I woke up to bright sunlight in my eyes.

It was only after I sat up groggily in bed that I realized I was in a different place, and it was my birthday.

After some time,I opened my eyes with the asshole infront of me,pushing a few strands of my hair away from my face

It was a music box.

When I opened the lid, tinkling music floated out, and a shining ring was displayed in the center.There was also a silver necklace and earrings on either side of it.

Looking at the necklace gave me chills but there was something else that caught my eyes

There was a piece I wasn't expecting

It was a golden butterfly hair ornament with diamonds

The butterfly was very eye catching and the diamonds were reflecting so brightly in the light

It was perfect for updo hairstyles and would look so good at the day

I couldn't help myself and forwarded my hands towards the butterfly

I grabbed the butterfly and let it rest on my palm to admire it closely

Finally...I got something that I really wanted to have

Before I realized it,I did something out of reflex that I know I will definitely regret
