It took Savvy a little time to speak about what happened and it was not easy for her to revisit those lanes. Sharon couldn't help see her 25 year old self in Savannah... Crying for her lost love..

Sharon left Momo and Savvy to let them have some time alone. Her heart felt heavy for Savannah. She climbed the attic to collect something which she hid there long ago.

Sharon sat on her bed as she opened the box of memories.... they were just few things from her handbag four years back. She always used to have a photo of Chris from their college Times.... she crumpled that picture many times but could never hear it or burn it. She also had few photos of April and Chris and April. Below the photos was the thing she was searching for her wedding band and her engagement ring. Sharon toyed her engagement ring with her fingers her mind reeling back to the time of her proposal.

Sharon was filling her answer script as fast as she could. She just wanted to get out of the examination hall and shout ' I'm done!'

Moreover Chris was going to come pick her up. It's been one whole month since she saw him. Two years back when he graduated it has been a big strain on their relationship but Chris did hold on to her. They always use to have weeked getaways to the nearest resort. Sharon felt very lucky to have someone like him.

As Sharon came out of the examination hall with a big grin on her face Lily immediately tackled her in a hug. "I'm so happy were are done with our exams" she said.

Sharon chuckled replying, "Me too."

"Are you coming to the batch party? " Lillian asked excitedly.

"No...I'm sorry, Chris is coming so..."

A flicker of an emotion passed Lily eyes before she said, " Oh.. okay. I have to get ready then see you layers then."

"Bye. Lily."

Sharon saw her friend getting lost in the mass of students getting out of the class.

Chris was standing near his Car waiting for Sharon. Sharon rushed towards him throwing her arms around him placing her head in the crook of his neck. Breathing him in. Auh! How much she missed this.

"I missed you so much."

"Me too, Sherry" Chris said placing a small kiss on her head.

Sharon pulled from his embrace and pressed her lips to his in a small peck.

"How was your exam?" He asked.

"Good " Sharon said she had an arm around his waist and she didn't want to let it go.

"Did you pack?" He asked. Sharon nodded her head in a Yes. "We just have to get my bag from the dorm room."

That evening Chris asked her to wear something little fancy. So she settled for a black bahoo strapy backless knee length dress. She paired it with some black wedges. As of accessories she kept it very simple with the diamond studs and just her watch. For Her hair she just brushed through them and left them loose. Chris was waiting for her in the lobby and when his eyes fell on her he stood motionless.

Sharon smiled satisfied.

"You look gorgeous," he said pulling her into his arms and giving her a small peck.

Chris was wearing a white button down shirt and black pants. "You don't look bad either" Sharon teased.

"Shall we?" He asked.

"We shall " she said placing her hand in his. Together they walked towards the private tables lake side. The complete table and the pillars were decorated with fairy lights.

"Aww...this is so pretty." Sharon said as she looked around.

"Dance with me," he asked.

Sharon raised an eyebrow at him " But there isn't any music"

"There is..... in my head" he said taking her into his arms.

He started to hum a song and Sharon smiled as it was one of their favourite song, he swayed both of them . Sharon cherrished each and every moment. She placed a small kiss on end of his mouth.

"I love you" he said.

"I love you too," she replied almost immediately.

"I want to ask you something "

They both stopped dancing as he took a step back and held her hands, "Sharon...

You have been the best thing that has happened to me. And these two years when I couldn't see you daily were the hardest days. I used to look forward to our weekend getaways.

I love how easy it is for you to make my day bright. I would love to wake up next to you for rest of my life...Having you in my arms for rest of my life.... "Sharon's breath caught up in her throat.

"Sherry.. will you make me the luckiest man alive by saying Yes to spend your rest of your life with me?"

"Chris..." Sharon said as tears started flowing down her cheeks.

"Shh... " Chris said "Will you marry me?"

Sharon bent to his length "That is a stupid question." She said sniffing "Ofcourse.... ofcourse... Yes"

"I love you.."

"I love you too..." She said slipping ring into her finger.

Sharon smiled at the bitter sweet memory. She placed the ring back into the box as she took her wedding band 'Chris Vanderwood' etched on the ring. She closed the box as soon as she heard the bell.

Chris and children must be back and rushed to open the door. Chris had Chase in his arm and April was tailing behind his back.

"I thought you went for shopping," Sharon asked looking at Chris.

"We ate ice cream mommy", Chase said excitedly.

"Ice cream..? Then for Mommy?" She asked making a face.

"We bought for you too" April said showing her a box.

"Thankyou" She said taking the box from April.

"Did the kids return ?" Momo asked coming out of the room.

"Oh yes... they are back."

"Did you cook anything?" Momo asked.

"No.. I thought we could order something."

"Okay.. good thing.. order something spicy." Momo said licking her lips.

"Sure..Momo." Sharon said laughing at her brand mother's child like behaviour.

After they ordered for some Chinese Chase snuggled into Sharon's lap placing his head on her Chest.

"Tired baby?" She asked.

Chase shook his head in No. Sharon placed a kiss on his head and have him a hug.

Chris and April were having a conversation, April was smiling at something Chris said.

"Where all did you go Chase?" Sharon asked.

"Big shop.... we go.. I raced in the trolley. It was so fun mommy. " he said showing his teeth.

"Did you be a good boy and listen to daddy? " she asked.

"Yes mommy. Daddy was bad boy that asked Daddy to leave" Chase said laughing loud.

"They kicked you out of the super market?" Sharon asked Chris surprised.

Chris gave a 'Did -you-already-tell-her' look to Chase, before shrugging his shoulders at Sharon.

Sharon smiled imagining the whole situation, how hilarious it would have been.

"Mommy... I wanna sleep with Daddy tonight." Chase asked.

Sharon was Surprised with Chase's request. "You wanna sleep with Daddy?"

Before Sharon could say anything Chase jumped from her lap and rushed towards his father "Daddy... I wanna sleep with you"

"Ofcourse.." Chris said. "But did you ask mommy?" Both father and son looked at Sharon expectantly.

Sharon gave both of them small smile.

"If you are scared of sleeping alone...I can sleep with you." April said giving Sharon and Chris a look.

Sharon face split into a big smile, "Thankyou so much"

"Hello"

"Hello... Chris. This is Alex.How are you? Where is Lily? How is she?" Alexandria fired immediately.

"Hey Alex. I'm good. Lily is in New York, she returned three days back."

"She returned? Why isn't she picking her calls?" Alex wondered.

"She isn't taking calls?" Chris asked.

"Yea... but don't worry. I will check on her tomorrow."

"Oh.. I will try ringing her also." He said.

Chris sat in the front porch trying to ring Lily but there was no reply.

"Lily... this is Chris... call back. Your mom is worried."

"Chris.." he heard lily's voice.

Chris was confused for a second and was more confused when he saw Lily standing in front of him.

"Lily.... what are you doing here?" He asked confused.

"Chris.." She uttered and was about to fall. Chris immediately caught her in his arms so that she couldn't fall.

"Lily... Lily.." he called her.

He turned around to call Sharon but She was already standing there and looked as confusing and as shocked as he was.

"I've no idea she was coming" was all he said.

"What happened to her?" She asked.

"I don't know she just fainted."

"I'll go get some water" she said before rushing inside.

Sharon came back with a glass of water and sprinkled some on her face. "Lily... Lily..." he called.

Lily stirred and slowly opened her eyes.

"Thankgod you are fine." He said.

"Take her inside... She would need some rest. " Chris nodded and took her inside his house.

"Lily... Lily what happened to you?" Chris asked as he placed her on the bed.

"Chris..... I love you" she said pulling her into his arms.

"Lily.... are you drunk?" He asked trying to remove her hands.

"I love you.."

"Lily... "

"I love you..."

"Lillian, Shut up. Please don't do this too me... I don't want to hurt you."

"Is it all because of her?" She snapped.

"Lily.... you know this from the start" he said strained.

"I don't care.... I want you." Lily said.

"Lily don't be fool." He said frustated.

Before Lily could say something she threw up. Chase sighed heavily and helped her empty all the contents in her stomach. Chris persuaded her to clean herself up and go to sleep assuring her that they would talk tomorrow.

"Where is Daddy?" Chase asked as he got ready for the bed.

"Honey, I don't think Daddy would be able to sleep with you tonight."

"But Daddy said I can sleep with him" Chase whinned.

"Chase... Daddy has someone to take care of... please don't cry and come sleep with mommy tonight."

"No..No.. I want Daddy"

"Chase... shh calm down baby... Mommy will read you and April a bed time story."

Chase and April finally settled on either side of her while she completed her story. Sharon felt contended with both her children on either side.

A small knock disturbed the peaceful slumber of her heaven.

"Hey...Is Chase already asleep ?" he asked in a calm voice.

"Daddy..." he said groggy voice.

"Hey buddy.. sorry.... you wanna join me?" He asked.

Chase nodded his head and jumped into Chris arms. " Goodnight Beanie" he said placing a small kiss on her forehead.

"Goodnight Daddy"

"Goodnight, Sharon."

"Goodnight."
