(The water spear pierces right through Malachite 2.0, begins to inflate and explodes. Jasper and Mean Lapis, now defused, fall to the ground.)

*in pain* T-that hurt pretty bad! *she said as she struggled to get up from the ground*

*a little stunned* Yep.

(Lapis flies towards them.)

*frightened* There she comes! *turns to Jasper* I feel sorry for you, but... *summons her wings* I'm out of here!

(Mean Lapis attempts to fly away, but is quickly caught by a water chain, Lapis shackles her by the neck, torso and limbs.)

*groans* No!

(Lapis forms a water fist from one of her water wings.⁰

Don't fly off so soon.

(Lapis tugs on the water chain, pulling Mean Lapis towards her and delivers a powerful punch to her stomach.)

*in pain* GAAHH! *holds her stomach* Why... do you always punch me in the... stomach?

And why not? You made me relive something that had taken me so long to get over. *she said with a chilling look* That really pissed me off!

*shivering in terror* I-I-I'm don't know what you're talking about, but please forgive me. I just... *tears up* I just wanted to save my partner! *sobbing* That was all I wanted, I mean it!

*tears stream down her cheeks* B-but i'm telling you the truth, believe me!

*groans in pain* She did that again. *rubs her cheek in tears* But she's right, no one would believe a single word to a Mean Gem like me...

(Lapis tugs on the water chain again, and starts twirling Mean Lapis around.)

*screaming* AAHHH!!

(Then Lapis slams Mean Lapis down into the ground, creating a gigantic crater and knocking her out.)

One down. *turns to Jasper* One to go.

Grrr! I'll get you for this! *leaps into the air, charging at Lapis*

(Lapis dodges Jasper and in midair catches her with a water chain, shackling her by the neck, torso, and limbs.)

*groans* Lemme go- *struggling to get free* -right now!!

(Lapis starts twirling the water chain around and smashing Jasper into the boulders.)

*screaming in pain* Aahhh!!!

(Lapis chuckles as Peridot approaches her, and Connie, who is on a metal piece levitated by Peridot, also approaches Lapis.)

Lapis, you okay?

I'm more than okay, never been better! *with her water chains, she squeezes Jasper tightly*

AAHH!! *screams in pain until she loses consciousness*

Okay, Lapis, that's enough! There's no need to hurt her.

(Lapis & Peridot turn to Connie.)

Someone's flying over there! *points to a Gem flying in the distance*

*squints her eyes trying to see the Gem who flies in the distance* Who is it?

I think it's Bluebird.

Oh, my stars! *frightened* I think they saw me. *swiftly attempts to fly away*

(Lapis flies towards Bluebird at high speed, positioning herself in front of her and preventing her from fleeing.)

*angered* I won't let you catch me so easily! *summons her ice sword* I'm a soldier, I will fight to the end!

(Bluebird charges at Lapis with her ice sword. Lapis, however, easily dodges Bluebird as she snatches the sword from her with her water powers.)

Did you forget that I can manipulate water and ice? *breaks Bluebird's ice sword in two over her knee*

(Lapis looks on with an expression of disgust and discomfort as Bluebird talks to herself.)

(As they fly, they notice that amidst the ravages of battle, Holly Blue Agate and Spinel are in trouble trying to get out of so much destruction.)

Guys, look at those two over there.

(Connie, Lapis, and Peridot fly quickly towards Holly and Spinel.)

(Lapis catches Holly and Spinel with water chains.)

(Spinel shapeshifts her body into a smaller one, getting free from the water chains.)

*laughter* Try to catch me now!

(Spinel escapes by jumping and stretching as she slithers like a snake through the rubble with great speed and agility.)

She hid between the boulders.

Tch, that Gem has a very elusive and annoying elastic agility.

It's going to be a real pain in the butt to catch this Gem.
