Era: Magic Council Headquarters

All the magic council members are discussing about the recent actions and Fairy Tail's role in it. Suddenly a bearded man speaks up...

Man with beard: "Enough of this nonsense! Fairy Tail's good deeds are always overshadowed by their reckless actions"

Suddenly a man with blue hair and a red face tattoo speaks...

Blue haired man: "Then why don't we take the opportunity to discuss with them"

Lucy's home, Magnolia

Lucy is writing a letter to her mom describing the actions of what happened, she reassures her mom she's safe and finishes the letters.

Lucy: "Whew, maybe I will do a little shopping later today. Saving the world from evil is cool and all, but it's nice to relax at home"

Gray: "Man (Y/n) was correct 70000 jewel is dirt cheap for a place like this"

Lucy's eyes pop out and jaw hangs

Gray: "You totally scored Lucy"

Lucy: "INTRUDER ALERT!!"

She kicks Gray at his chest

Gray stops before further damage

Gray: "Wait give a minute to explain would ya. I was naked when I got here"

Lucy: "Get out!"

Gray: "So you forgot about today huh. You wouldn't remember so I came by to remind you"

Lucy: "About what ?"

Gray: "Try and jog your memory, remember Natsu challenged Erza at train station, they're about to fight their rematch"

(Y/n) wakes up, removes his hat from his face and goes to see what commotion is happening. Suddenly Lucy comes...

Lucy: "No way they are going through it"

Mira: "Oh hey Lucy"

Elfman: "Well if those 2 value their manhood, they better go through with it"

Mira: "Erza's not a man"

Macao: "By you gotta admit, she's manly"

Lucy: "I'm worried whether this will tear our strongest team apart"

Gray: "What are you talking about? Strongest team"

Lucy: "You, Natsu, Erza and (Y/n), you dummy. You are the 4 strongest wizards in Fairy Tail"

Gray: "We are... Yeah which idiot fed you that line"

(Y/n): "No Gray anything but that"

Sure enough Mira starts crying.

Gray: "Oh you're not a idiot Mira"

Lucy: "Smooth move Gray"

Elfman: "I'll hand it to Natsu and Gray they're tough little dudes, but neither are strongest there are guys stronger than both of them combined, like this guy"

Elfman points to himself.

Levy: "But calling Erza the strongest woman is sure bet"

Jet: "As far as guys go it's tough I would put my money on Laxus, Mystogan or (Y/n)"

Macao: "I dunno about that (Y/n) ?"

Lucy: "Huh he is strong isn't he ?"

Wakaba: "No doubt he is strong, the thing is.."

He points to (Y/n) who is barely awake, who might go to sleep anytime now..

Lucy: "Oh I get it"

All of them start passing their own views.

Erza: "It's been a while since we faced off like this, haven't we Natsu"

Natsu: " I was just a little kid back then. Today's gonna be different I'm taking you down today Erza"

Erza: "Well I won't go easy on you. In fact I have the perfect armor for this occasion"

Erza transforms into her Flame Empress armor, which reduces the damage from flame type attacks.

Happy starts betting against Natsu.

Lucy: "YOU'RE BETTING AGAINST YOUR BEST FRIEND"

Both of them are having a good fight for Natsu's every attack Erza has a counter attack making the fight much more satisfying. I think as he's able to give Erza a good fight. Suddenly a loud gong sounds which stops everyone in their actions. A frog lady with council uniform starts speaking...

Council Member: "This fight is over. May I have your attention please, I've come here on the behalf of the Magic council"

Levy: "No way"

Jet: "Seriously"

Droy: "Why did the council send her here"

Lucy: "Am I the only one who noticed she's a frog"

Council member: "As a result of the Eisenwald incident, a member of your guild has been charged with 11 counts of criminal property damage. Erza Scarlet you are under arrest"

Everyone starts discussing on among them. When suddenly a shot in the air, suddenly silences everyone. Everyone faces towards (Y/n) who looks bored. (Y/n) removes his hat and starts walking towards the council member.

(Y/n): "I'm pretty sure you know who I am, don't you"

(Y/n) takes a deep breath. A magic council guard places his hand on (Y/n)'s shoulder, (Y/n) out of instincts judo throws the guard. Silencing everyone further.

Lucy: "What was that, I never pegged him to be a person who beats up others randomly"

(Y/n) realizes what just occurred and helps the guard up...

(Y/n): "Sorry man instincts"

Before turning towards the council member and asking

(Y/n): "So strawberry is under arrest"

Council member: "Strawberry ?"

(Y/n) points towards Erza, and the council member looks at Erza who averts her gaze due to embarrassment and facepalms herself...

Erza: "This man and his nicknames. I've said him many times not too say it in public"

(Y/n): "So you're telling me Erza's under arrest for what happened during Eisenwald incident"

Council member: "Yes"

(Y/n): "But then shouldn't me, pyro, Jack Frost, blondie and fluffy go to jail as well

Council member: 'pyro', 'Jack Frost', 'blondie' and 'fluffy' ?"

Everyone drops a sweat.

Lucy: "Why can't he say names like a normal person"

Gray: "Nicknames are a (Y/n) thing"

Happy: "Aye mine is fluffy"

Mira: "It's like a habit for him"

(Y/n) sighs and says...

(Y/n): "Natsu, Gray, Lucy and Happy"

Council member: " I have been ordered to bring Miss Erza before the council"

(Y/n) takes a deep breath and thinks to himself...

(Y/n): "Well the guild is in enough trouble with the council wouldn't want more", "Well how about this can I at least accompany Erza"

Council member thinks for a while before saying...

Council member: "Okay unless you don't cause further problems"

(Y/n): "God bless you"

(Y/n) and Erza sit together in the carriage and it sets off for court.

Me and the Erza are sitting in the for a while silence before Erza starts speaking...

Erza: "(Y/n) why you had to risk yourself over there"

"Remember I made a promise to you when we were kids, I hold up my pinky". She groans before continuing

Erza: "I don't get why you're so childish"

(Y/n): "It's not childishness, it's being there for someone you care"

I just look at (Y/n) for a while before turning away from his gaze heat rising up in my cheeks.

"Baka!!!"

(Y/n): "Erza that's getting old"

I sigh

"Man Erza gets sick too often her cheeks turn pink all of a sudden unless". I go in a deep thought...

Erza: "Are you okay"

She puts her hand on my hand, I gently pull it away.

"Besides these guys are doing this for something else"

Erza: Doing what

"Arresting you"

Erza: "What do you mean"

"Think about it Erza they didn't arrest neither of the guys we went with nor me"

Erza: "Now that you say it is suspicious"

"My thoughts are that they're arresting you as a scapegoat, to enforce that council won't take any measures against justice"

She just stares at me with inquiry

Erza: "Ok you've got my attention"

"Look the council took you because you're well known"

Erza: "So are you"

"But I'm working with the council ain't I, they might not want to cause damage to their reputation by working with same person they arrested"

Erza leans back and says...

Erza: "You maybe lazy but you're smart"

"Yeah I know, WHAT"

I fold my arms and look at her and turn my head away. She just laughs and even I do

National Council Fiore Branch

Erza is being let down to the halls going closer to her trial, (Y/n) is nowhere in sight. She stops looking at a blue haired man with red face tattoo. He smirks at her, Erza is shocked to see him

Erza: "Siegrain"

Siegrain: "It's been a quite a while Erza. Please relax I'm only here in spirit, I'm sending this projection from Era. In fact all the wrinkled faces in the courtroom are projections as well. We didn't think it was necessary to be here for such a trivial matter"

Erza: "I see, so you are here the one behind this farce. You make me sick"

Siegrain walks towards Erza

Siegrain: "Let's be civil. I've always been a staunch defender of Fairy Tail. But the elders are worried the blame for Clover's destruction will fall into their laps and the only way to avoid that is to blame someone else entirely. You're their scapegoat"

Erza: "So (Y/n) was right", "Enough!"

Siegrain: "Just a friendly warning, fact it's an all another matter I wish to discuss with you"

He places his hand on her chin and goes closer to her , whispers

Siegrain: "Don't let the word get out for both of our sakes"

??: "If I were you, I would have kept my hands to myself"

Both of them turn to look (Y/n) leaning lazily against the pillar,

(Y/n): "You're using a thought projection yet you're getting a bit handsy there"

(Y/n) gets between them

(Y/n): "Don't you have that beautiful assistant of yours to bother what was her name? Yeah Ultear, Siegrain"

Siegrain sneers and says

Siegrain: "See (Y/n) you don't know how to respect the people in power that's why you never became one of us. It's high talk coming from a slacker"

Siegrain starts walking away before (Y/n) speaks up...

(Y/n): "Siegrain you should be grateful I'm a slacker" *looks Siegrain dead in the eye* "The day I go serious, is the day you're gonna regret it"

The council member looks at both (Y/n) standing and Siegrain walking away. Then she says to Erza...

Council member: "You know some very high ranking people"

Erza: "He is evil"

(Y/n): "Nah, that would be giving more credit to him I would say he's a douche with a complex"

Erza laughs at this, (Y/n) smiles and both of them head towards the courtroom

(Y/n): "Good luck not like you need it"

Erza: "Thank you"

While the proceedings are going on, I decide to lean against a pillar and have a nap.

While the proceedings are taking place a huge explosion occurs and Natsu arrives in a disguise of Erza comprising out of a barrel and frying pans as armor complete with a red wig.

Natsu: "I'M THE CRAZY LADY YOU ALL ARE LOOKING FOR!! IF YOU HAVE GOT A PROBLEM WITH THE WAY MY AND MY GUILDS DO THINGS YOU GOT A THING COMING FOR YOU"

Everyone including Erza drop their jaws at this

Natsu: "I AM THE ALL POWERFUL ERZA"

He keeps on spewing fire and causing explosions, Erza just watches him. The council members are either amused or shocked.

Judge: "Take them away and you Mr. (Y/n)... Mr. (Y/n). MISTER (Y/N)"

(Y/n) is sleeping while standing somehow completely unaffected by his surroundings. Everyone including Natsu and Erza drop their jaws. A guard goes to wake up (Y/n), who receives a karate chop on the head for his troubles, every drops a sweat at this. (Y/n) wakes up and yawns looks at the guard holding his head and says...

(Y/n): "Sorry bro it's a habit"

Judge sighs and says

Judge: "Take them away"

(Y/n), Erza and Natsu are locked up in a cell. Erza is pissed at both (Y/n) and Natsu.

Erza: "Words can't express how angry I'm at you, it was just a formality"

Natsu: "Seriously"

Erza: "It was a glorified spectacle. The council is using me as an example to prove if you break the law you will be punished. Its to maintain order in the magical world"

Natsu: "Wait a minute! So this is all for show"

Erza: "They would have probably found me guilty and send me home with a slap on the wrist"

She grows angry and has ticks on her face

Erza: "But thanks to you, I'm stuck in a jail cell"

Natsu: "Ahh"

Natsu and Erza sit across each other.

Natsu: "I'm sorry"

Erza: "It's okay. You meant well besides"

She glares at (Y/n) sleeping, Natsu gulped

Natsu: "I will miss you (Y/n), Rest In Peace bro"

Erza goes to wake him up by removing his hat on his face and receives a chop on the head. Natsu goes pale

Erza: "Ow"

Natsu: "No way he is coming back now"

(Y/n) wakes up rubbing his black eyes and sees Erza rubbing her head

(Y/n): "Sorry"

Erza: "Don't sorry me who said you to sleep"

(Y/n): "It was part of my plan"

He raises his arms in a grand gesture. Erza has a skepticism in her face and folds her arms and says

Erza: "I don't believe you"

(Y/n) looks at Natsu for awhile before bursting out laughing holding his sides

(Y/n): *laughing* "Man pyro I don't believe you, where did you get the wig your armor was better than strawberry's"

Erza just gives me look which conveys 'seriously'

(Y/n): "Well look guys we are locked over here so let's sleep"

Erza: "That's what you always think about"

(Y/n): "zzzzz"

Erza looks to find out (Y/n) is already deep asleep, she turns to look at Natsu who has slept facing other side

Natsu: "Sleep, sleep, sleep"

Later at night Erza is shivering a bit due to cold, (Y/n) wakes up to see Erza. (Y/n) goes and places his jacket over Erza, who stops shivering. He smiles to himself and goes back to sleep.

Early morning Erza wakes up warm and notices (Y/n)'s jacket on her. She takes a breath and the jacket has a pleasant scent to it,

Erza: "Hmm wait a minute it's his"

Erza looks at (Y/n) and blushes, her face matches a deep red like her hair, before shaking her head shooting down whatever idea she has

Erza: "No me and him is impossible. Besides it would also prove Mirajane right"

Mirajane always says her to go out with (Y/n) suggesting there is something between her and (Y/n). She gazes at (Y/n) again before shaking her head. All the while Natsu is seeing all this and is completely clueless as to what is happening. Erza gives him a look, Natsu goes pale and acts like he has gone back to sleep.
