"Okay Pam, we have to go now. Say goodbye to Ken and mommy" Will said as he walked into the girls' room.
Pamela pouted but hopped up anyway. She kissed Kennedy's head and hugged me. Will grabbed her pink and glittery backpack for her.
"Daddy, can I say goodbye to the baby too?" She asked him sweetly. Will couldn't help but laugh adoringly at his perfect daughter.
"Of course you can, Pam" he said. I could hardly hold in my smile especially when she reached down and kissed my inflated belly.
"Goodbye baby brother" she whispered and I laughed.
"Pam, we don't even know if it's a boy or girl yet," Will explained again for the thousandth time in these past couple weeks.
She looked up at him like the stupidest words just came out of his mouth. "I know that, Daddy, but if it's another little sister I don't want it" she said.
That one made us laugh at her again. I love my daughter so much.
"Okay Pam, let's go or you'll be late to school" Will smiled at his daughter. Every time he looks at them he falls a little bit more in love, with them, with me, with the life we live together, with our dream. Honestly I do too.
"Be careful, okay?" He kissed me.
"Will, I'm four months pregnant. I'm not an invalid." I reminded him.
"I know I know. I love you"
"Love you too" I smiled as they left our small apartment.
We needed a new apartment before the baby was born. There wasn't enough room to raise three children in this small two bedroom apartment. My dream would be to have a small three bedroom house with a big backyard.
I looked down at Kennedy. My little three year old. It seems like yesterday I was falling in love with Will. Now here we are over ten years later, more in love than ever with two beautiful little girls and a little baby on the way.
"Come on beautiful girl. What about some breakfast?"
She nodded and got up. I picked her up and carried her to the kitchen. Bandit followed happily. He had an attachment to Kennedy. I sat her in her high chair and made some breakfast. I cooked some pancakes and gave them to Kennedy. I also made some bacon and eggs because she loves them so much.
"Aunt Chelsea and Aunt Grace are coming today, aren't you excited?" I asked Ken.
She nodded and took a bite of her eggs. We ate breakfast together before I got the two of us ready for the day.
There was a knock at the door. "Looks like they're here" I said to Kennedy and left her in the living room in her playpen. I could still keep an eye on her.

I opened the door to see my two coworkers and best friends. They said we had to prepare for the gender reveal party.
Remi, Karla, and Mom are taking care of the whole thing. It's going to be in Lauren's backyard. Why wasn't it at my parents' house? I'll never know. Lauren just moved houses and I guess they thought it would be great there.
"Hey guys" I said enthusiastically as they came in.
They both gave me hugs and Grace went to see Kennedy. Kennedy was happy to see them. Since I had the day off from work, I decided to keep Kennedy instead of taking her to daycare.
"Your birthday is in two weeks. Your baby is healthy. We find out the gender today. Can this be more perfect?" Chelsea asked as she stood by my side.
I smiled at Grace and Ken and thought of this day. "No ma'am it can't."
"Okay we have to go shopping," Chelsea said.
I packed up everything I needed for me and Kennedy and got her car seat to put in Grace's car.
We shopped for so long. My feet started to hurt so bad. We ended up getting matching white outfits for me, Will, and the girls. It was a little after lunch and we stopped by Chick-fil-A and grabbed some food.
After our late lunch, we had to go home.
It was the four of us playing and watching TV until Will and Pam came home.
The party was in two hours and the girls needed quick baths before we left, as did Will. I changed the girls into their white dresses and did their hair.
I could tell the dresses were going to be ruined at the end of the day.
"Okay let's go, everyone is ready." I called.
Grace and Chelsea already left to go to check if everything is ready.
The girls ran in all dressed and ready. Will walked out of room a few seconds later as he tucked in his shirt.
"You look handsome" I complimented.
"You look beautiful" he countered and kissed me.
The girls covered their eyes and shouted, "Eww"
We laughed at the two of them. Will bent down and kissed my belly. "Please be a boy" he whispered.
I laughed and rolled my eyes. "Babe"
I know he wanted a boy, but I also know that he'd be over the moon happy if it was a girl too. He loves his girls more than anything.
We packed everything we needed into the car. The girls were buckled up and Will drove us to Lauren's new house.
It was a perfect home. I fell in love with it and we just pulled into the driveway.
"Wow" I said.
"Like it?" Will asked.
I nodded. "It's just like I imagine my dream home"

He just smiled and we got the girls out of the car. They immediately went running into the house. Mom was standing at the front door. Dad was at her side.
"Nanny!" the girls ran up to her and gave her a big hug.
"Don't forget about Ol' Gee" Dad said and took a knee to hug his granddaughters.
"Gee!" they moved to him. Pam jumped on his back and Kenny wrapped her arms around his neck.
"What? Where'd they go?" Dad said and stood up acting all confused.
The girls were laughing as Dad continued playing his game. Will and I laughed and walked up the steps. There was even a swing on the front porch. Could this place be anymore perfect?
"Hey Mom" I kissed mom's cheek and gave her a hug. Will did the same.
"Hey sweetie. Everyone's pretty much inside already. Just waiting on a couple people and were ready to go" She explained.
We walked into the house. Dad was tickling the girls on the couch as they laughed and thrashed around happily.
"Hi Dad" I laughed and kissed his head.
"Hi Coco" He hugged me and shook hands with Will.
I walked out back and almost everyone was here. Carter was the first one over to me.
"Hey sis" He hugged me.
"Hi Bubs" I hugged him.
He immediately went to talk to Will. Shortly after he left to find his nieces. I swear he likes them more than me and Will.
Everyone came up and hugged me and said hi. It's been a while since everyone was in the same place at the same time.
I found Remi, but the boys were nowhere to be seen.
"Where's Ben and Blake?" I asked her about the twins.
"Taking a nap. They were screaming all night long." She looked exhausted. I feel bad for her.
"Have you seen Sky around?" I asked. I looked around the backyard and couldn't find her. I wondered if she was in the house and I missed her.
"Her, Jake, and Beck went to get some napkins I think. We forgot them earlier. They should be back by now."
I nodded in understanding. Those three are probably off making trouble somewhere. You never know with them.
After an hour of socializing and people arriving, everyone was here and ready for the best part and the whole reason we were here. The gender reveal.
Will and I already have names picked out for both genders. Both of them are after my Dad. For a boy, it will be Corbin Erickson. For a girl, it will be Miranda Erickson.
Corbin is my dad's middle name and Miranda is for Randy.
Everyone gathered in a semi circle around me and Will. The girls stood next to us excited. Kennedy probably had no idea what was happening and Pam only understood it to an extent.
There was an IV drip bag filled with water and I had a syringe with coloring in it. Chelsea and Grace borrowed it from work so we could have a fun and unique gender reveal.
Will stood off to the side anxiously waiting to find out what gender our baby is. The girls held his hands.
"Okay ready?" Mom asked me.
I nodded. I'm not sure if I'm ready, but I'm as ready as I'll ever be. They started the countdown from five. I took a deep breath and looked around me. I had my beautiful family and friends surrounding me in this precious moment.
"Three"
"Two"
"One"
I pushed the end of the syringe and blue liquid shot into the bag.
"It's a boy" I cried happily.
Will crushed me in a hug and everyone around me was clapping and cheering. I cried and hugged my girls too telling them they are going to have a baby brother. Pam was so happy and Kennedy didn't care if it was a girl or boy.
Everyone congratulated the two of us and it felt amazing. I had the perfect life and nothing could make it better.
After the excitement died down, Will said he had an announcement to make. I looked at him expectantly.
"First I just want to thank everyone for coming and supporting me and my wife the way you do. I couldn't think of any group of people that would be better to raise my family around. So really thank you so much."
Everyone clapped and cheered.
"Secondly, I have a surprise for my darling wife." He looked down at me. "I love you more than anything and as thanks for putting up with me and being the best Mom and wife anyone could ever ask for, I got you a little something" He grabbed something out of his back pocket and handed it to me. It was a very small package.
I opened it to find a house key and a note that said welcome home.
I looked at him with furrowed brows. "What?" I asked.
"Welcome home, Cora. This is ours" He motioned to the house and the backyard.
"What do you mean? I thought this was Lauren's house" I asked.
He shook his head with a smile overtaking his face. "Lauren never moved. It was a cover so you wouldn't be suspicious" He laughed.
"So you're saying this is all ours?" I asked as tears prick my eyes. It was literally perfect.
"All ours" He nodded.
I cried and hugged him. Everyone awed at the two of us, some laughing.
I rubbed my hand over my belly.
"Welcome home Corbin Erickson"
