《Sent To The Past (Interracial Romance)》CH. 59 Protect her at all cost

We were back at my home; I made sure to take care of Mala the whole way there.
I could tell she was nervous; of course, I had her explain it to me, and from her time, she had things that could prevent pregnancy.
The thing is I wouldn't mind having a child with Mala, or children.
The thought of that makes me smile, but of course, with her consent.
This was a conversation neither of us had, and this was something she didn't want.
I would hope that it would be for only right now.
Surprisingly we managed to get the Queen to stop her evil doings; of course, it wasn't something that could be forgiven or forgotten.
The thing that most people think is that you're supposed to forgive everyone.
That isn't true, sometimes people don't deserve forgiveness, and you shouldn't let anyone force you to believe that you not wanting to forgive someone is wrong.
It's not, what's wrong is what that person did.
You're allowed to have your thoughts when it comes to who you decide to forgive and who you decide not to.
That is your will, and no one has that power to take that from you.
So I could never forgive the Queen or forget what she did because that's something that can't happen, but I will let her decide what fate she wants to have when it comes to being able to overcome her past and the horrible things she has done.
I was watching Mala as she spoke to her mother on what she calls a cell phone.
Of course, she and I were both shocked that something like that was able to work in my era.
She was shocked as well, as she went into a whole explanation about how this was supposed to be impossible, although I did listen. I quite frankly had no idea what she even was talking about.
I would have to make sure when it came to Mala, that no outside knows these things.
I did respect her decisions with her; she appointed me to work as her guard.
She also became respected in the village we went to and also the fact that she was able to return the children to their families.
Now the people were calling her a Goddess, that was sent to them from another world.

Well, they weren't far off.
"Mom, I didn't know I had condoms in my safety bag, and neither did I know you put that there. I was never interested in sex. You know school is important to me." I heard Mala say.
My eyes widened.
School. That's right; Mala had her schooling and life in her era.
She was planning on doing many things with her life, and now she's here with me.
In my era, where she didn't plan to be.
"Plan what? How are you going to make sure I get that?" She said to the phone.
"Phora, protect Mala. I'll be back." I said to the cheetah, who became alerted.
"Good girl," I said, walking out of the chambers to let Mala talked to her mother privately.
I was walking down the hallways until I saw the boys coming towards me.
"Boys?" I said when I noticed the look on their faces.
"What's the issue?" I asked them.
"Your father, he's here." Leo and Ramo said at the same time.
My body stilled.
What did he want?
"Where is he?" I asked as I walked down the hallway, them trailing behind me.
"He's making his way here." They said.
"I see a surprise visit," I said.
I continued walking until I noticed him further down the hall.
He was walking towards my way with his guards.
I didn't have the best relationship with my father.
The truth was, I probably didn't even like him.
I had no idea what went through his mind, and neither did I ever wanted to know.
He wasn't a good man; it was familiar to all his children.
Although we never flat out said it, we thought it, and it was something we all agreed on.
I was a couple of feet away from him.
I bowed.
"Father," I said to him.
I stood up, never waiting for him to tell me to, I was one of the stubborn children he has.
"Tutankhaten." He said, using my given name. Which meant the living image of Aten
I changed my name to Tutankhamun, for the respect of my mother's image, which meant the living image of Amun.
The fact that he didn't respect that was something that angered me.
Reminding me that I was half of him was something he would always do.

"Why is it that I hear from others about this woman you've become mutual with but not from you, these people are calling her a Goddess. What foolishness, as you know, what Goddess and God we worship." My father said.
I held the urge to roll my eyes.
"What you worship, father," I said, seeing the sneering look he gave me didn't even phase me.
"They're calling her a goddess because that is what she is and believe me. I only worship her." I said.
"Be reminded with who you're talking to, Tutankhaten." My Father said.
"I am speaking to my father, the man who had a do with how I came to this earth, and it seems you have forgotten. It is alright; I understand it comes with age, but my name is Tutankhamun." I said.
I could tell he was getting angry.
"Your Highness, you came here for a reason. What is it that you need so I can attend to it, as I am sure you have a lot to do. As you're a busy royal person, after all." I said to him.
"I came to see you." He said, causing me to raise a brow.
"I came to see the woman they're talking about." He said.
Ah, that's why he was here.
"You came to meet her?" I asked him.
Making sure that was the only thing he came here for.
I heard footsteps walking behind me; I turned to see Mala coming towards us.
She was staring at me with a look of concern; her eyes shifted to where my father and his guards were standing.
Mala stood next to me as she faces my father.
I turned around to find my father staring at her with a look I couldn't understand.
I didn't like that look.
"Hello, your highness," Mala said.
"Ah, this must be the woman you're keeping away. A Nubian woman she is." My father said.
"You've met her, will that be all?" I asked him.
He turned his stare at me.
I didn't like the way he was staring at Mala.
My instinct was on alert.
He was looking at Mala as if she was prey.
"No, I think I'll stay for a while." He said.
"Why is that?" I asked.
"To get to know this woman, to see what you like about her, maybe I can feel the same way." He said.
The air stilled around me.
"Oh, you've must be mistaken. She is not a hooker. She is not meant for you to know like that, or will you ever get the chance to." I said, taking Mala hand in mine.
My father's eyes widened.
"You must forget who I am; I wasn't asking." He said.
I felt Mala grip on my hand.
"Who you're is unforgettable, and you must have it twisted when I said what I said. It was meant to be a final response." I said.
"She is a goddess, and you're not worthy to be around her let along have those thoughts I am sure you're having right now of her," I said.
His eyes widened.
He chuckled a dark laugh.
"And you are?" He asked.
"Worthier than you," I said.
"I could have you killed." He said.
My eyes widened at that; this was the first time he openly said those words to me.
"Then so be it, but even if you kill me. My soul will come back to kill you because you will never touch her." I said in a disgusted tone.
This was what I was afraid of.
When people start to see that Mala is my weakness, they'll come after her.
Especially if they're interested in her.
My father was a sick bastard.
We all knew I was not a product of love.
"You speak for this woman as if you plan on making her Queen, have you forgotten about Ankhesenamun?" He asked, making my skin crawl.
"She is my half-sister, and I will not marry or have children with her. I am different from you." I said.
"This woman has made you blunt; I'm inquisitive now. Go along Tut, keep this woman as you can, but you and I both know what I capable of." He said, turning around and walking away.
His guards turned and walked behind him.
I'm going to fucking kill him.
"Was that a threat?" Mala asked.
The boys behind us gasp.
"Yes. It was." I answered.
