Wendy, Carla and Puss walk into Extalia, surprising the Exceeds.

Wendy: "Extalia is in serious danger, you have to let us talk to your Queen right away"

Nadi: *among the crowd* "Please clear the path. Excuse me"

Nadi finally reaches to the three,

Nadi: *waving paw* "All of you cannot be here. Fallens and humans are forbidden from entering Extalia under any circumstances"

Puss: "Muchacho you would be much better to make an exception this time, the lives of everyone over here are in danger"

Nadi: *to Carla* "But how in the Queen's name did you escape Captain Nichiya and the Royal guards"

Carla: "They were turned into a Lacrima by King Faust himself"

All the Exceeds laugh except for Nadi. The Exceeds do not believe a word they say and claim that with the Queen, the humans cannot harm them. They start to throw stones at both Wendy and Carla as they yell for them to get out of Extalia.

Puss: "THAT'S IT!!!"

Puss immediately unsheathes his rapier and starts slashing the stones with his rapier however it is too much for him as the Exceeds shift their focus from Carla and Wendy and start stoning Puss from all the directions. Puss sees this as an opportunity and leads the Exceeds away from Carla and Wendy,

Wendy: "Please do anything you want to me but don't hurt Puss. He's one of you own!"

Puss: *deflecting & getting hit* "WENDY! CARLA! GET AWAY!"

Carla: "Save yourself!" *starts crying* "Please Puss! Just let them take me"

In the Royal City, Natsu catches up with Gray who had just defeated Sugarboy and created a duplicate of the key.

Natsu: "You can't run from me forever you jerk!"

Gray: *holding the key* "I was busy taking out this clown"

Natsu: *shaking an unconscious Sugarboy* "All right you creep, give me that stupid key!" *starts shaking violently* "I'm done playing with you!"

Gray: "This would be a lot easier if you look over here for a second. Things are starting to go our way but we are not totally out of the woods just yet. Hey where's (Y/n) and Lucy ?"

Natsu: "Oh Lucy is kinda stuck right now and (Y/n) is helping her"

Gray: "What do you mean stuck ?"

(Y/n) is trying to pull out both Lucy and Coco who are stuck under a passed out octopus Byro,

Coco: *to (Y/n)* "Are you okay ?"

Lucy: "(Y/n) keep trying as hard as you can"

(Y/n): *trying to pull both Coco and Lucy* "Lucy when we get back try to lose some weight"

Lucy: "WHAT!!!"

Back at the hallway,

Gray: "We got it man I know this key is gonna work, you hear me. We can save our friends with this"

Natsu: "Say what ?"

Gray: "The King of Edolas wants to fire at the floating island the lacrima is on. So to crash it into Extalia, no good. But if we can hit the lacrima directly with the Dragonslayer magic that the cannon fires, we can turn everyone back to normal"

Natsu: "I don't really understand but it sounds like a plan to me"

Gray: "I think the cannon is just up ahead of us"

Natsu: "All right lets get to it"

Gray: "Hold on there's one problem"

Natsu: "What's that ?"

Gray: "We can't get inside the chamber where they are keeping it"

Natsu: "Sure we can, we will just use our magic to blow open the door and barge right in"

Gray: "That's not gonna work. Supposedly it made out of some wizard canceller anti magic lacrima. So it's not gonna be that easy"

Natsu: "Well I think we should give it a try anyway"

Gray: "And if it doesn't work then what ?"

Both of them hear footsteps and Edo-Erza arrives,

Erza(Edolas): "So I found you and it seems you have the key"

Natsu: "Woah it's Erza"

Gray: "Hang on, something's not right. She's from Edolas! No..."

Natsu: "I don't believe it. Our Erza lost!"

Edo-Erza then knocks both of them out. She ties them both up and drags them as she looks for the King.

Last I had heard was that Erza was supposedly fighting against her Earth-Land counterpart, "This woman will give me heart attack someday"

I know she hid things from me but I know she did that because she didn't want me to get upset or sad due to it and I smile a bit to myself, "How did I get so lucky to deserve someone like you ?"

I come across a the bridge where the statue of King Faust has been completely destroyed and was a clear sign of a fierce battle, "It's better to be safe than sorry"

I am holding my and start moving around cautiously in case someone has laid out an ambush as I keep moving around carefully I notice a figure in a far distance slumped and my feelings suddenly go numb before they replaced by sheer terror as I recognize the figure, "ERZA!!!!"

I throw my staff and run towards her as quickly as my legs can and kneel beside her before cradling her in my lap and start waking her up, "E-E-Erza please g-get up, p-please don't j-joke around like this"

Tears immediately start falling from my eyes as I realize the last thing I thought of her was she lied, without even considering why she had lied to me.

"P-please E-Erza wake up", I beg unashamedly and my plea doesn't fall on deaf ears as she slowly opens her eyes.

Erza(Edolas): "(Y/n)...."

I don't think of anything else and immediately hug her tightly, "Don't ever do that! I was worried! What if something happened to you! What would I do!"

I didn't have time to process anything as (Y/n) was crying against my shoulder, "Wait my (Y/n) is crying because I got..."

Anger immediately starts flaring up within me and I immediately get out (Y/n)'s grasp, "Scarlet" I say seething.

(Y/n)(Edolas): "Erza what's wrong ?"

I don't answer him and immediately leave for looking to confront Scarlet, "My (Y/n) cried for me just and it's all because I underestimated her, but not anymore Scarlet. I am coming for you"

I don't know what took over Erza as she left in such anger, however I know if I don't stop her things will be bad.

Meanwhile Erza points her sword at Faust revealing she was impersonating Edo-Erza all the time. She orders the cannon to be aimed at the Lacrima. The soldiers comply because of the danger their King is in.

However, their hopes are dashed when Edo-(Y/n) arrives,

(Y/n)(Edolas): "Stop at this instant!"

Natsu/Gray/Erza: "(Y/n)!"

Random guard: "It's Sir (Y/n)!"

(Y/n) is surprised to see Erza holding the king,

(Y/n)(Edolas): "So she's the Earth-Land Erza", "Unhand King Faust at once"

Natsu and Gray but especially Erza is surprised to see the Edo-(Y/n) who unlike his Earth-Land counterpart is a lot more formal, wears glasses and actually uses his original accent. However Erza doesn't have to time to think all this as,

Erza(Edolas): "SCARLET!!!"

Edo-Erza makes an entrance causing Erza to release Faust to block her incoming attack. With Faust's release, the soldiers revert the aim.

The Dragon Chain Cannon attaches itself to the Lacrima and the soldiers prepare to ram it into Extalia. Suddenly, the wall bursts and out comes a huge flying creature with (Y/n), Lucy and Coco on it...

Lucy: "Hey you guys!"

The creature lands in front of Erza, Natsu and Gray.

Lucy: "Get on its back"

Erza: "Lucy!"

Gray: "Is that you ?"

Natsu: "Holy cow! Lucy did they turned you into a monster!"

(Y/n): *showing himself* "No pyro, Lucy didn't turn into a monster this thing is called a Legion. Pretty cool huh"

All the soldiers are in shock to see (Y/n) on top the Legion and so are Edo-Erza, King Faust and especially Edo-(Y/n). Natsu, Gray, Erza, and Lucy look back and forth from (Y/n) to Edo-(Y/n).

Erza/Erza(Edolas): *looking at both (Y/n)'s* "Wow both of them look pretty handsome, wait WHY AM I THINKING THIS RIGHT NOW!!!"

Natsu: *panicking* "THERE ARE 2 (Y/n)S!!!" *points at Edo-(Y/n)* "He uses the prince voice too!"

Even (Y/n) is surprised to see his Edolas counterpart,

(Y/n): "Why is he wearing glasses ?"

(Y/n)(Edolas): "Why is he not wearing glasses ?"

(Y/n): *to Edo-(Y/n)* "Hi I'm..." *sweatdrop* "(Y/n)"

(Y/n)(Edolas): "Hello" *sweatdrop* "I'm (Y/n) as well"

Lucy: *to the group* "GET ON RIGHT NOW!"

(Y/n): "Yeah that too"

Faust: "How could this happen ? How is she in the control of a Legion!"

Coco: "It's because this one is mine"

Faust: "Coco!"

The team gets on the Legion as it starts flying away,

Natsu: "Will we able to stop it with this thing ?"

Lucy: "We will never know till we try"

Gray: "That's right"

They fly away in order to stop the cannon, while both Erza and (Y/n) look at their Edolas counterparts. Edo-(Y/n) looks at his Earth-Land counterpart in curiosity whereas Edo-Erza looks on in fury.

Erza(Edolas): "Scarlet!!!"

Edo-Erza chops off most of her hair...

As Edo-(Y/n) looks at her in shock and she starts walking away in rage,

Erza(Edolas): "Don't just stand there prepare the Second Magic Warfare Unit Legion Platoon!"

Guards: "Yes ma'am!"

Faust: "I will be going as well. Prepare to deploy the Dorma Anim"

(Y/n)(Edolas): "But your majesty that is a forbidden spell"

Random guard: "Article Twenty-Three of the Royal Charter says it's not to be used under any circumstances"

Faust: "THAT IS AN ORDER!!!"

Back on the floating island holding the giant Lacrima which is now moving towards Extalia courtesy of .

Gajeel: "What's going on ? Is this thing moving ?"

Panther Lily: "It is, according to our military's plan we will smash it into Extalia. Eliminate that kingdom and harvest unlimited magic power"

Gajeel: "You gotta be kidding me, that's completely insane!"

Happy: "But why ?" *cries* "Why would your people want to do something so horrible ?"

The Legion carrying Team Natsu along with Coco flies towards the floating island holding the lacrima,

Natsu: "COME ON LETS GO!!! IF WE DON'T STOP IT EVERYONE WE KNOW WILL DIE!"

With the Lacrima Island about to crush Extalia, the Exceed Imperial Guards inform the Queen and the Elders about the situation, revealing that Nichiya and most of the other guards have been turned into Lacrima and are being held captive. While the elders express their surprise and outrage with the news, the guards inform them about Carla and Wendy causing a riot in Extalia. Hearing this, Shagotte stands up and decides to face the Earth Land Mages herself.

When the Lacrima Island begins to accelerate towards Extalia, Natsu, Lucy, Gray, Erza, (Y/n) and Coco arrive and using Coco's Legion they begin to push it back, determined to not let it collide with Extalia. Natsu starts pushing it back when Happy flies above him,

Happy: "Natsu! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to.."

Natsu: Huh *grins* "Give me a hand buddy"

After realizing that Natsu still sees him as a friend, Happy goes to help him.

Seeing this, Gajeel, after promising to make Panther Lily his cat, goes to help his guild mates as well. Just as the island is about to collide with Extalia, the Fairy Tail Mages and Coco are able to stop it from moving.

Natsu: *pushing the island* "DON'T GIVE UP WE CAN STILL PUSH THIS THING BACK!"

Happy: *pushing the island* "AYE SIR!"

Erza: "Gajeel ? Why are you down here, you should be using your magic to turn the others back to normal. Get back up there"

Gajeel: *tickmarks on head* "You want to deal with the black cat, be my guest!"

Gray: "We don't have time to worry about the Lacrima or the cat, so just push"

Lucy: "We have to stop it or everyone from Magnolia will be lost forever"

Panther Lily then notices Coco and orders her to escape, saying that all their efforts are futile. Hearing Panther Lily's comment (Y/n) responds,

(Y/n): "Don't be so sure. IF IT'S ONE THING FAIRY TAIL WIZARDS PROVE IS THAT NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!"

Happy: "Aye, aye sir!!"

The Exceeds in Extalia see the Lacrima but are confident that their queen will save them. Realizing what has happened,

Wendy: "I'm so sorry Carla. There's nothing we could do"

Puss: "This isn't over we are not giving up yet"

Carla: "Please listen everyone.."

Annoyed with her, one of the Exceeds throws another rock but Nadi shields Carla, saying that throwing rocks is dangerous and explaining that, since they did not listen to Carla and Wendy, Extalia is going to be destroyed. The Exceeds argue with him, saying that they still have the queen to save them. Nadi starts to reply but is interrupted when the queen arrives, much to everyone's surprise...

Wendy: "That's really her"

The Queen looks at both Puss and Carla, and both of them are speechless for awhile.

Shagotte: "Thank you but this is not the time to lower your heads. Now that you have calmed down, please listen to what I have to say. Extalia is teetering on the edge of total annihilation, this fate may be inescapable for the Exceeds. After much soul searching I have come to a final decision on the matter" *removes her robe and jewelry* "I have decided that it is time for you to be finally be told the truth about your queen. I'm just an ordinary exceed not worthy of your worship as a queen or as god" *shows her wing* "I'm no better than the rest of you. I am so sorry but I don't possess the power to fight the humans"

Shagotte: "As you can clearly see, I was born with one wing. For exceeds our magic power is symbolized by our wings or and two wings signify ones control of true magic power. I lack that power, my magic is weak. I can never atone for my deception. Your names are Miss Wendy, Miss Carla and Mister Puss correct, my deepest apologies to you as well. This is entirely my fault, so please don't harbor any ill will towards those gathered here"

Wendy: "I can't believe this is happening"

The elders and Shagotte begin explaining their story. The Exceeds are weak creatures who were treated badly by humans, causing the elders to make up a story that their queen is a God, a story that would plant fear into the hearts of humans and grant self-confidence to the Exceeds. At first, the humans didn't believe them but, using Shagotte's unique power of precognition, the Exceeds are able to tell when a human is going to die, causing the humans to fear the power of "God". Hearing the elders' story, the Exceeds begin to cry in disbelief while Carla, angered that she was ordered to kill her friends, dismisses the new information and begins to confront the queen. Nadi tries to explain but Shagotte interrupts him by throwing a dagger in front of Carla.

Shagotte: "You are absolutely correct Carla, my sins are many and your suffering is among them. You have done nothing yet I have put you in pain more than anyone" *bows down* "To atone I ask that you personally carry out my punishment. Please punish me for my crimes as friend to both humans and exceeds, you more than anyone have the right to carry it out"

Puss steps in front of Carla and picks up the dagger, and the exceeds begin to cry at the fear of losing their queen. Shagotte tells the exceeds to go, saying that Extalia is going to die and that she is going to die with it. Carla then begins to approach Shagotte just as the exceeds express their desire to not leave the queen's side. Puss arrives in front of Shagotte and stabs the ground with the dagger.

Puss: *tears running down the face* "WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU! HOW CAN YOU GIVE UP SO EASILY! THIS IS YOUR HOMELAND ISN'T IT! Do you seriously need a god or a queen to get anything done" *points at Carla & Wendy* "They have no right to be here after what you did to Carla and Happy but yet here they are! After all that you're going to lie down and die! It's okay if you're weak, if you all work together there is nothing you can't accomplish. Extalia can't disappear I HAVE FINALLY COME HOME AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! I CAN'T LET IT BE DESTROYED!" *Puss starts flying with his wings* "I'm going to save Extalia with or without you!"

Wendy: "Puss!"

Carla: *starts flying, crying* "I won't let him do this alone"

Natsu and co. are still trying to stop the Lacrima island from colliding when Puss arrives.
