The entire guild hall is jam packed with people to see the Miss FairyTail contest. Max comes onto the stage as the announcer..

Max: "The long wait is finally over ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to one and only Miss Fairy Tail contest, where your favorite fairies fight in a battle of beauty. I Max Alors sans wizard extraordinaire will be your host"

Max then keeps on introducing the participants from Cana, Juvia to Mirajane. All the while Gray, Elfman, Natsu and Puss are watching sitting from a table...

Happy: "Aw only Mira's was fun"

Gray: "Yeah that all was fun but..." *looks at Puss*

Happy: "Yeah something is coming out of your nose"

Puss is having a nosebleed...

Puss: *doing thumbs up, while still bleeding from the nose* "I'm in the best condition I can be in", "Joining this guild is the gamble I paid for"

Elfman: *smacks Puss in shoulder* "All I know is you are manly"

Max: "Entry no. 4, the Fairy queen who needs no introductions...."

Erza performs a front flip and enters onto the stage...

Max: "Erza Scarlet"

Fans: "It's really her"

Fans really perk up at this and so does a certain hat wearing silver-haired (e/c) and (e/c) sleepyhead.

Erza: "Let me show you a Requip you don't get to see everyday", "I hope he likes this"

She changes into a cutesy costume..

(Y/n): "Wow.."

The entire audience and the participants turn to look at (Y/n), who has a bright pink blush on his cheeks. Everyone is shocked by this...

Natsu: "(Y/n) is blushing"

Gray: "Yeah he looks kinda adorable"

Erza looks at (Y/n) blushing and blushes as well..

Erza: "He looks so cute!!!"

Everyone turns at (Y/n)...

(Y/n): "I-I-I.." *intense stuttering and blushing*

Puss: *shaking a stuttering (Y/n)* "STOP MALFUNCTIONINGGG!!"

(Y/n) then goes to sleep stuttering...

Man why did I say that so embarrassing, but she actually looked very cute". I shake my head at further thoughts. However then I realize something is not right and I close one of my eye keeping another open...

Lucy is just about to do her act when...

??: "Entry no. 8"

Lucy: *shaking Pom-Poms* "Hey hold on I haven't even started to do my act yet"

??: "I'm the definition of fairy, not to mention the very definition of the word beauty. I'm the only woman who embodies what men desire, so therefore the winner is me the lovely Evergreen.."

Evergreen: "Now this idiotic contest can end"

All the guild members are shocked..

Gray: "Woah she's back"

Elfman: "Then Laxus must be here too"

Tick marks appear on Lucy's head...

Lucy: "Hey can't you go and mess up a different contest. I really need the prize money"

Gray: "LUCY DON'T LOOK HER IN THE EYE!!

Evergreen: "I'm sorry what was your name" *removes glasses*

Evergreen's eye magic turns Lucy into stone..

Max: *turns to audience* "This is bad everyone get out of hear NOW"

The entire audience flees...

Makarov: "What do you think you're doing Evergreen. You will ruin the festival for everyone"

Evergreen: *chuckling to herself* "On the contrary I think things are getting interesting"

The curtain pulls up from the stage revealing stone statues of all the participants in the beauty pageant...

Elfman: "No Mira"

Happy: "She got Erza too"

Makarov: "Don't be a fool return them to normal this instance"

A lightning bolt crashes onto the stage revealing Laxus..

Laxus: "Whoa looks like all your fans decided to head home. Pity! cause the party's about to start"

Makarov: "I should've known"

Gray turns around and looks at a green haired man..

Gray: "Freed"

He then looks at another guy with totem dolls and a helmet..

Gray: "And Bickslow too"

Macao: "The Thunder legion"

Wakaba: "What the hell you guys trying to pull"

Laxus: "Come on let's have some fun"

Makarov: "I've had about enough of your nonsense. Turn them back or else.."

Laxus: "You would want to be nice if you want these ladies to join the parade" *lightning sparks appear above Lucy's statue*

Makarov: "No stop"

The lightning strike barely misses Lucy..

Laxus: *slings shoulder onto Lucy's statue* "In other words I'm taking them hostage. Break the rules and I will shatter these chicks one by one or I can smash them all right now"

Makarov: "I'm not amused Laxus. Stop fooling around"

Laxus: "I'm serious old man"

Freed jumps down and appears beside Laxus..

Freed: "I've always wondered who is the strongest in the guild, now it's time to find out"

Bickslow also jumps down alongside his totem pole dolls..

Bickslow: "Yeah lets have some fun"

Dolls: "Fun! Fun!"

Laxus: "There's a only one rule whoever is left standing in the end is the winner. It's a Fairy Tail battle royale"

Natsu: *smashing fist on the table* "Nice and simple just the way I like it. I'm fired up now"

Laxus: "Glad you could see it my way. If nothing else you've got the right attitude"

Makarov: "Natsu!!"

Natsu: "This is a festival right, let's party"

Warren: "Have you forgotten how badly he beat you last time you went at it"

Natsu tries to attack Laxus only to get struck by lightening from Laxus. Happy flies beside him..

Happy: "He was just feeling better.."

Evergreen: "Naturally if you want the girls to be turned back to normal, you will have to defeat us first"

Bickslow: "But those aren't fair like there's 4 of us and 100 of you guys" *starts laughing*

Evergreen: "You have 3 hours and not a second more, after that these pretty statues will turn to dust"

Laxus: "All of Magnolia will serve as your battlefield, the fight will begin when and if you can find us and to make things easier we've done you all a huge favor.."

Laxus reveals (Y/n) in statue form and everyone is shocked...

Wakaba: "What the..."

Gray: "They got (Y/n) as well"

Puss: "Hey release the girls now"

Happy: "What about (Y/n)"

Puss: *raises his shoulders* "Who cares about that guy?"

Everyone fall at this in disbelief. Puss jumps at Laxus with his rapier, Laxus tries to strike him with a bolt of lightning but Puss cuts through it, a smoke explosion appears and a ginger-haired teenager wearing a hat appears...

Happy: *panicking* "PUSS EXPLODED!!!"

Gray: "Some kid came" *pointing at a hat wearing man*

??: "Hey I'm not a kid, I'm PUSS IN BOOTS!!!"

He transforms back into his cat form before going back into his human form.

Everyone: *eyes popped out and mouths open* "AHHHHH!"

Laxus: *grinning* "That's a feisty cat, come here kitty" *motions to Puss*

Puss just growls..

Puss: "I'm not a kit.."

Laxus uses a lightning bolt to create a bright light on the floor, which Puss starts chasing around. Everyone fell again in disbelief and quickly get back up...

Macao: *sweatdrop* "He really is a cat"

Happy: "Aye"

Makarov: "Laxus how could you" *starts growing in size*

Laxus: "NOW, NOW SIMMER DOWN OLD MAN. IT'S ALL PART OF THE FESTIVAL RIGHT"

Laxus causes a giant streak of light with his electricity to escape from the guildhall, leaving behind the statues of all the girls and (Y/n). All the male guild members leave the hall, Makarov stands over there before...

Makarov: *running towards the exit* "YOU INSOLENT BRATS! JUST WAIT I WILL STOP YOU WITH MY OWN 2 HANDS!!"

Master tries but smashes his face against an unseen force. Gray stops...

Gray: *running towards Master* "Master what's wrong"

Makarov: *pushing against a invisible wall* "An invisible wall"

Gray: "Don't be silly gramps there's nothing here" *tries to bring Master other side of the wall* "Man what's the deal" *looks above and drops Master* "Looks like some kind of writing

Makarov: Must be Freed's enchantments"

Gray: "What are enchantments ?"

Makarov: "It's a barrier formed by magic runes. Anyone who steps inside is bound by its rules and the only way to escape them is to follow them"

Gray: "Any idea what it says"

Makarov: "Stone statues and anyone over the age of 80 years shall not pass"

Gray: "Whoever writes the rules wins the fight huh"

Makarov: "Perhaps but enchantments like these take time to write. As such they would be useless in a one-on-one battle still you can see they are quite effective if set up as traps"

Gray: "You're really stuck, you can't break through"

Makarov: "I'm afraid the rules of enchantment are absolute"

Gray: "Well I guess that settles it" *turns in opposite direction * "It looks like we will have to go in this fight without you Gramps"

Makarov: "I'm sorry"

Gray: "I won't show mercy even if Laxus is your grandson. He's gonna pay for this.."

Gray runs off...

Makarov: "I don't think anyone is strong enough in the guild to beat Laxus. Erza perhaps but not in her present condition, Laxus even took down (Y/n) which should not come as a surprise as he acknowledges (Y/n)'s strength" *looks at Reedus* "I see you, what's wrong Reedus"

Reedus: "Well I'm afraid Laxus is going to hurt me"

Makarov: "It's all right. Why don't you visit Polyursica in the East forest"

Reedus: "Oui"

Makarov: "She may have a potion that cures petrification"

Reedus: "Oui"

Suddenly Natsu gets up

Natsu: "Ahh"

Happy: "You're awake"

Puss: "si"

Natsu: *looks around everywhere* "Where did Laxus go ? Actually where did everyone go ?"

Makarov: "Natsu. If he got serious he might be strong enough to pull it off"

Natsu: "Gramps do you know where everybody else ran off too"

Makarov: "I will have to put my faith in his raw talent", "Now listen up the festival is underway. Laxus is hiding somewhere in Magnolia" *points towards the exit of guildhall* "Find him and beat him"

Natsu: "ALL RIGHT!!" *runs towards the exit* "Just you wait Laxus"

Natsu smashes his face against the invisible wall. Leaving Makarov, Happy, Reedus and Puss shocked..

Natsu: *face against the wall* "Huh what the heck ?"

Makarov: "Why can't you get through you're not a stone statue"

Puss: "Woah Natsu you look pretty young for 80, what is your secret?"

Natsu: "Hey who're you" *looks at Puss's human form*

Puss does his human to cat transformation fainting Natsu

Happy: "NATSU!!!"

After a while Natsu, Master and Happy are discussing Laxus's actions when they turn around to see Puss staring at the statues....

Makarov: *looks at Puss* "Are you okay my boy ?"

Natsu: "Yeah once I get out of this I will beat Laxus myself human Puss"

Happy: "I don't think he's thinking about that"

Puss turns around grinning with hearts in eyes and nose still bleeding after staring at the statues of the girls. Master falls in disbelief...

Happy: "Something's coming out of your nose again Puss"

Natsu: "Yeah are you alright"

Puss: *thumbs up* "Never been better"

Suddenly Laxus's thought projection appears behind them and explains that now since (Y/n) is unable to fight, victory is his, but Happy interrupts, reminding him of Gray. Laxus brushes this off, but Makarov agrees with Happy, stating that Laxus shouldn't underestimate Gray. However, Gray is defeated by Bickslow. With the hopes of Fairy Tail out of commission, Makarov surrenders. However, Laxus wants Makarov to publicly announce his retirement as Master and to name Laxus as the new one. He says that Natsu and Erza have a slight chance, however he used Evergreen's eye magic on (Y/n) especially because he could be real problem in his plans. Laxus leaves shortly afterwards to let Makarov decide...

Happy: "There must be someone who can beat Laxus and his pals"

All of them turn around to see Gajeel appearing from beneath the counter

Natsu: "No way you were here this all time"

Happy: "He's eating the dishes too"

Makarov: "Gajeel will you fight for the guild"

Gajeel steps on the other side of the counter...

Gajeel: "Might as well. I've got a score to settle with that guy" *walks towards the exit* "Don't worry I'll handle him"

Gajeel smashes his face against the enchantment wall, earning a shocked reaction from Natsu, Happy, Puss and Master

Puss: "Señor Gajeel don't tell me you're 80 too"

Gajeel: "DO I LOOK 80 TO YOU, By the way who are you"

Puss does his human to cat routine popping out Gajeel's eyes..

Puss: "Enough with these reactions"

All of them are discussing what to do when Natsu speaks up..

Natsu: "I've got no choice I've to bring Erza back"

Makarov/Happy/Puss:"WHAT ?"

Natsu: "I thought I was finally gonna have a chance to show her up"

Makarov: "Now hold up a second. What are you about to do ?"

Natsu: *turns around* "I'm gonna use my fire on her to melt the stone off"

Makarov: "SAY WHAT!!"

Happy: "SHE'S NOT COVERED IN STONE SHE IS STONE"

Puss: "YOU WILL MELT HER TONTO!!"

Natsu: "We don't know till we try, right guys"

Makarov: "This is madness you will roast her alive"

Natsu alights his fist on fire in front of Erza's statue form...

Natsu: "It's toasty time"

Makarov: "PLEASE BE CAREFUL"

Gajeel: "No joke. Watch where you put those fire hands bro"

Erza's statue develops a crack, shocking everyone

Natsu: *holding Erza's statue, panicking* "I DID'NT MEAN TO BREAK HER OR SOMETHING!! QUICK SOMEONE GIVE GLUE OR TAPE!! HAPPY, PUSS!"

Happy: *flying away panicking* "WE DON'T HAVE GLUE"

Puss: *panicking* "WE DON'T HAVE TAPE!!"

Gajeel: *panicking* "THAT'S NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING YOU IDIOT! WE GOTTA USE YOUR FIRE AND MY METAL TO WELD HER BACK" *transforms hand into a metal club*

Makarov: "ERZA NOOO!!"

Erza's statue form develops further cracks. Natsu starts bowing holding his hands..

Natsu: *panicking* "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm so sorry..."

Erza's statue form breaks freeing her, she's left sitting over there...

Erza: "I feel hot" *face darkens* "It was you wasn't it"

She punches both Natsu and Gajeel...

Erza: "WERE YOU TRYING TO COOK ME!!!"

Happy: "Erza's back in business guys"

Meanwhile Puss...

Puss: "She felt hot" *Nosebleed intensifies*

Master steps up to Erza..

Master: "Thank goodness how was the spell broken"

Erza: "Obviously I'm not sure..." *places her hand on the right side* "...but maybe it had something to do with my right eye"

Makarov: "That's it her artificial eye must have weakened the effect of the spell"

Happy: "Erza do you know what is going on"

Erza: "Yes even though I was stone I was able to hear most of it and who are you" *points at Puss's human form*

Puss just cries, Master tries to console him...

Master: *patting Puss's back* "Now now my boy one last time"

Puss: *crying* "si"

Puss does his transformation from human to cat...

Erza: "Transformation magic"

Puss: *tears of joy* "Finally someone"

Suddenly the count increases from 3 to 4 and Erza explains its due to Mystogan's arrival.

Puss: "So I suppose we have a chance" *leans against (Y/n)'s stone form*

(Y/n)'s stone form falls on the ground developing a crack. Shocking everyone but Puss has a calm look on his face...

Master: "(Y/n)!!!"

Erza: "PUSS!!!"

Puss: *calmly* "Don't worry I'm sure he has eyes which repel magic doesn't he"

Natsu, Happy, Erza and Master shake their heads. Puss's calm look is replaced by that of terror...

Puss: *panicking* "NATSU GAJEEL QUICK WE NEED TO WELD HIM!!"

Suddenly Puss hears a shattering sound and turns around mechanically gulping down his throat and Gajeel does a throat slicing gesture. When a hand is placed on his shoulder, Puss turns around and sees (Y/n)....

(Y/n): *demonic aura* "You made me fall"

WHAM! BOOM! CRASH! Natsu, Gajeel, Erza, Master, and Happy wince at the site. (Y/n) turns around dusting his hands, Puss is left in a broken down heap...
