your parents were tied up with rope, tape placed over their eyes. they struggled in the restraints, so desperately wanting their freedom back.
you gasped, quickly running to them. "mom, dad. it's y/n."
they stopped their struggles and looked around. you coughed, spitting the blood out that had enveloped your tastebuds.
"y/n! are you okay?! where are we?" your mom asked frantically.
"you're okay mom, i promise. deep breaths okay? i'll get you guys out of here," you promised.
you stumbled back up. "release my parents, compress."
"oh~ho~ho~! so demanding, cloudy," he cooed, placing a hand underneath your chin.
you glared at him. "why the harsh look? you brought in people, so i brought in people!" he sang, slightly swaying your head.
"yet, my people haven't come here. so why bring in your people when mine haven't even been involved." you shot.
oh how you wished you could spit at him.
he thought for a moment. "have you wondered why your people haven't come for you? to save the damsel in distress?"
you shook you head, backing away from the slender man. he released his hand from underneath your chin, letting it rest at his side.
"why, i sent nomu's after them! they're too preoccupied that they can't even worry about you." he announced, smiling underneath his mask.
you shot him a glare. "this was only between us. the heroes were only to get involved when things got too serious. the fact that you kidnapped my parents to get them involved?! you're fighting dirty."
he laughed at you, extending his arms out as if he was performing. "we never fight clean, dear cloudy."
you shot clouds at his hands, pinning him against the wall. you restrained him and his quirk, as he needed his hands to be useful. he was a quirkless man now, as long as if he stayed restrained.
"call them off, compress. we don't need to fight anymore," you stated, huffing. you were reaching your limit.

"the shows only beginning, cloudy," he chuckled.
you coughed up more blood. "the show ends here. you're restrained compress. you're nothing but a quirkless man right now."
he scoffed. "i might be useless, but the others aren't. dabi is unscathed, along with shigaraki. we only need them to win this."
"win what, compress?! there's no winning or loosing here! we're all gonna loose. the heroes lost my respect and trust! the villains are loosing their stability! i've lost the trust of everyone i know! no one's gonna win from this, so just shut up about your stupid game!" you screamed, tears welling up in your eyes once more.
mr. compress stared. his eyes stared into you, trying to examine your soul. at least, that's what it felt like.
he scoffed. "dabi, shigaraki. why aren't you two doing anything to the hero?" he asked, moving his gaze from you to them.
you turned around, observing them. eyes were on them. your eyes were on them.
shigaraki vigorously scratched the other side of his neck, blood trailing down that side too. dabi's face read nothing. emotionless.
what were they thinking?
magic man spoke up. "you know cloudy, we knew who you were. at least, i did. so, i did research on you. of course, nothing. you're nothing. i managed to find your parents. though, nothing on you? it just proves your existence is futile."
you scoffed, turning back to the man. "if you're trying to manipulate me, it's not working. it's not easy manipulating a manipulator."
he chuckled at you. "maybe you're smarter than you look."
"take a dive into some rocks, compress."
he gasped. "well that's not very nice, is it?"
"well, kidnapping someones parents isn't exactly nice either," you shot, walking closer to him.
he tugged on the clouds, trying so desperately to escape. laughing nervously, he struggled more. "what's in these damn clouds?!"
you laughed, placing your face in front of his. you then glared, spiting onto his mask. "give up compress. we can do this the easy way, or the hard way. i can put a cloud over your face to suffocate you until you slowly die, or you give up along with the others, come with me, and we can give you a nice cozy place in prison. which seems more fitting?"

he gulped, still struggling. "you're bluffing."
you smiled. "am i? if i'm nothing, then i gotta prove that i am something."
mr. compress sighed, ceasing his efforts. "fine."
"awesome!" you backed away, giving him personal space.
you then turned to dabi, shigaraki, and toga. they were unmoving, unspeaking. toga was still on the ground, tears continuing to drain down her face. dabi's face still read nothing. shigaraki was still scrathing his neck, blood continuously seeping out of him.
you limped towards them. "so, we can either do this the easy way, or the hard way. the heroes aren't gonna come and save any of us and there's probably a hoard of policemen outside. you guys can't run, as both of your methods of escaping are trapped or unconscious.
"we can either 1: go outside together and admit defeat, or 2: you all stay in here and i go out and tell everyone that you all are apprehended. i want to know your stories, and prison seems a whole lot better than rummaging on the streets without any food or water or clothes. it's your pick."
they stayed silent. toga sniffled. dabi unmoved. shigaraki scratching.
that's when, something outside echoed. "the police are here and we've got you surrounded! you have 10 minutes to make a decision or we're coming in!"
you shrugged, unmoved. "you heard them."
toga sniffled, forcing herself to stand up. she swayed from side to side, before lunging at you. she grabbed your back, squeezing you.
she was hugging you.
tear slid down her face and onto your now dampen shoulder. you tried to hug back, but your arms were still immobile.
"they'll shoot us on sight if we go out there. we know how this works," shigaraki spoke up, his scratching finally ceasing.
you nodded. "i'll put all of you in cloud restraints for extra measures. i want the best for you guys. i'm sorry this is the life you were given. i want to fix your life. change it."
he nodded. toga only hugged you tighter. dabi went unmoved.
toga finally released you, sniffling as she trued to wipe the tears from her eyes. "you promise to visit, right? if not, i'll never forgive you."
you chuckled. "i promise to visit everyone."
she nodded, wiping her face. "okay. then, restrain us."
you sent clouds onto their wrists, apprehending all of them. dabi didn't say anything. shigaraki coughed. toga started to weep again. you gave them one last look before heading out towards the broken door.
it was dark outside and dusty out. you coughed as soon as you stepped foot outside.
the place was-- quite literally surrounded. police with all kinds of guns were aimed at the door. the league was right, they were ready to shoot at any given moment.
"hey! drop your weapons! i'm a hero!" you shouted, trying your best to walk outside.
you heard their murmurs as they backed away from their weapons. the helicopter above whizzed by you.
the nations eyes were on you.
"the situation is under control. they have all been apprehended." you commanded.
what you assumed was the chief, took out his mega phone. "and how do we not know you're only playing to be a hero?!"
you were taken aback. "excuse me? ask any of the heroes fighting right now."
he scoffed. "likely story."
"my parents are in there, tied up. go see for yourselves!" you reasoned, shaking.
you didn't want to die.
eyes wandered from you to the door. they didn't know what to believe.
then, someone scream.
someone shot a round of bullets.
the bullets that pierced you apart.
