《Michael Myers X Reader》Chapter 15

(Your POV)
You slowly awoke to the sound of tires crunching on gravel. The sound seemed to echo in your head which felt groggy and fuzzy like a television with no signal.
You forced yourself into some sort of consciousness and felt the floor you were laying on. It was soft like a carpet of some sort.
You tried opening your eyes but found that it was just as dark with your eyes closed as it was with your eyes opened. You couldn't see a single thing, there was no light to be found which instantly made you panic. You quickly attempted to sit up and look around and instantly hit your head against something hard and metal.
Suddenly everything came flooding back.
Michael being shot, Dr. Loomis taking you outside and leading you to his car, and then...
You moved your hand to the side of your head touching right above your temple, as soon as you touched it pain coursed through your head and you instantly recoiled your hand and sucked in a breath.
Your fingers were covered in a liquid that you knew was blood.
Dr. Loomis had hit you, not just hit but knocked you out.
And Michael...
You began to panic even more than before, you tried feeling around for something, anything, as you were looking you realized he hadn't tied you up at all.
If you could find a latch of some sort you could escape what you assumed to be the trunk of a car.
As you were looking for a latch you felt the car lurch slightly and the sound of tires on gravel came to a halt.
You froze.
The sound of a car door opening and closing resounded in your ears, you couldn't let him know you were awake or hed surely knock you out again.
You quickly laid down with your face against the floor of the trunk.
Footsteps on gravel moved closer and closer to the trunk of the car. You tried to even out your breathing as much as you could but you were starting to panic. You just hoped that he didnt notice how loud your heart was pounding.
The sounds of footsteps stopped and you heard the jingling of keys, you kept your eyes shut.
The sound of a trunk opening and some light flooding in indicated that he was about to take you out.

You tried to make your body as limp as possible.
Dr. Loomis grabbed you under your arms and lifted you up out of the trunk. He was surprisingly strong for an older man.
You were definitely panicking, at any moment you thought that he would discover you were awake.
He dragged you out from the car and then shifted his body so he was carrying you on the side of his body. Your legs dragged against the ground and he moved quickly and brought you inside somewhere.
He placed you down on the ground and quickly shuffled out of the room.
You heard the loud clock of a door closing and resisted the urge to immediately open your eyes.
You waited a moment before opening your eyes a crack and looking around. White walls surrounded you, and as you looked around more taking in your surroundings you felt a horrible sense of dread creep over you as you realized where you were.
You were in Smith's Grove Sanitarium.
More specifically a small padded cell in the Sanitarium.
You were definitely freaking out now.
Since you weren't tied up you took advantage of the use of your legs and attempted to get up.
As you stood your head immediately got dizzy and you were afraid you were going to fall but you quickly steadied yourself and rushed over to the door.
You tried the knob first of course, grabbing and tugging against it till your hands hurt.
You were completly locked in and at the mercy of Dr. Loomis.
You slid down the wall to a sitting position with your back against the wall.
All you could think about was Michael and if he was okay, you could almost see the blood pooling around his body as if you were there. Tears welled up in your eyes at the thought that he might be dead.
You had never seen Michael get hurt before much less shot.
The thoughts of being trapped in this room with Dr. Loomis forever and Michael being dead swirled through your head. You thought they were going to overwhelm you when you heard the sound of a key in a lock.
You swung your head towards the door, caught off guard and rushed from your thoughts you didnt know how to react. You sat there silently as your heartbeat sped up at the door unlocked and opened up.

Dr. Loomis stepped into the room, the gun was still in his hand farthest to you.
He quickly looked around the room before his eyes landed on you.
"So, you're awake huh? I didnt think youd wake up so quickly. I made sure to hit you pretty hard." He smiled at you, closing the door with a click behind him.
Your hand instinctively moved up to your head to touch the area right above your temple. You winced at the sharp pain, moving your hand away quickly and saw that your fingers were covered in blood.
"You're a monster." You spat.
He sneered down at you for a moment before responding, "If you think I'm a monster I would love to hear what you think of Michael. Dont think that I didnt hear you calling out for him as I dragged you out of that cursed building."
You refused to give in to his taunts, meeting his eyes and staring coldly into them.
"He was protecting me." You said with a tone as cold as ice. You refused to back down to his penetrating gaze.
Suddenly he began to laugh, it was loud and booming seeming to echo off the walls of the cell. The sudden loud noise made you jump out of your skin, for a moment his hearty and menacing laugh was the only thing you could hear before he returned his gaze back to you.
"You're absolutely stupid if you think that he was protecting you. He's a monster. The Boogyman. The only thing he is protecting is his cursed house." He moved in closer to you almost invading your space as he spat out his next words.
"You mean nothing to him."
The words cut like shards of glass against your skin. You looked back up at Dr. Loomis your blood boiling and body shaking.
"You're a liar." You spoke plainly.
Dr. Loomis laughed once more before his cold demeanor returned.
"Michael Myers was an extraordinary patient. There was a force inside him biding his time. He came accustomed to the inability and silence. In many ways he was the ideal patient he never talked he never cried he never moved. He just waited. The staff was unprepared they didn't know what he was, and neither do you." He sneered.
He moved to where he was standing directly in front of you, the gun aimed at your chest.
"You think you know Michael, you think you know what he is like, you havent the slightest idea what he is like. The kind of monster he is."
He moved to kneel down in front of you, the gun still aimed at your chest.
"Him and his entire bloodline is cursed, and his only goal is to end it. That is, before he met you."
Dr. Loomis watched you with careful eyes "You distracted him, made him forget his purpose. To end his bloodline."
You shook your head, you couldn't believe a word that he was saying. Sure Michael was a killer you had known that from the start, but to end his entire bloodline and anything in his way, it just didnt fit with the michael you knew.
"Now with you out of the way he can return to his original mission. And forget about all of his, Distractions." He said eyeing you.
Your temper quickly snapped at his last comment, you took your hand and gave him a hard slap across his face.
The noise rang out inside of the tiny room and for a moment neither of you moved. Suddenly Dr. Loomis moved his hand up and brought his gun down on your head once more.
Stinging pain shot through your body, he hadn't hit you hard enough to knock you out but your vision was blurry and you couldnt think straight.
Your body collapsed to the floor laying against the hard surface. You couldn't form a single coherent thought but you could feel cold metal against your wrists and legs.
You saw through blurry eyes a shadow pass over you once more before darkness overtook you and you drifted off into sleep.
