It's already been 6 months since I found out I was pregnant. For 6 months, I've been carrying this beautiful child. I can't wait to meet them.
Today, we will be revealing the gender of the baby to our friends and family. But in the form of cake. The cake will be frosted white, and the cake itself will be painted either pink or blue. The only people that know the gender are Vinnie and I.
We stand behind the table and cake. I ask everyone if they're ready, and they shout "YES!" I cut into the cake, put the slice onto a plate, and show everyone the slice.
"The gender is a girl!!!" Screams somebody. Everyone whoops and shouts, and Vinnie holds me in his arms.
I'm so happy that I get to raise our little girl with my husband, Vinnie. We'll grow old and watch them grow up. I'm so excited for the day that she is born. A mini-me. We give hugs to a bunch of people and they tell us congratulations.
Well, only 3 more months. And we'll meet Vinnie and I's baby girl.
