While I first started talking to my mom, Tut was in the room with me, and I guess he left to give us privacy. I noticed before he left, he said something to Phora, and I saw Phora became alert to what he said.

It amazed me how will Phora was at taking orders.

When talked left the room, I continued the conversation with my mother.

I didn't even know my mother had place condoms in my school bag, if I knew, of course, I would have used them. I knew how to use them from class and the fact that my mother had the sex talk with me.

She also had other talks with me, such as how to be careful around certain people, how to watch out for scary people who were looking to harm me, and other discussions.

I appreciate my mother teaching me the things she taught me; it helped shaped me into the person I was today.

"Your grandmother is helping me, and we are almost done with figuring this out. I would also suggest that you also ask the person who dragged you there with ways of coming back. I can work with your grandmother on how to send a Plan B in your time, so yes, Amala, we are going to use magic to do that." My mother said, causing me to let out a sigh.

It's not like I didn't believe in magic, far from that. It's just that it gets crazy with magic.

I finished talking to my mother, she told me not to worry and that she would make sure I get the Plan B pill today.

I ended the call, not wanting to waste my battery. Even though I had a sun solar charger, I was still conscious of still being to use my phone in this era. I wasn't going to question it.

I was just going to continue to be grateful that I was still able to use it.

I got off of the bed, and Phora's attention was on me.

"Watch the room, baby girl," I said to her, she leaned her head down.

Animals honestly understand us more than we think.

I walked out of the room, headed down the hallway, and my eyes widened when I noticed Tut, he wasn't alone in the hall.

I saw that Leo and Ramos were with him, but they weren't just the only ones who were with him.

A man was there as well with guards; by the way, he was standing, I could tell he was part of the royal family.

Not only that, by the way, Tut body language look.

He was not comfortable.

When Tut turned to look at me, anger was on his face, but it wasn't directed to me.

This man must be Tut's father.

As I approached them, I felt the man staring at me. I didn't like the way he was staring at me, and I didn't like the vibe I got from him either.

I stood next to Tut.

"Hello, your highness," I said to Tut's father.

I was right, the vibe I got from him and all those things he said while he spoke made my skin crawl he was disgusting and the fact that we were just threatened.

The fact that he thought he could have his way with me disgusting.

Tut continued watching his father back, with his guards following along until his father turned on the other side of the hall.

Tut immediately turned to look at me.

The look that crossed his face was a look of worry and anger.

"Ramo and Leo, go get Mala guards." He said to them.

"Yes, your highness." They said.

I watch Ramo and Leo runoff.

Tut took my hand and walk towards his chambers with me.

I didn't say a word until we were in his chambers, and Tut let out a frustrated noise that roar with anger.

"Tut," I said, never seen him this way.

He stared at, running his fingers through his hair.

"Mala, I say this not because I want to put fear in you, but because I must tell you. That bastard meant every word he said." Tut said in a stern voice.

"I have to protect you, Mala. He isn't a good person. He was never a good person; I don't know what you learned about him in history, but.... You have no idea what he did to my mother if he's capable of hurting family, he can do much worse to you." Tut said.

My eyes widened.

Tut was honestly worried; this was a mixture of fear and anger running through him.

"What should we do, I don't want to bring tension between you or your father," I said, and Tut shook his head.

"Love, there was always a tension between that man and me, the tension between him and all his kids. There's nothing father about him; I don't claim him a father. He threatened us; he wants to see how far I will go for you; he wants to take you." He shook his head.

"He's not going to have you," Tut said, a look crossed his face.

"You'll be training later today; I'll get you the best teacher. I'll get you a well know assassin as well, who's a friend of mine to teach you." Tut said.

My eyes widened.

"You're going to have to learn how to protect yourself if I'm not there to protect you. I don't want that time to come, but I can't risk it." He said.

I leaned against the wall; this was serious.

Tut dad threatened us, Tut was right. If his father was capable of doing those things to his mother, there's nothing he won't do.

Tut Mom was his father's sister.

"Mala," Tut said, approaching me.

"I won't let anything happen to you, Mala. Okay, I will fight to protect you till the end. No matter what." He said, grabbing my hand and placing it on his chest, where his heart is.

He got on his knee.

"I promise you, Amala; I will do everything to protect you." He said.

My eyes widened.

A King kneeling for someone was something serious, a King kneeling for someone with their hand on their chest meant undying love.

My heart was pounding against my chest.

"What is it that we will do?" I asked him.

He made direct eye contact with me.

"We'll go to war with him." He said.

"War? Tut." I said, shaking my head.

I am not putting innocent people's lives in danger because of a fucking bastard ego.

No, I'm not having people die over this.

Tut smiled.

"It's beautiful how I already know what you're thinking; we will not put our people's lives in danger. The war will be between him and us." Tut said.

"How, how will it end?" I asked him.

Tut stood up, dropping my hand that he had.

"With him dead, because I am not going to lose this. He's already taken my mother away from me. I'm not going to let him take the love of my life away from me, either." Tut said.

I could feel my heart beating against my chest.

"Are you ready for this, Mala? It's going to be messy; it's going to be bad." Tut said.

"Of course I am ready to fight, not only because of what he's done to you and how much he's hurt you but the fact that this sorry excuse of a human being thinks he can just have his way with me," I said.

"He's not going to win this," I said.

"That's my Queen," Tut said, pulling me into a hug.

The hug was tight, and that's when I realize.

This bastard had Tut fearing that he was going to lose me, I can't imagine what was going through Tut mind knowing how his father was and hearing what his father was saying about me.

"You're not going to lose me, we will be together, and we will stop him," I said, and his hold against me tighten.

"I'm never letting you go; we will end him together. I promise." Tut said, and I believe him because I could feel how Tut's heart was beating hard against his chest.

This was the last straw.

King Tut was going to murder his father.
