《UNORTHADOX ~ Anakin x Reader Fanfic》01

I suddenly awoke to the sound of Emperor palpatines voice coming from a recorded message on the hologram. I groaned and stretched my arms, blinking a few times to wake myself up before i sat up against the headboard.
My room had its usual dark walls with red markings running through the crevices of them. I took a second to admire the view of the vast void of space oustide my window.
The multiple nebulas and galaxies visible from my window were beautiful. I always imagined how many people i was looking over at that moment. My moment of peace was interuppted by Palpatines voice replaying on the hologram. I sighed and payed attention to it.
"My apprentice, you are needed in the meeting room, there are important matters to discuss. Come at once." His voice croaked from the hologram.
All I'd ever known my 19 years of life was the Empire, my parents were both Generals, and growing up I was taught the ways of the Sith, hoping to become a Dark Lady of The Sith myself one day. So I had the same determined attitude each day.
I crawled out of bed and clothed myself in my usual dark attire, pulling my hair up into the same style i do every day. As long as it was practical, it was fine. At least that's what I'd been taught.
I knew I was going to be late (as usual), however it sounded urgent so I hurriedly brushed my teeth before making my way to the meeting room. Hygiene comes first of course, can't have morning death breath if I want to make a good impression.
I paced down the black, jauntingly lit corridors of the Imperial Star Destroyer. I ran my fingers along the lines carved into crevices on the corridors walls before reaching the deep red double doors that led into the meeting room.
I confidently strode in as they opened before me, my serious glare not faltering. It was the expected way to behave, and I followed it religiously.

"Ah Y/L/N, nice of you to join us," Hissed General Krannus.
My eyes slid to him before focusing back on the meeting. "So, what's the urgent news," I said, tilting my chin up. It was important to seem confident.
Emperor Palpatine motioned to a chair, and so I sat down before he begun. "We have new information telling us of a corrupt trader among the planet Coruscant. We are trusting you to go and hunt them down, along with your Master, General Patorr"
How fun, my Master. I looked across the room to see the smirk spread across his freckled face. "For how long will we be away?" I asked.
"As long as it takes, just make it fast." Said General Krannus.
Oh I'll be quick all right. I glanced at my Master, who now held a serious look on his face, his sharp jawline standing out in the lighting. He had handsome features, with a toned build and a charm any girl would swoon over. However I wasn't here for that, and I'd made that clear to him the last time he tried making a move on me.
My eyes faltered once I realised he was staring back at me. I looked away, not blushing however, as I simply thought of him as my Master, and that was that.
Palpatines voice brought me back to reality, "You shall leave tonight, so prepare yourselves."
"Woah, do we not have any other information on this trader?" I enquired.
General Krannus looked to Palpatine then back at me,"He runs some kind of club in the shady parts, that's all we know."
"That would've been useful to know at the start, lucky I asked." I scoffed, "Also, do you not keep records on the whereabouts of your traders?"
"How dare you question ou-" General Krannus started, only to be interuppted by Palpatine.
"You have good instinct. Curiosity is a natural emotion, not one we should try to discourage," He shot a look at General Krannus, "However it can also lead us down paths we do not want or need to follow," He said, averting his eyes back, to me. "But in answer to your question, since this trader went rogue, we've had allies try to track him down when he went into hiding, and it led us to a club in Coruscant."

"Thank you, Emperor Palpatine," I said, standing up and bowing as he signalled that the meeting was adjourned.
After exiting the room, my Master, Gale Patorr, came walking next to me.
"Where are you off to," He enquired.
"I'm off to prepare the ship for our mission," I replied.
"Any time in your busy schedule for some saber practice?" He asked.
"I'll be there by evening Master," I said, formally.
He smiled slightly, "Good, good. I'll be expecting you." And winked at me as he walked away. I rolled my eyes, when does this man stop!? Sometimes I wonder if he even cares about me unlocking my full potential, it feels as though he's holding me back with his constant flirting.
And yet my feelings remain unchanged.
After preparing the ship, I made my way to the training room for sabre practice. The doors slid open and I entered the large circular room, the training ground being a few metres below me as I strode on the viewing platform.
I saw Gale practicing techniques below and so I jumped down elegantly onto the training ground. Spinning my sabre onto his, he jumped and spun to face me.
"Did I scare you," I teased, his eyes narrowing at my comment.
We circled around each other slowly, sabres poised, until I made the first move, swooping my sabre to hit his legs, which he blocked.
"Can't let you win that easy," He snarled.
I didn't speak, just glared at him before spinning around, swishing my sabre above my head before he struck my sabre about to hit his head. We held our sabres firm in place, the clash of the crimson red sending sparks cascading to the floor. The gentle hum of the lightsabers whirled as I pushed him back and front flipped over him to attack from behind.
I smirked as I knew I had the advantage. I spun my lightsabre round in loops, gaining speed at him until our sabres both clashed, again sending red sparks flying. Although this time I didn't wait, going in again for another attack, time after time pushing buck further and further until his back was pressed against the hard wall. I held my sabre mere centimetre from his throat, using the force to keep his weilding arm pressed against the wall so he couldn't move.
"I win," I hissed.
This angered him as his face became a look of pure anger and distress, trying but to no avail to move.
"Say it. Say I've won," I whispered in his ear, making him squirm more.
"N-never," He choked out, his free hand clasping his neck.
He began struggling to breath, his face turning a deep purple and his mouth gaping like a fish.
"Not so powerful now, huh," I said, knowing my force choke would make him crumble.
When I sensed he was about to pass out, I backed away from the wall, leaving him crumpled against it, gasping for breaths. His red eyes glared up at me,"I let you win," He tried defending himself.
"Yeah right," I laughed,"You were totally helpless."
I held out my hand and he reluctantly grabbed it, letting me pull him up. "OK, you did good y/n, I'm sure you'll be ready for the trials soon," a smile spread across his face, yet his eyes stayed glaring.
"Until next time, Master," I bowed slightly before leaving.
