《Myungjin - I Fell For You~》[Chapter 7 - Let Me Show You]

The two had finished their dinner with a great conversation to compliment it. Jinwoo, as promised paid for their meals despite Myungjun wanting to split the cost in half due to how expensive everything was. For him anyway. As they exited the restaurant, the elder insisted on buying dessert.

"What do you wanna eat for dessert?", he asked the younger.

"Hmm. I was actually craving some ice-cream, to be honest", Jinwoo replied back.

Therefore, both of them decided to get some ice-cream at a nearby shop that was surprisingly still open so late. After Jinwoo chose chocolate flavour while Myungjun picked vanilla, the elder paid for their ice creams and they both left the shop, busily devouring their dessert.

Jinwoo ushered Myungjun to a nearby bench where they sat down to complete finishing their ice-creams whilst watching the cars pass by on the road in front of them.

"So...you still wanna come over after this?", Myungjun asked as he bit the final part of his ice cream cone.

"Yeah sure. I mean if it's no bother that is", Jinwoo replied back, trying to tame the ice-cream that was melting rapidly.

Unfortunately, he ended up getting a smear of his chocolate ice cream on his upper lip, that was noticed by the elder.

"Hey, you got a little...something on your face", Myungjun chuckled as he pulled out a tissue from his jeans pocket. It was, in fact, a tissue from the packet the Jinwoo had given him.

Instead of handing Jinwoo the tissue, Myungjun himself leaned in and wiped the chocolate smear away with the tissue.

Jinwoo froze. He never had a male do this type of thing towards him before. He stared at Myungjun to see him concentrating to wipe it off properly.

Myungjun's face was so close to his. Close enough to see that he had a slight cut on his cheek. Jinwoo guessed that it was probably from shaving. The younger's thoughts were interrupted as Myungjun spoke, breaking the silence.

"There, it's off", he said as he stood up to find a nearby bin to dispose of the tissue. While he went off to throw it away, Jinwoo sat still, overthinking of what just happened.

"Stop freaking out! He probably was just being friendly", Jinwoo muttered to himself as he managed to stand up due to the elder calling him from a few meters away.

"Follow me okay?", Myungjun said as he got into his car and turned on the engine.

"Yeah okay", Jinwoo replied back as he too got in his car and waited for Myungjun to start driving.

He followed the elder's car as they drove past the lit street lights. It wasn't long before they arrived at Myungjun's apartment as it roughly took about 10 to 15 minutes. As Jinwoo entered the apartment car park, he was signaled by Myungjun to park his car at the free guest parking.

Eventually, they got out of their cars and locked it with the press of their car keys.

"Wow! Nice car you got there", Myungjun said as he looked at Jinwoo's Audi under the car park lights.

"Thanks", Jinwoo replied, not mentioning his other multiple cars that were neatly parked in his underground parking lot.

"This way", Myungjun said as the pair made their way to the elevator. They got off on the third floor due to that's where Myungjun's room was.

The elder stopped in front of room number 17 and took out his electronic key.

"Welcome to uh...my place", Myungjun said as he held the door for the younger.

"I'm sorry it's quite messy. If had known I was going to invite you over, then I would have cleaned up", he said being embarrassed.

"Oh no, it's fine. Don't worry. I'm quite messy myself. The maid cleans everything up for me while I'm gone", Jinwoo said, as Myungjun's eyes widened in surprise.

"Damn. You must be rich to hire a maid. Crystal Corporation must pay a lot", Myungjun scoffed.

Jinwoo bit his lip, regretting his words. However, he chuckled in his head, wondering when he should tell the elder that he's the CEO.

'I'll keep it up just a little longer', he thought before Myungjun grasped his attention once again.

"I know we just had dinner and some dessert but, you want any snacks anyway? A drink perhaps?", Myungjun asked as he opened the pantry turning to Jinwoo for an answer.

"Uh...maybe some soft drink? Coke, if you have it", the younger replied.

"Yup no worries. I always have Coke. I need it to get me through the day", Myungjun chuckled as he took out two cans of Coke and a packet of chips.

"Have a seat. I'll just pour the chips into a bowl and be over", the elder said as he ushered Jinwoo to the sofa.

The younger sat down on the black leather sofa, where a few cushions were pilled up on a side. There was a glass coffee table filled with magazines of houses, designs, and artwork. Beside them laid a water bottle which happened to be empty.

Jinwoo picked up the bottle and made his way to the kitchen.

"Mind if I fill this up for you?", Jinwoo asked as he made his way to the water dispenser on Myungjun's fridge.

"Oh. You don't have to", Myungjun tried to say but Jinwoo was already filling up the bottle.

"I don't mine and plus I have OCD. If I see an empty bottle. It needs to be refilled", Jinwoo laughed as he took the filled bottle away from the dispenser.

"Oh really? Does that go for Alcoholic bottles too?", the elder jokingly said, causing both of them to laugh.

"Okay, let's sit down with the snacks and watch some TV before I show you my work", Myungjun said as both of them made their way to the sofa.

Jinwoo placed down the filled bottle on the table earning a soft smile from the elder.

"Thanks by the way. For refilling it", he said

"No worries".

The pair watched some news, agreeing about how crazy the world was with the crime rates going up, along with the prices.

There then was a moment where both males went to grab a chip from the bowl that was between them. Their eyes glued to the screen as they both placed their hand in the bowl when suddenly realising that they got each other's hand.

They at first turned to look at their hands, and then to each other. As if in sync, both Jinwoo and Myungjun took away their hands and a faint tint of red appeared on their cheeks.

"Stop trying to make a move on me Jinwoo", Myungjun joked, trying to lessen the awkwardness.

Even though they laughed it off, neither male could help thinking about how embarrassing it was.

Eventually, they finished their snacks and decided to check out Myungjun's work. The younger grabbed the empty bowl and went to wash it in the sink.

"Goodness Jinwoo. You don't have to wash that. Let me do it. You're my guest", the elder said but was unable to prevent the younger from washing it.

"Don't worry. When you come over, you could help me out at my place", Jinwoo replied with a chuckle.

The two made their way to Myungjun's separate room that was just for his Graphic Designing.

"Woah. Everything is so neat and organised", Jinwoo said as his eyes scanned the room.

"I actually got time to clean it today while I waited forever for an email from the company", the elder replied receiving a nod from Jinwoo.

"Come to this side", Myungjun ushered him around the back of his work table.

"I have multiple previous works but I'll show you some of my best and some of the basics. You'll be great at it in no time", the elder stated boldly as he pulled out a large file containing his content.

Time flew as the pair looked through each piece, Jinwoo admiring them as the elder explained the context and styles of each.

"Do you really think I'll be able to do some of this. I lost all hope in art.", Jinwoo said with uncertainty.

Myungjun placed down the piece that he was holding and turned to face the younger. He made a strong eye contact with him and calmly place his hands on his shoulders.

"I believe in you Jinwoo. If you truly are passionate about it then I will go out of my way to help you in any way possible. Just count on me".

Jinwoo smiled. He hoped that Myungjun was right. He'll just count on him.

"Hmm. I wanna see something first. One sec", the older said as he went to a nearby storeroom to bring out some paper.

"Here. Use this pencil, and draw a flower. Any flower that you're comfortable with", Myungjun stated as he handed him the pencil in his hand. Jinwoo gave a nervous smile and leaned down to the table, gently placing the tip of the pencil on the paper.

After an intense minute for the younger, he lifted the pencil and finished his first ever attempt at drawing after many years.

As he turned to face Myungjun, he saw that the elder had a very strange expression on his face.

"It's really bad isn't it?", Jinwoo asked as he looked at the 'so-called' flower that he had drawn.

"Um...It's not b-bad. I mean you just need some work on it", Myungjun replied with a forced smile.

"You don't have to be nice. How does it actually look?", Jinwoo asked placing the pencil down on the table.

"You said I don't have to be nice right?"

"Yeah. Tell me the truth".

"Well, in that case, your drawing doesn't even look like a flower. What kind of flower looks like a large potato surrounded by skinny potatoes and three lines?"

"Those lines are leaves", Jinwoo pouted back.

"No, they're not. I wouldn't come close to calling them leaves".

Jinwoo sighed. He had a hunch that Myungjun would be frustrated. Before he could think of giving up, Myungjun took out another piece of paper and laid it in front of him.

He gently took Jinwoo's hand and placed the pencil between his fingers. The older placed his hand on Jinwoo's and leaned down to the paper.

"Firstly, think about how you will draw it. How the base will look along with its leaves. Then you press down your pencil, but lightly. Make out a shape of what you will draw."

While Myungjun continued to explain how to properly approach art, Jinwoo wasn't able to understand a thing. Reason one being that the elder's hand was wrapped around his, while he guided the pencil. The second reason was at how close they were. Myungjun's face only a few inches from his. Little did Jinwoo realise that his eyes were on Myungjun's face rather than on the drawing.

"Jinwoo?", Myungjun said, bringing the younger back to his senses.

"Uh y-yes?", he stuttered back.

"Jinwoo, if you really want to learn art then you need to concentrate. I know I'm very beautiful but please. Eyes on the drawing", Myungjun cockily said resulting in the younger's cheeks to have an obvious tint of red.

Myungjun laughed and then repeated what he had said earlier, however this time with the concentration of a very red-faced man.

Eventually a beautiful flower was drawn on the paper by Myungjun that he gave Jinwoo to keep for practice.

Since it was getting pretty late, Jinwoo decided to head off home so both of them could rest before the morning comes. As Jinwoo was about to wave goodbye, Myungjun asked him a question aloud that he had been wanting to ever since they met.

"Are you in a relationship with anyone?"

Jinwoo turned to face the elder and chuckled at his question.

"Nope."

"I neither have a girlfriend or...a boyfriend."
