'd be fucked up about it too if I was her ex-husband."

"Hell yeah then the fact that you got brothers which are his ex-wife's son's, and he's with their sister. Yeah it's tricky but shit I ain't here to judge nobody, we all going through something. I just wish y'all the best."

"Thank you boo."I said while hugging her.

"So you done with the family shit or you gone give it another try?"she asked me.

"I might give it another try but I need some time, like a lot. I'll probably fuck with 'em on Thanksgiving so I can get me a fat ass plate."I said and she laughed.

"I know that's right, use their ass for something."

We chopped it up until Von and Booka came back in.

Von and I stayed at their house for about thirty more minutes then we went to get something to eat and headed home.
