After the talk with Oliver, I went upstairs to my room and packed my things up. I was upset because he sat there and lied to my face. He lied after he promised to never lie to me after he lied to me for years. Of course he has tried to call me and sent me hundreds of messages trying to apologize but I wasnt ready to talk to him or anybody.

Daunte has also called to try and talk to me. I answered his call once but end up hanging on him once he mentioned Oliver.

The one person I trusted with my life. The one who tries to protect me with everything in himself. The guy that I looked up to and was my best friend, sat in my face and lied to me.

I still talk to Josie, Nova and Leo. We still hang out but Im never as excited because its never the same without Oliver. I do miss him but im upset and heartbroken that he sat there and lied to my face. I gave him a chance to tell me, I gave him a chance to explain to me but he chose not to.

I have been in this hotel for a month now. I get up, get ready for the day, go to work, finish work and pick up dinner on my way back to my hotel and end the night with a shower and in the bed. Then I wake up and do it all over again.

Currently Im laying in my bed, dreading to get up. i have been cramping since last night. I even started light bleeding, telling me my period is coming. Which im not excited about. I was going to call in but today is Saturday, which means we are going to be busy because the market and their sales they have.

I lay here for a few minutes before I get up and hop in the shower. Once Im dont, I put on black legging jeans, black crop top with my black nikes and a long sleeve tan cardigan.

I knew it was going to be a little chilli since we will be in a ice-cream shop, it always is. Once I finished getting ready, I pulled my hair back in a high ponytail. I put on light foundation, eyeshadow and mascara. Once I looked in the mirror and seen that I looked decent for a long day at work, I grabbed my wallet, placing my room key in it. I walk to the bed and grab my purse and throw my wallet in it, along with my phone charger. I have my phone in my hand and unlock it to see a few messages from, Oliver and Daunte which I delete. I see a message from Nova and I open it and read that she will be a little late since her alarm didnt go off. I just sent her a quick text saying okay and ill see her there.

Walking out my hotel room and turning left to head to the elevator. I walk by a bell boy bringing luggage up to a room a few door down from me. He sees me and bows towards me with a 'Goodmorning'. I give him a smile and wish him a morning as well before I reach the elevator and press the button. A few seconds later, it dings and opens. I step in and ride it down to the lobby. Once I arrived, I walked through the lobby, seeing people at the front desk checking in and some sitting at tables eating the free breakfast they serve in the morning. I walk out the front door to see a couple cabs parked. I walk up to one and knock on the window. I rolls it down and I ask him if he is waiting for someone. He shakes his head no and I ask if he can take me to the market. He smiles and nods his head. I hop in and he pulls off once I shut the door.

We arrive and I pay the man and head straight to work. I pull out my keys to the door and unlock it. I walk in and look at the clock that read 9:30am, which means I have 30 minutes to put chairs down and log on to the register.

I walk into the kitchen, and head to the back office where I see Ric, sitting at the desk counting money.

"Hey Ric." I say, letting him know im here. He turns around and gets up, walking towards where I stand in the doorway and embrace me in a hug. I wince from the pain in my stomach. He hurries and lets me go.

"Im sorry, did I hurt you?" He asked with a worried look. I wave him off, "No, no, no." I smile at him. "Just that time of month." He looked at me for a few seconds with a confused look on his face, until he finally understands and his eyes get wide. "Oh dear. Do you want the dat off?" He asked. I shake my head and smile at him. "Its just a little cramping, nothing Midol and some water cant help with." He looks at me for a second and smiles. "Okay dear, if you say so. Im going to finish counting this and then head to the bank. Is Nova here also." I shake my head. "No, she texted me saying she was going to be a little late since her alarm didnt go off this morning." I said with a giggle. He did the same and shook his head.

"Alright then, well im going to finish here, will you be okay alone when I run to the bank." He asks and I give him a hug, "Ill be fine, dont worry." I let him go, sitting my purse in my orange locker and walking out the office. I head out the kitchen and straight to the register. I log in and count the til to make sure everything is exactly how its suppose to be. Once I finished that, I started going around the shop, taking the chairs off the tables and making sure all the napkin holders on each table was full. I was feeling a little lightheaded and dizzy. I just stood there for a second and shook it off.

"Im leaving now. Dont open until I return. I should be back by 10:30, okay. I dont want you working alone." Ric says to me. "Ill be fine. See you in a little bit." He waves at me and walks out the door. I walk to the kitchen and grab a rag and a bucket with bleach water and start to walk back to the tables. I have the bucket in my left hand and a wet and dry rags in my right hand. I start feeling dizzy again and I stop, dropping the bucket when I feel a sharp pain in my stomach. I clutch over and fall to the ground. My vision start to blur and I lay here, holding my stomach, crying out in pain, until I start seeing black dots and pass out. The last thing I hear is someone yelling my name, until darkness consumes me.

I woke up with Leos arms around me. I rub my eyes and look at the clock and see that it reads 9:05. I jump up quickly and grab my phone, seeing that my alarm didnt go off at 8:15 like It always does. I groan and open my messages and send a quick text to Keyona, letting her know about my alarm and how I will be running late. She replied back saying okay. So I quickly move out of Leos arm and head to the bathroom. I knew I didnt have time to take a quick shower so I quickly brushed my teeth and washed my face. I put on some light make-up and went straight to the closet to get dress. I pull out some light blue boyfriend jeans and a white tank top and grey sweater.

I start to put my pants on when I hear a knock on the closet door and I look up and see Leo standing there in only boxers. His hair is in all directions but he still looked sexy.

"You okay babe?" He asked. I walk up to him and give him a kiss on the lips. "Yeah, my alarm didnt go off this morning so Im runing late for work so I have to go. I turn back around and bend down to grab my white converse and slip them off after I grab some white ankle socks.

I let my hair down out my bun so its bouncy and wavy. I walk out the closet and see Leo sitting on the bed, watching me.

"Ill see you after work babe. I love you." I ran out the room and down the stairs. I freeze for a second and realize I just told him I loved him. I wanted to go back up the stairs and explain but I just shook my head and headed out the door to my Leos car and drove to the market.

I arrived at about 10:15 when I parked the car and locked it once I was out of it. I head straight to the shop but stop in my tracks when I reach the door. I flew it open and ran to Keyona. She was passed out on the floor and she was bleeding on her pants. I start yelling for someone to help. A few seconds later, a man comes running and sees me, trying to wake Keyona.

"What happened?" He asked. I shake my head, crying. "I-I dont k-know. I-I just got h-here and she was, s-she was.."

"Do you know her?" I nod quickly. "Yes, she is my sister. Please help me." He pulls out his phones and calls someone. He hangs up and puts his fingers on her throat, trying to feel for a pulse. He releases a breath, "Its okay, I found a pulse and the ambulance are coming."

I look down at her and see that she looks pale, she looks like she has lost a few pounds. I dont know what happened between her and Oliver but it must have been bad for her to ignore him and move out.

"Oliver?" I say quietly. I pull my phone out and open my contacts. I click on his number and press call. I put the phone to my ear and after a couple rings, he answers.

"Hello?"

I start crying "Oliver, something happened!"

"Whats going on? Are you okay?"

"Its not me. Key-Keyona." I couldnt stop crying.

"Keyona what? Nova ANSWER ME! WHAT HAPPEN TO MY SISTER!"

"I-I I Dont K-know." I keep crying. I let the phone fall out my hand until the guy thats helping me, picks my phone up.

"Hello?" He said.

"WHO IS THIS? WHERE IS MY SISTER?!" I hear him yelling. But I dont pay attention anymore. Im looking down at Keyona in my arms.

"I dont know. I was walking back when I heard someone yelling help. I came in and seen the girl you just talked to, holding another girl. She is passed out and bleeding. I dont know where since theres alot of blood on her pants and stomach. I checked for a pulse and I feel one. The ambulance should be here any second." After he said, a few people in uniforms and medical bags came rushing in.

One of the guys look at me and asks "What happened?"

I take a deep breath. "I dont know. We work here and I just got here and I seen her passed out with blood around her. I rushed to her and started yelling for help. Then he came in I dont know." He looks at me for a second before he nods his head and looks at me.

"Your bleeding. Are you hurt?" I look at him confused until I look down at my hand and clothes. I was covered in blood. But it wasnt my blood.

"Its not mine." I look past him and couldnt see Keyona anymore. I jumped up, crying and yelling.

"Where is she?! Where did she go?! Where did you take her?!"

The medic that was talking to me, stands up and grabs my arms. "Calm down, she is fine. We took her to the hospital near here. We had to take her because she lost alot of blood." He explained. "If you want, we can go tot he hospital so we cancheck on you, just to make sure you are okay." I look at him for a second. "But her brother and my stuff." I gives me a small smile.

"One of the officers already talked to her brother, I think. Whoever the guy that called up was talking to. He said he will meet us at the hospital." I nodded my head and he pulled me out the shop and when I walked outside, I seen Ric talking to an officer and I ran to him. He pulle dme into a hug and rubbed the back of my head.

"Shh, Shh, Shh. Its okay. Lets head to the hospital and check on her. Yes?" I wipe my face and nod my head.

The next thing I know, Im in the back of the ambulance getting my vitals check with Ric next to me.

We arrive a few minutes later and I run out the ambulance and through the doors to the desk. I see a nurse standing there.

"Umm, can you tell me where I can find Keyona Martinez?" I say with tears in my eyes.

"Are you family?" She asks. I nod my head quickly.

She starts to type and her eyes go wide. She looks up at me sympathetically. "It looks like she is in surgery right now."

I gasp. "What do you mean surgery? Whats wrong with her?" She shakes her head. "Im not sure. But if you wait in the waiting room, Im sure a doctor will come and speak to you soon."

I stand there for a second before I head to the waiting room. I walk in and see Oliver, Josie, Santi, Leo, Ric, Kevion and few other people standing there. Leo is standing hugging Oliver who is a crying mess. He turns and sees me and lets go of Oliver and tells Josie to get him. He runs to me and wraps me into his arms and thats when I just break down.

"I-I dont know what happened. I-I walk-ed in an an she was just laying th-there. Its all my f-fault. I woke up l-late. I wasnt th-there." I fall to my knees. He squuezes me tighter.

"No, its not your fault. Things happened and we cant control it. Stop blaming yourself. Im sure a doctor will be out here any minute, telling us she will be fine." He says, trying to calm me down. I feel him let me go and someone else arms wrap around me. I look up and see its Oliver.

"Im soo-sooo sorry. Im so sorry, Oliver." I clung to him tighter.

"Hey.... Shh.....Hey Nova, its not your fault. She will be fine."

But it wasnt a minute, its been hours. Four hours to be exact. When a doctor finally came out.

"Family for Keyona Martinez." We all quickly hopped up and Oliver ran to the doctor. "Im her brother. Is she okay?"

He takes a deep breath. "I cant tell you everything but I can tell you that she lost alot of blood so thats what caused her to pass out. We were able to stop the bleeding and she is now resting. Ill take you to her if you would like but only two people at a time are allowed."

Oliver nods his head and looks at me. "Lets go Nova." I quickly get up and we follow the doctor.

We walked down the hall through some double doors and stopped at a room with numbers 143 hanging on the red door. The doctor opens the door and lets us walk in.

I look at her and she laying in a hospital bed, her face is pale and she looks so skinny like she lost alot of weight. I look towards Oliver and I see his eyes welled up with tears. The next thing I know, he walks out the room.

I look towards the doctor and I see him standing there with his clipboard, flipping through and reading some of the papers.

"Will she wake up?" I ask him. He looks at me and nods his head.

"She should wake up in a couple days, depends on her. She lost alot of blood and had to do a blodd tranfusion so it has to settle in her body before she can wake up. Right now, its like she is sleeping." He says and I turn and look at her. I grab a chair and pull it near her bed and sit down.

"I have to go my other rounds, ill be back to check on her in a few hours." He said before he walked out.

I take her hand in mine and I let the tears fall. "Im so sorry Keyona, I should of been there." I lay my head on her bed and close my eyes. A few minutes later, I hear the door open and I see Kevion come in. He looks at his sister and cries. They have a close relationship because they are twins. They have this bond that nobody can break. But her and Oliver have a closer bond, they are inseparable. So I know he isnt taking it well.

An hour goes by and everyone has came in and seen her. Some even went to the gift shot and bought flowers and stuff animals.

It reached about 8pm and the doctors comes in and checks her vitals with a nurse.

"Visiting hours are over with. You should go home and get some rest and clean yourself up. You are covered in blood." He says, while he points at my clothes. I totally forgot.

"You can come back first thing in the morning, but she needs to sleep and so do you."

I nod my head and walk out the door and see Leo sitting in the hall, waiting for me.

"Im ready to go Leo, but you have to bring me right back here in the morning. Please?" He looks at me for a second before he nods and grabs me by my waist and pull me towards him.

"Okay baby. Lets go home."

I knew this was going to be hard but I didnt care. I was going to keep coming and waiting until she woke up. I will be here when she wakes up.
