Who's missed me?! Lol probably none of you. Anyways here is the next chappie! And I know that after such a long awaited chapter it just has to be so short. But I promise that the next one will be longer! And if I continued this then it would've been too long! Plus I hope you all can understand that writing OC duels are really hard! Also funny reason why I couldn't have made this longer or published it faster, was because I accidentally deleted this chapter when I was halfway through and then had to rewrite the whole thing with rage and wanting to get it done! Lol

Last time on Yugioh 5Ds Lost Memories! After my duel with Ms Bowhead ended, I woke up in the infirmary where most of my friends were! Till Swoopzilla came in and crashed the party! After an okay nights rest, it's time to start the semifinals! I'm so pumped yet nervous! But before it could even take Mister Magics down for Sakura, me and Yusei talked and I got some answers! Yay!!! Apparently my name is Cathy Sullivan and I'm 16. But since I know that, am I still that girl? Let's just hope that after I beat Trickery Man, I'll get more answers.

Cathy was ready onto rising platform and had her duel disk ready. She took in a deep breath and looked confident. "Alright Cat- I mean Cathy Sullivan. Got to get used to that name..." She shook her head and slapped her cheek. "Focus! You got a duel to win!... Ow... Why did I do that?" She said rubbing her cheek pouting.

Suddenly the platform began to rise slowly and the MC began to speak. "It is time! Here we all are to witness which one of these lucky duelist gets to go into the finals, and then see who will face off against our King! But first, Ladies and gentlemen! Give a cheer to our fiery blonde! The queen of the moon and her bright passion blinding her opponents! I give you... Cat Simmons!!" He announced while most of the crowd members booed Cathy.

"Get that witch 2.0 out of here!"

"We don't need anymore casualties!"

"Get off the stage you piece of trash!" They kept yelling.

Cathy could feel all their hatred and fear towards her, and it felt like all the negative emotions were surrounding her and choking her. She tried to keep calm and not let it phase her, and was really trying hard not to blow another casket. She was just slowly murdering them all in her head.

Meanwhile, Tanner stood next to Sakura while she sat on a chair and watched the TV with Cathy on it. Yusei was working on his duel runner but mostly watched. Yanagi and Dexter sat on the sofa and both looked worried hearing all the names the crowd was calling Cathy.

"I'm impressed that she can keep a calm expression even though they're treating her like this." Tanner said making Sakura smiled with a light chuckle.

"Trust me. She's probably plotting all their deaths in that scary brain of her's." She said.

Dexter chuckled nervously till suddenly Leo and Luna ran inside the garage looking panicked. "Yusei! Cathy is in trouble!" Leo yelled.

Yusei stood and everyone looked at them in shock. "Leo what are you talking about?" He asked concerned.

Tanner looked at Cathy and back at the twin. "She looks pretty safe to me."

Leo shook his head and arms around, "no no no! Listen! We were walking to the stadium when all of a sudden we saw Señor Swoop talking to Trickster man and they were talking about Cathy and how he wanted Trickster man to go into her mind and erase any memories and dance like puppet for him so he could probably rule world like a villain!" He said in all one breath.

Everyone else looked at him more confused and kinda impressed.

"Um Leo, sweetie... Trying saying that with breathing in between." Sakura said to him.

Leo was about to speak again when Luna interrupted and looked at them scared. "We heard Mr Sayer and Trickster talking about erasing any other memories in Cathy's mind. He says it'll make her follow him, like a puppet."

"What? But how could he do that? I mean he'd have to be-" Yanagi started till Sakura interrupted gasping.

"A psychic duelist!"

Yusei looked at the TV when he heard the MC begin to announce The Trickster.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Here's the guy who came out of nowhere and impressed us with his duels not skills! Give a large round of applause! To the greatest magician, next to Dark Magician... The Trickster!!" The MC announced loud to the stadium making everyone cheer loudly as a puff of smoke appeared.

The Trickster appeared grinning and threw his hat up in their air. In midair, it exploded and flowers began to rain down on the audience. Making them cheer louder and catch the flowers.

Cathy watched trying to keep a straight face, but ultimately failing as she was impressed by the display. "I seriously need a cool entrance..." She mumbled.

"Thank you all so much for your cheers and support! It blooms my heart like these lovely flowers when you smile!" Trickster said happily.

"Yeah Trickster!"

"Take that Black Rose wannabe down!"

"Show her she doesn't belong here!" They cheered out making Cathy glare at the camera and most people became silent.

Trickster shook his head and sighed, "please. Everyone. We mustn't bring someone down for being different and unique. She may have flaws, but she is still a human." He walked towards Cathy and pulled out a purple orchid, giving it to her.

Cathy looked him in the eyes, trying to read his emotions. He was intrigued, joyful, and had something up his sleeve. She cautiously took the flower and watched him. "Thanks... Weirdo."

"Why you're welcome Cat Simmons. I hope for a well interesting duel." He walked back to his side of the arena and started his duel disk.

"I don't trust him." Tanner said with his arms crossed.

"Neither do I. And I don't think Cat- ahem, Cathy does either." Sakura said.

"Hey Yusei. Can you explain anything about her 'abilities' and maybe why that Sayer man wants them." The buff man asked his friend.

Yusei looked at him then looked down contemplating. "To be honest, it's hard to describe them. They first started to surface when she began dueling around 8 years ago. Then they just started to grow and change as each year went by, to the point where dueling began to get too much to her. If she exerted herself using them, Cathy would black out then wake up with no memory of what happened."

Luna and Leo froze and looked at each other wide eyed. Similar thoughts ran through their mind. Luna then took a deep breath and rubbed her arm looking back at the TV at Cathy. 'Is Cathy a signer too?' She asked herself in her mind.

The blonde magenta streaked started her duel disk and looked at The Trickster determined. "Oh he's going down for hurting Sakura." She mumbled.

"Now! Duelist ready?! Ready... Set..."

"Duel!" The two said drawing their first five cards.

"I think I'll start this show off, if that's alright with you?" Trickster said drawing and smiling.

"Go ahead."

"Thank you. Hmm what to do..." He looked at his hand and then grinned bigger finding a strategy. "I'll begin this by placing 2 cards facedown. Then summoning Dream Clown in attack mode."

When he summoned the smiling clown, Sakura looked wide eyed. Remembering that monster as one half of the whole monster that beat her.

Tanner placed a gentle hand on her shoulder and lightly squeezed it. "Don't worry. That fiery blonde will put him in his place." He said reassuringly looking at her.

Sakura smiled and placed her hand on his nodding. "You're right. She's not gonna let that clown strike fear in her."

"If anything, I think her yelling and glare will scare it!" Yanagi said laughing and lightening the mood.

Cathy though gulped and muttered, "I think I now have a fear of clowns..."

"That'll end my turn dear Cat Simmons."

Cathy shook her head to focus and drew a card. "Alright! Draw!" She looked at her hand and nodded. "I'll start by sending one monster from my deck to the graveyard, and that lets me special summon Moonlight Angel in attack mode!"

The male angel suddenly appeared and placed a hand onto his sword handle determined. "I am here to help you my mistress."

Luna grinned and mentally cheered when she saw the monster and whispered, "good luck."

"And since I special summoned Angel, I can now normal summon Moonlight Hunter!" Cathy summoned the cloaked archer in attack mode. Though Trickster just seemed unfazed and Cathy felt his intrigue. "I'll place two cards face down, and now Moonlight Angel will attack your Dream Clown!"

Angel drew his sword and charged at the clown. "This is for harming my mistress' friend." He said while slicing the clown in half while it disappeared.

As Trickster's life points went down, he just smiled and waited patiently.

"Now Moonlight Hunter, attack his life points directly!" She said as he grabbed an arrow and drew his bow back.

"Very well," was all he said before he released the arrow to Trickster. When it shot him all he did was flinch back and said nothing.

"Alright! Go Cathy! Take him down and save the world! She's gonna beat him!" Leo cheered confidently, slinging his arm around a nervous Dexter.

"Um isn't it too soon to tell Leo?" He asked looking at him.

"Dexter's right Leo. He's got something planned." Yusei said focusing on The Trickster.

Cathy grinned confidently and looked proud. "I'll end my turn. Your move."

"Do not get to confident mistress. For I feel that he will be doing something big soon." Angel warned watching as The Trickster drew a card.

"That was quite an excellent display Cat. I think I might actually need to try for this one." The blue haired duelist said making Cathy tilt her head like a dog.

"Huh? Are you saying you aren't going serious?"

"Oh that is correct! I wasn't even remotely serious in the duel with Sakura. Sure she seemed to be strong, but her tricks were nothing compared to my display! She thought she could enter the show as a tamer, but was sadly eaten by the lion. Just a weak snack."

Sakura gasped and looked down to her lap ashamed. Tanner looked at her sadly and then back at the TV glaring at it. "You tried your best and hardest. That's all that matters." He reassured while still having his hand on her shoulder.

"Thank you Tanner... But I still feel humiliated." She mumbled looking at her injury.

"How dare you!" Cathy said with her eyes glowing and beginning to show the gold and black flecks. "Sakura gave all she got in that duel! Don't you dare say she was weak!"

Trickster looked at her fake shocked and placed a hand on his chest. "Why Ms Simmons, surely you'd understand. I'm only stating the obvious. True freaks like us don't need some normals to try their all in our circus?"

"What are you talking about?"

He grinned and bowed, "I shall reveal the behind the curtain if you desire." He then looked up at her into her eyes smirking, "perhaps maybe a way to reveal old memories?"

Cathy gasped, subconsciously grabbing her pendant. "W- what? How do you..."

"I shall show you later Cat! For now, here is a taste of how serious I can get!" The Trickster said changing the subject. "I place one monster face down. But then I play my field spell, Dark Circus Ring!"

"Uh oh..." Cathy mumbled as the field began to change. They were suddenly inside a circus tent that was dark and looked creepy. The walls looked peeling and there was a spotlight on both of them.

Suddenly, Cathy felt power course through her once more as she closed her eyes. Her cloak disappeared and changed to magician like outfit. It was a purple and blue button up like mini dress. She had a purple choker on, black shorts and fishnet stockings. Her hair grew longer and in a low ponytail. She had on yellow gold like shoes topped with a small top hat on her head.

"Wowie wow! Cat has changed her outfit again to fit this dark spooky circus tent they're in!" The MC said while some of the audience was afraid and booed.

Cathy couldn't actually hear anything that was going on outside the tent and looked outside. "This is-"

"It's not a hologram Cat Simmons. This is a real circus, and we are the freaks starred in it! We can't hear the boos but they can still hear us." Cathy looked at Trickster to see him on a ringleader stage and grinning. "I must now give you what you came here for!"

"Mistress, be careful! He is starting to show is true intentions."

Cathy nodded while Trickster waved his hand, "I activate my trap card, Desert Sunlight! All monsters on my side of the fields are in face up defense position."

A bright light came down on Trickster's face down monster has he was flipped up. A giant wall looking golem appeared. "This would be Golem Sentry. When he is flip summoned, I choose 1 monster on your field and then they are returned to your hand. I choose your Moonlight Angel!"

The golem threw its spear at Angel and he glowed then returned to Cathy's hand. "Grr. No..." She growled.

"Oh that's not it for this trick! You see with Dark Circus Ring, if a monster is flipped summoned, then you take damage equal to its defense points while I get to draw a card."

Suddenly, a cannon appeared, then fired at Cathy. She got hit by the blast and flew back a bit shouting in pain.

"Cathy!" Everyone yelled out concerned in the garage.

"Is she okay?" Luna asked scared.

"That looked like it actually hurt her!" Yanagi exclaimed.

"That's because it did." Everyone looked at Sakura who looked afraid. "H- he's a psychic duelist. Each have their own ability when it comes to dueling, but almost all of them share the ability to inflict pain when attacking life points."

"So then that means whatever her in the duel, she'll feel it like the real thing?" Tanner asked concerned.

Yusei watched intently while also showing a bit of nerves when Trickster continued to smile. "Come on Cathy. You got this."

The blonde, magenta streaked teen groaned and winced in pain. She held her stomach coughing. "Ngh... I'm feeling that one in the morning..." She groaned out. As she tried to get up again, she fell back down clutching tighter. "Nope! I'm feeling that right now!"

Trickster watched and stopped smiling. "Aren't you used to it? I mean in the Arcadia Movement, we go through worse."

"Well I guess I haven't graduated to having a cannon fired at me!" She yelled getting up now but hunched over.

Trickster looked a little hesitant, but till he groaned and smiled. "Well I guess I'll help you get used to it."

"Are you alright?" Hunter asked moving his head to Cathy.

"Peachy..." She spat.

"I'm not done yet! This is me serious like you wanted!" He then looked at a specific card that was in his hand and remembered what Sayer's orders were. " I activate Pot of Greed, letting me draw two cards."

Cathy watched worried but kept a serious face. She felt hesitance and loyalty within him making her curious.

"Tell me, Miss Cat Simmons... Have you ever tried to look into your own eyes to read what's in your head?" He asked looking at her.

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

"To find your memories. Maybe it's time for my greatest trick yet!" Suddenly he took a card from his hand and grinned. "I activate the ritual spell card Beastly Mirror Ritual!"

The ground began to shake while the card transformed into a circular mirror into his hands.

"Hey! What are you doing?!" Cathy asked looking at him.

"By tributing monsters from my field or hand, to equal their total levels to 6, I can summon Fiend's Mirror!" He put a few cards from his hand to the graveyard as the mirror floated to the field. Then it suddenly transformed into a larger hand mirror green with blinking eyes.

It faced Cathy as she could see her reflection in it. She couldn't help but stare at it, almost tranced.

Trickster knew he had her close to where he wanted her. "I'm not done yet. Fiend's Mirror, attack her Moonlight Hunter!"

The mirror moved to Hunter and blasted him with energy from it. Hunter cried out and Cathy winced hard before crying out while her life points went down.

Cathy went onto her knees panting hard and looked wide open.

"Our girl's not looking to good." Tanner said worried.

"Come on Cathy!" Leo yelled at the TV.

Yusei looked at Tanner before back at the screen, crossing his arms. "She's got this. I know she'll do it." He stared at the pendant on her neck and thought, 'she's gotta win this. I know you can do it Cathy.'

"Oh now! Is our fiery blonde out for the count?! What happened to that passionate attitude?! Is it all over?!" The MC yelled while the crowd cheered for The Trickster.

"Ms Cat. Do me a favor and look at yourself in the mirror." Trickster said. She slowly rose her head to see her reflection in the monster. "Now tell me. Who do you see?"

"M- me?" She asked almost dazed and uncertain.

"Really? How can you be certain?" His voice began to echo around her while it seemed like the whole world disappeared. It was just Cathy and the mirror with Trickster's voice around her. "Do you even know who you are?"

"I... I..." Cathy became hesitant as Trickster looked at her head intently.

"Who are you?!" He asked more determined.

"I..." Cathy's eyes became a dull orange as she stared more. "I don't know."

Trickster smiled victoriously and began to mentally push his mind into her head. "Yes! Now let me in!" He said while successfully pushing through. His eyes went also dull and blank staring lifeless ahead.

Meanwhile, Sayer watched the whole thing in the stands at the big monitor. He smiled evilly and chuckled. "Great work. Now destroy her mind." He mumbled before chuckling more.
