I landed on the carpet and went under a bookcase. I was hurting physically, mentally, and emotionally. "Why do I have to be here?" I started feeling like I was on fire and my body was aching everywhere.

I heard Xavier shifting around the room until he came in front the bookcase I was under. I heard him moving until I saw a large yellow eye staring at me. "," Xavier pleaded. I shook my head and scooted to the wall.
