Sometimes we fight through regrets and remorse of our mistakes, our malice and our jealousy and the shame we feel for not being the person you are meant to be. And that's when you find your way to something better or something better finds it way to you.

"Mommy, I will come hangout with you in the shop" April said as she pushed her plate away.

"Sure Beanie," she said taking April's plate, "Chase...Chase... stop coloring yourself," Sharon shouted when she saw her son drawing lines on his hands and legs.

"Mommy look" he said giving her his toothy smile.

"Aish.." she said running after him so that she could give him a bath. "Momo catch him."

Momo tried but Chase out smarted her Crawling in between her legs.

Chase laughed as April, Momo, Sharon ran behind him. "Baby, stop."

"No mommy catch me," he said giggling.

Suddenly Chris entered the room after taking his call. "Chris catch him" Sharon shrieked. Chase didn't see Chris coming therefore ran into him. Chris clasped his hands around Chase.

"Finally" Sharon said taking giggling Chase from Chris's arm, "Mommy Got you"she said nuzzling her nose against his.

"What happened Daddy?" she heard April ask. Chris's face was pale and stiff. Chris shook his head with a small smile.

"April would you please help Chase to the washroom, I'll just come."Sharon said to her daughter. April gave her father one narrowed look before taking her brother hand and walking away.

"What happened?" Sharon asked taking his hand and interlacing her fingers with his.

"I have to go back," he said in a grave tone.

Sharon looked into his eyes," as in?" she asked her breath caught.

" As in It's time for me to really go back" he said pulling her into a hug "My vacation time is over."

"We got back Two days ago," Sharon said laughing out humorlessly.

"I know" he said pulling away. "You know What I want."

"I thought I had time," she said.

"You always have time, Think about it." he said squeezing her hand, "Now let me go and have some quality time with my son. I have a flight tomorrow early morning. "

Sharon looked at their tangled fingers together. "I'll go get ready." she said releasing his hand. Chris pulled her back, Sharon came crashing into his chest. "I love you" he said placing a small kiss on her forehead. Sharon gave him a bright smile.

"So that's how it is done?" Chris asked Chase when his son showed him how to create a perfect beard with the bubbles.

"Cool" he said making a bubble beard for himself too.

Chase laughed at his father. Sharon could hear them from the room She is in. Chase has been so happy since he started to hang out with Chris.

Sharon let out a loud sigh.

"Anything bothering you Sharon?" Momo asked keeping the book aside.

"He has to go." She said not looking at Momo.

"So?"

"I don't want to stay away from him now that we finally got back." She said with another sigh.

"So.. pack your bags and go with him." Momo suggested.

Sharon knew Momo would say that, but she couldn't leave Momo alone here. And Now that even though Savvy is back she was not sure she could check on Momo as Sharon did.

Sharon was still in dilemma of what to do. "You don't understand." She told momo in calm voice.

"I know what is stopping you and that is stupidest thing you could think of. I have Savvy, I have Joe to take care of me." Momo said narrowing her eyes at her.

Sharon gave Momo a long look before saying,"I don't know. I'll think about it" as she hurriedly stuffed her wallet into her bag.

"April" she called out, "let's go."

April coming running down the stairs. "Mommy I'm ready"

"Very well then let's go." She said taking April's hand.

Just then a half soaked Chris and a very wet Chase who was wrapped in a towel came out. "Bye baby,Bye Chris" Sharon waved.

"Bye Daddy...Bye Chase" April said.

"Byeeeeeee" Chase replied happy to be in his father's arms.

"Don't give Mummy trouble," Chris told April while she reached for Sharon's hand and gave it a little squeeze.

"No Laura... that's not the answer," Chris almost snapped at his P.A.

"Chris... there is no way to sort this Chaos until you fly down."

"Laura.. I'm coming tomorrow, I'll be there by evening."

"I'm worried you have to start immediately," Laura sighed.

"Ahhh... okay. Book me the next flight to NewYork and ask Mr.Green to mail me the documents immediately and prepare for a board meeting. I'll come straight to the office."

"Daddy... catch" Chase said but Chris wasn't fast enough to turn and the ball hit him straight in his face.

"Aww.." Chris groaned rubbing his nose.

"Laura call me once my flight is booked." He said and cut the call.

"Kiddo you better give warning before throwing anything at anyone," he said slightly scolding.

"Daddy.." Chase said giving him a sad look.

Chris sighed took Chase into his arms and said "Champ you should be more careful."

"OK Daddy"

"Good"

Chase looked around the room to see Chris was packing his bags.

"You going?" He asked wide eyed.

Chris nodded his head, "But I promise to return in three days"

"You will come back?" He asked.

"Yes baby. For you and Mommy."

Chase nodded his head and snuggled closer.

"And that's how it is done." Mira finished explaining April how a customized locket is made.

"Wow" April said in amazement.

"Don't touch it yet, it is still hot." Mira warned.

Sharon was watching them drinking in her coffee.

"Mira how would you like it to manage this place for me?" She asked.

"What?" Mira asked shocked.

"You have been here for long... you know how things work. And I trust you with 'April Gifts'. I will be your boss still but it just that you would manage things for me."

"Oh my god, are you asking me this for real?"

"Yes. I am"

"I would be glad to look after but what about you?"

"I think I might go with Chris. Maybe start a new branch there."

"Wow that is wonderful." Mira said smiling,"But what about Savvy?"

"What about her?"

"Is she coming with you guys?"

"No, She is staying with Momo."

"She is?" Mira asked confused.

"Isn't she? What are you not telling me Mira?"

"Nothing.."Mira replied quickly, too quickly.

Sharon narrowed her eyes at Mira, "Mira..."

"Sharon!" She screamed at once, I promised April I would show her some pretty flower crowns" Mira said hurriedly grabbing April's literally running away.

She was about to go behind them but the ringing of the bell indicated someone standing near the door.

She turned around surprised to see Joe standing there. "Hey"

"Hi.." he said giving her a small smile.

"Joe..Look I am sorry I ran away that day." She said a little embarrassed about it.

"Finally the lady notices.."

"Joe.."

"It's okay Sharon. I understand but I am not here to talk about that. "

"Ahhh...I get a feeling I am not gonna like it."

"Sharon, I could look after momo.."

"Oho.. no. She didn't put you up for this." Sharon said throwing her arms in the air.

"She wants you to go have your Chance with y.. your Ex husband." He said.

Sharon narrowed her eyes at him and then threw the dusting cloth.

Joe immediately ducked his head to avoid getting hit.

"Now that I know Savvy isn't staying here.. I don't want to leave her here alone... and I can't ask her to come with me."

She said.

"Sharon... I am there. Look I have know Momo all my life. She is like family to me. Jane and I played in her garden and she used to feed us with her world famous Chocolate cookie." He said smiling.

Sharon smiled at him, "I knew it you still come home just for those Chocolate cookies."

Joe laughed at her raising his hands in surrender.

"All I want to tell you is that I will be here for Momo and I love her like my own mother."

Sharon sighed, "I promise I'll take a very good care of her and you could visit her when ever you want." He said placing a hand over her shoulders.

"Thank-you Joe, Thank-you so much" she said placing a quick kiss on his cheek.

The bell rung again indicating someone coming.

"Sharon?" Chris called confused.

"Chris" she said pulling away from Joe, "What are you doing here?"

"I came to talk to you," he said still glaring at Joe.

"Okay..."

"Alone" he stressed.

"Okay that is my cue to get out. I'll call you later Sharon," Joe said patting her back.

Sharon gave him a smile and nodded her head.

"What is it Chris?" She asked once Joe was out of the door.

"What is he doing here?"

Sharon smiled at him before saying "He came to talk about Momo."

"What about Momo?"

"That he is gonna take care of her if I am going with you." She sighed.

"You are coming with me?" He asked surprised but happy.

"I'm still thinking about it" she said giving him a small smile.

"Well anyway I came to tell you that I have to go few hours early. So, My flight timings have Changed. I have to go Tonight instead of the early morning flight."

Sharon smile vanished immediately, "What?" She whispered.

"I promise I will return in three days and you could give me your answer then," he said squeezing her hand.

"You will be back in three days?" She asked placing her forehead on his shoulder.

Chris pulled her through the shoulder looked her in the eye and said," I will. I promise."

"Okay I gather my things, we will go home," she said.

"Where is April?"

"Oh.. she is inside." She said before calling her, "April, Daddy is here. We are going home."

April came along with Mira,"Daddy"

"Hey beanie." He said taking her into his arms. "We will both wait outside"

Sharon nodded her head before turning towards Mira, "look after and call me if you need anything and I am sure I might not return so lock it up."

"We are going back Daddy?" April asked.

"I am going to go back today and will come back in three days then you should come back with me."

"Is mommy coming with us?" She asked.

"I hope so," he said with a sigh.

"I think she will come Daddy." April said with a huge smile.

Sharon and Chris were alone in the guest bedroom. Chris was folding his clothes.

"I have to leave in 20 minute," my cab is on the way.

"Hmm" Sharon hummed.

"Sherry...."

Sharon looked up to him. "Chris... I.. I'll miss you."

"I'll miss you too," he said placing a kiss on her forehead.

She pulled him closer and placed her lips on his. "I love you.. Always have."

Chris breathed in her smell "God... I was dying to hear that."

"I am coming with you," she said against his lips.

"I Love you..." he said before placing a ravishing kiss on her lips. It was like a dance they both knew so well, their lips in sync tongue entwining.

Sharon pulled apart placing her head on his chest and snaking her arms around him feeling she was finally home, finally where she belongs.

But little did she know in 3 days it is not going to be the same...

As she lay on cold hard ground realising it has been a very ugly dé javu. She couldn't feel her body and she was slipping consciousness and one thing she saw was her Ex husband and Babies smiling at her, with a faint smile on her face she closed her eyes.
