You looked at the suit you were wearing. You couldn't believe you were actually going to the dance with Draco. You were already late. You took a deep breath.
You walked down the stairs. Your ankle still hurt. You hoped that you'd be able to dance. You and Draco decided to meet in a corridor near the great hall. You saw Draco, leaned against the wall, looking down at the floor. He looked absolutely amazing.
'You look great.. like always.'
Draco looked up. Draco often wore a suit, but he had never seen you in one. He smiled a little.
'So do you.'
'Thanks.' You smiled. 'Are you sure you want to go with me?'
Draco looked at you in confusion.
'Why wouldn't I want to go with you?'
'When we do this everyone will know that you're gay.'
'That's not going to be a problem.' Draco smiled. 'I really don't care.'
The reassurance made you happy.
'Now, let's go.' Draco smiled.
You walked with him towards the great hall. A lot of people were either dancing or talking. The floor was filled with slow dancing boys and girls.
'You want a drink?' You asked Draco.
'Sure.'
You two grabbed some drinks.
'Hey Draci.'
You looked at Draco and saw Pansy. She grabbed his arm and laid her head onto his shoulder.
'Oh hey Pansy.'
You looked away a little uncomfortable while taking a sip from your drink.
'What are you doing here with.. him? Do you want to dance?'
Draco saw that you were a little uncomfortable.
'Listen Pansy.. I've been willing to tell you this and I'm sure you understand as my friend.' Draco said while pushed Pansy away.
Draco walked over to you laid his arm around your shoulder. You looked up at him and blushed.

'We're kinda on a date here.'
Pansy looked confused.
'I'm gay.' He then said.
'You're gay?'
'I'm gay. So I'm sorry but I was actually about dance with him.'
Draco let you go and grabbed your hand.
'But I'll talk to you later.' Draco smiled.
You put your cup down and smiled brightly while Draco took you to the dance floor. He let you go and placed his hands on your hips.
You two started slow dancing. You noticed that it was difficult for you. There were people watching you two and your ankle hurt. You could barely move it around to follow Draco.
'Are you okay?' He asked.
'Yeah.. my ankle is just..'
'You need help?' He asked.
You looked at him and weren't sure what he meant. Draco was a lot bigger than you were. You weren't very tall. Draco grabbed you up and and put you down. Your feet were no on top of his. Every move he made you automatically followed without moving. You laughed a little and smiled at him.
'Thank you.'
'No problem.'
'I hope you're enjoying your night so far.' You smiled.
'Of course.' Draco smiled. 'I hope you're enjoying too.'
'Definitely.' You smiled back at him.
'We should do this again. Maybe not dancing but a date.'
You smiled and nodded.
'I'd love that.'
Draco smiled and he pulled you into a hug. You hugged him back. Draco was still dancing a little. Moving towards and backwards slowly. You loved it. This was the start of something great..
