" My daughter has fainted."

I didn't knew whether I was concious or not, I could hear panicked shouts around me. I could hear mom crying, hurried footsteps and continous beep of the machines around me.

I tried to keep my eyes open but my body failed me. Finally, after what felt felt like hours the voice around me quitened down.

Silence

There was only silence not a single voice could be , it was as if a long night of deadly typhoon has finally passed leaving behind a silence which was more terrifying that the disaster itself.

All I could see was darkness, as far long I could see, there was only darkness around me. No matter how far, there was only darkness.

Dread filled inside me by the thought of what could come next.

Seeing mom in front of me was like a dream, maybe I missed her that is why I could see her.

I tried to think and think, think of a answer, hoping that it would come out as a dream.

Suddenly, there was a light, which broke through the darkness which surrounded me. It was so bright that it almost blinded me.

Images flashed into my mind accompanied by a splitting headache. My life played in front of me like a movie.

I could see myself as a small kid playing in a garden which was behind our villa, but I wasn't alone there were six more with me. Two girls, four boys and myself.

All of them got along, fought and laughed in the large garden.

I could see them talking but failed to hear them. I desperately tried to listen to their names, but the next moment the scene changed.

Instead of small kids who were nearly 6 to 7 years, there were teenager's who were chased by the coach.

Myself and another boy were held by ears by the coach who was painted red with chicken feathers on him. The coach was shouting at the two teenager's, his face was red and his eyes were murderous as if the coach could not wait to skin them alive.

" Coach, coach, let go." I heard the boy say and that's when I properly looked at his face, what came into my view left me shaken.

How could this be?

No it can't be.

" Coach it wasn't me. It was Alex and Jenna those idiots who seduced me and Laila to watch the show..."

I looked in horror as the 17 year old me spoke, I looked at boys face again and again trying to prove that I was wrong, but to no avail the face did not change.

It was.....Alex. I tried to denied the fact, it can't be, it can't be....

How was this possible? How are they in my real world? Wasn't they the novel characters? Wasn't I in the novel?

This...

I watched in daze as the 17 year old me and young Alex were dragged to the principal's office but half way through two girls jumped out of no where and stood in front of them blocking their path.

Jenna and Laila.

I was beyond shocked to realize what they were talking about. Alex, Jenna and Laila were here alongside with the 17 year old me. And this was not the novel world it was the real world and I was sure about that.

Then did it mean that Ethan, Ian and Asthon were here too?

Before I could ponder on this question, I heard Jenna say," Coach this is school voilence, you can't punish us."

She had the same red hair, same sassy attitude and poisonous tongue.

" Yeah coach, you could be put behind the bars for pulling at our ears." Alex said, to which the silent Laila nodded with pursed lips.

" Ah.. my ear has turned red. " Alex pouted pitifully," Coach you are too much, what did we do to treat us so inhumanely."

They spoke back and forth half quaralling and half negotiating.

I looked between them to find a single trace that memory was wrong, just a single trace was enough for me to reassure myself.

Before I could look any further the image changed again, I looked around and found out that it was university.

I looked along the corridors to find any familiar figure I could see. I eyes came to halt seeing a familiar figure.

I looked at the familiar figure as he stood leaning on a railing. Rays of morning sunlight reflected on his figure making him look majestic.

He was same, with same blue eyes, chesiled jaw, straight tall pointed nose, brown hair and white skin tone.

Almost everything was same and he had a aura of young promising youth. He had cold air around him very much like the first time I saw.

I followed his eyes and found that he was looking straight ahead of him where a girl with brown hair and brown eyes was standing beside a professor probably talking about something.

My heart pounded like thundering hooves of a thousand wild stallions looking at her face.

Impossible!

How can it be me?

I watched as the young me lifted her head up and smiled at the sight of Ethan who in return gave a curt nod and walked away.

My heart raced at the highest possible speed it could. Similar images kept passing through my mind. From childhood to adult all the memories kept surfacing, how I played with them, studied and fought.

All the images up until I graduated played in my mind. I watched as Alex, Jenna, Laila, Ashon, Ian, I and.. Ethan grew up together as kids to adults. Always being together even if they entered different universities they kept in contact.

Everything was same until at the graduation ceremony I could not find a single trace of myself in the usual group of friends.

I watched as the newly graduated Daisy Knight alienated herself from her friends and her people and got immersed into her own world of business.

I worked from day and night to prove myself forgetting about everything and breaking all the contact with friends. I watched myself slowly turning into an working machine devoid of any emotions and feelings. I watched as the youthful Daisy Knight turned into a lonely figure immersed in her own world.

From early in the moring to late night I worked and worked completely forgetting about the world beyond business and work.

It continued up until the day when I had a car accident going for a meeting to meet an investor.

Everything turned dark again, but this time there was so much inside my head that I did not care about the darkness anymore.

I felt like my world had turned upside down by the new memories which I gained.

The only conclusion which I could get was ; that I have never transmigrated. It was just a dream which I had during the period I was in coma.

Ethan is not a male lead but real person in my life. Everything which I experienced so far was just my own imagination.

And it means that..... we were never together.
